EGOC...2010 Q3 Financial Statements have been posted to the EGOC website! Q4 and 2011 Q1 and Q2 are in process of being published to the site!

CEO Ray Brown did mention in his last news post on the website that OTC has to review things submitted before publishing them to the OTC site to become CURRENT:

... we’ll post Q3-2010 thru Q2-2011 in total on this website and then upload them quarter-by-quarter to the OTC Markets website, as per the requirements. (It should be noted that OTC Markets may not post them immediately after we upload as they review material for security reasons before official clearance.)

Upon OTC Market’s upload of the financial statements, all future “Press Release” style communications will take place in the form of an actual News Wire Press Release; but all interested parties are encouraged to continue to visit this website for less formal (ie: “chatty”) company updates. (PRs charge by the number of characters, while we own the web server.

I believe that's why OTC has not been updated yet as to showing EGOC as having all current filings, but this shows it soon will be! Stop sign will be gone next week IMO.

I believe PR's will be soon to follow, as stated by Ray in his last website news update. Everything Ray said he is striving to do to get the EGOC engines churning, he is consistently following through with! IMO there could be PR's announcing Middle East contracts in the next week or two!
