Aloha Homerun.. As I understand it from my research, “SRI was founded by the doyen of modern Rubber Technology, the late Tan Sri Dr. B.C. Sekhar to develop and commercialize proprietary innovations and technologies developed by him. SRI in addition boasts new cutting edge solutions in elastomeric processing technologies and proprietary next generation equipment and processes for the rubber recycling industry developed by his son Gopinath B. Sekhar.” http://srielastomers.com/research. The brains of the father are with his chemist son, Gopi Sekkhar, who had inherited his father's passion in rubber & inherited the R&D Malaysian lab after his death. MDOR has the relationship with Sekhar Research Innovations Sdn Bhd (SRI).
Green Rubber Global is run by Datuk Vinod Sekhar, a second son of Dr.Sekhar,"Mr.Natural Rubber, who passed away about 2 years ago. Datuk is a saleperson and has introduced " Green Rubber Global " He has had major investors/Hollywood types such as Mel Gibson finance it, but has had problems getting things going.
Green Rubber Global announced in December of 07 about creating an IPO. Then in June in an article titled "Green Rubber says mkt conditions needs to improve for IPO", it states: "Green Rubber Global Ltd, a tyre-recycling firm part-owned by Hollywood actor Mel Gibson, said on Thursday it would raise $20-$50 million in pre-IPO funding for a possible listing in Hong Kong or on London's junior Alternative Investment (AIM) market in November. The following website lists stock price which is zero.
http://www.digitallook.com/companyresearch/549916/Green_Rubber_Global/share_prices.html I don't think market conditions have improved much for them yet so I doubt their IPO will happen anytime soon.
They also attempted to obtain property in New Mexico for a plant with the aid of State and Local funding but it was turned down by the governor. "Mayor claims governor axed $2.9 million because of Red Rock State Park." http://www.abqjournal.com/abqnews/content/view/6192/2/
So it looks like Green rubber by now must have a persecution complex - nobody loves them! (lol). MDOR has the patents and the expertise with Gopi and SRI and he is the guy who can implement them. MDOR is public unlike Green Rubber Global. From what I gather, there possibly may be issues between the brothers, otherwise you would think that they would have united into one company?
I am anxiously awaiting the market reaction to this JV this week, and I hope that there is enough positive price movement to force HDSN to cover their short position. We can all be thankfull that we have such agressive management that can put these deals together. The outcome could be beyond our wildest dreams....
Makamai
Turnthetides - from my research, there is no connection between Green Rubber Global and SRI, except that they are run by two brothers. At this point in time, they are two separate companies and MDOR's alliance is with SRI.
Makamai
Aloha Turnthetides and welcome - The new website http://www.magnumresources.net/ appears to have been purified of all reference to Spreelast and Artech, and replaced with Kekhar Research Innovations SDN BHD (SRI). This is totally awesome!! Also it states that "Its new office will be located locally in Malaysia with SRI". Just imagine the potential of the company now....it's mind blowing!!

Under Strategy from the revised website:
The Technology
Magnum and Sekhar Research Innovations Sdn Bhd (SRI) have Joined Forces to Develop Next Generation Rubber Processing Aids and range of Custom Multi Application Compounds http://srielastomers.com/research
SRI was founded by the doyen of modern Rubber Technology, the late Tan Sri Dr. B.C. Sekhar to develop and commercialize his own proprietary innovations and technologies. Today SRI in addition boasts new cutting edge solutions in elastomeric processing technologies and proprietary next generation equipment and processes for the rubber recycling industry developed by his son Gopinath B. Sekhar.
Magnum's proprietary technology and knowhow could potentially revolutionize the rubber recycling industry in North America and China. Sekhar Research Innovations Sdn Bhd and Magnum are currently using its advanced technologies along with continued R & D to produce the next generation of retread compounds and reactivated ambient /cryogenic rubber powders for the world market. Magnum has tested and formulated a number of high-tech and revolutionary innovative methods for the recycling of scrap tires, although not all of them represent recycling in its original meaning. These methods differ in regard to their products, feasibility, technical efficiency and ecological compatibility; however, it is our goal to work with technologies that provide the optimum solutions in meeting today’s needs in commercially and technically viable manner.
Under PROCESS
AND AT THE BOTTOM UNDER Phase 2 of Magnum’s Business Development:
PATENTS
Magnum has been granted exclusivity for North America and future Global Rights to an array of next generation cost saving custom compounds and processes targeted at a wide spectrum of applications. In addition, Magnum will have access to state of the art processing aids and new world proprietary rubber recycling equipment. These developments will Revolutionize the Global Rubber Processing & Next Generation Compounding Market Worldwide.
The company also has exclusivity to the patent relating to the re-composition of rubber powder. Magnum also has global rights for processing rubber into a powder with a particulate size less than 50 microns, as well as, a new liquefaction process now under development.
These patented processes allow Magnum to produce high quality materials in industrial quantities, unlike any other competitor or supplier worldwide and generate immediate business.
Chairman of Magnum, Joe Glusic, stated, “Magnum has now positioned itself in the global arena by locating a facility in Malaysia with capability for R & D, high performance compounding, processing aids, recycling solutions, and advanced state of the art equipment.” Its new office will be located locally in Malaysia with SRI. “This really puts us on par with many other larger and more sophisticated companies and conglomerates. Actually, it puts us in prime position to be the first public company to operate and produce turnkey rubber recycling solutions, and could be the first Company to actually revolutionize the way rubber is recycled and processed worldwide.”
Continuing Research and Development:
Sekhar Innovations (SRI) and Magnum D’Or Resources, Inc (Magnum) Research Programs
· We are working on specific programs to substantially increase the speed, cost efficiency, processing capacities and performance specifications of existing devulcanization technologies. Here we are talking about the next generation of processes and materials with the word potential removed because we are going to do it now.
· Working on the establishment of these specialized recycled compounds into accepted standardized raw material compounds. We are focused on stepping away from the filler and diluent market and into the value added compounds that contribute to the performance of the final product.
· Research into the development of cutting edge Processing Aids with emphasis on high performance specifications and low cost. (Processing aids are materials, chemicals and products that modify the behavior of compounds in terms of characteristics during process and or performance parameters in the final product. In rubber, processing aids have become a vital component in nearly all manufactured products, molded, extruded or otherwise)
UNDER PRODUCTS FROM THE WEBSITE:
Description of products
Magnum will first transform scrap tires into beautiful and useful consumer products for the home and garden industry. Magnum will get scrap tires from different sources and produce many rubber products like rubber nuggets, buffings, crumb rubber and powders, each having their respective applications:

Aloha W6W - Well, the website is now up, but has temporarily lost it's "Investor" menu at http://www.magnumresources.net/
However, I checked two other websites that used to bring up the MDOR website - http://spreelastglobal.com and www.spreelastglobal.com and they have changed back to Spreelast. MDOR no longer associated with these websites. I wonder what's up with that??

Everything but the stock price that is.... In today's NR, they mentioned "the new Global Partnership and Joint Venture announcement will appear in the Investor's Business Daily Newspaper in the Corporate News on Monday the 13th,..." I would hope that there would be an NR preceeding it either later today, or at least on Monday AM. Hopefully we won't have to find a copy of IBD just to get our news on Monday (lol)..
Makamai
Aloha Surfguy - this got my attention as well "Additionally. Magnum will soon be announcing some exciting news which could make Magnum the one of the most high tech producers of rubber compounds and processes in the world." It just keeps getting better and better....
Makamai
Aloha Fsmith - Time will tell...
Makamai
Aloha Dom - I'm still of the opinion that the private placement was not the news that Glusic eluded to when refering to a "major milestone". It stands to reason, that whatever that news is, would be announced as such. Otherwise, what's the point of referring to it that way and then not following up....
Makamai
Howzit Richie - it certainly doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that there is more volitility to come in the markets. Fortunately, the affect on the Small Caps is limited and they are normally the first stocks to recover once things settle out. In fact, a lot of investors take refuge in small caps in these situations.
Lets hope that HDSN has covered and we are back on track with the upcoming announcement promised by tomorrow.
Makamai
Aloha Dom - Yes I'm certain. The NR stated "Magnum Chairman Joe Glusic stated, "We have recently reached a significant mile stone event and look to release details on this matter on or before September 30th 2008." Obtaining financing certainly doesn't qualify as a "significant milestone event" IMHO.
Makamai
Aloha 1heavy - It looks like the company is doing it's best to minimize dilution of the stock - which is the exception, not the rule based on past stocks I've owned. Management is to be commended for their efforts. At this point there are only about 8 mil free trading shares. The fact that the investors were willing to accept $1.00 as the warrant price shows their belief in the company to walk the talk and produce.
Makamai
Aloha Dom - If you look at my post 1410, you'll see what's going on here. Since last week, HDSN jumped over NITE and started lowering the ask. The only reason would be that HDSN is short. IMHO, if an investor is short a stock, he/she would have to jump in and start buying and the price would go up to reflect that buying. However if a MM is short, his only option is to drop the ask to promote buying because he has only 1.47 days to cover again based on the data I provided in my previous post. As soon as HDSN gets off the ask, the stock price will resume it's upward trend. If we get the promised "by Sept 30" announcement - that should do it. In the meantime, we have one last great buying opportunity at these levels.
Makamai
This might explain the downward pressure on the stock. If we get some major news next week, we should benefit from the shorts running for cover.

Aloha Stocktrader...I couldn't agree with you more. IMHO, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Magnum has enormous potential and in time the market will recognize that. The Magog facility alone has 98,000+ sq ft (2 acres plus) mixed use building on approximately 10 acres of land. Once the shredders get to shredding and the buffers get to buffing the company will be able to start fulfilling their 26 mil/yr contracts with NSS and that's right out of the gate.
We should begin to see significant appreciation in stock price once production starts. That will be aided with considerable news in the form of "Magnums 21st Century Business Solutions Series" which will be aired on CNBC, FOX, Hong Kong's Asia Television, and other Leading Networks. Magnum's North American television broadcast will air on CNBC and Fox Business Network to a combined audience of 114 million cable households. Then add to that the "Our Planet and Magnum's Television Series" This show will be aired multiple times on Fox Business Network, CNN Headline News, Discovery Channel, CNN, MSNBC and Regional News Network, along with other networks.
Now add to that in a few months the addition at Magog of TPE manufacturing equipment which their is plenty of space for and we haven't even mentioned additional plants and the "China" connection yet.
Lots of good things ahead for this company that will keep us on the edge of our seats for sometime to come - I'm feeling more and more certain of that as each day passes!
Makamai
Aloha W6W - Magnum is certainly reaping the benefits of having a former company in Magog that was in the rubber business fold, and taking advantage of their former facility as well as former personnel. Looks like they are picking up the cream of the crop based on the NR today.
As far as the "milestone" is concerned - they have already announced that testing should commence next week - so lets hope that they are talking about production at this point...
Makamai
Aloha W6W- good steady accumulation in the morning and then from 1500 on it really picked up. In the past, with this much buying on the ask, price would have jumped up a dime or more - go figure why it's only creeping up a couple cents or so a day...
Makamai
Aloha Dom - The last hour saw over 30k purchased, all on the ask and mostly in 2.5k increments. Sounds like there might be news tomorrow based on that last hour push. The ask is now .61 to open tomorrow.
Makamai
This might explain some of the downward pressure on the stock of late - I suspect mostly from the MMs - who else would be foolish enough to short this stock at this time? (From pinksheets.com)

NEWS - INFO ABOUT CHINA -
Magnum Announces Possible Joint Ventures in China and Provides Update
Thursday September 18, 2:42 pm ET
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. announces one of its directors from the advisory board, Holly Chan, will be flying to China September 19th 2008 to discuss and entertain a variety of joint Ventures and private institutional investors that have shown some serious interest in Magnum's, "Green Close Loop Technology." Chairman Joe Glusic stated, "Magnum has been in discussions to enter China over the past year and we are excited to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Mrs. Holly Chan had previously flown to Germany on behalf of Magnum in late 2007 to formally introduce our technology and know-how to both Government Officials and a world-renowned recycling company that has shown some serious interest in working with Magnum. We look forward to updating our shareholders in the near future."
Magnum has completed the plant layout including the electrical wiring and set up for the installation. Both of the additional 14 x 15 foot doors are being utilized for feeding the buffed tires back into our Turnkey Crumb Rubber Recycling plant so that additional rubber nuggets, crumb rubber and high quality/price metal will be completed by September 19th 2008. Richie - considering how transparent the company has been, I'm certain that as soon as the machines begin to crank out product to start filling our contracts with NSS, we'll here about it.
Makamai
Aloha W6W - good stuff. Lets hope those comments regarding stock price appreciation extend to us, and are not held back by self centered MMs who are only looking out for their own pockets! There is a tremendous potential with this programming to reach a large number of households as you have so well documented. It will be interesting to see if and how they work in the fact that Magnum is a public company.
I see this not airing until December sometime, as it will take awhile to put the presentation together. I would presume that the presentation will want to focus on actual operations at the Magog Plant. Anyone have any opinions on that?
Makamai
Ah yes Richie - the China connection. I was reading where China is the world's largest tire producing nation with 205 million tires manufactured in 2006, according to Tire Business magazine. They must have some huge stockpiles of old tires floating around over there. And yes, MDOR does have exclusive rights to market in North America and China.. Check out Dr. W. Howard Chan, one of our Board of Directors:
Dr. Chan was formerly a Judge in both the Civil and Criminal Courts of New York State. As a Law Professor, he developed legal institutions in China. Since 1978, Judge Chan was senior advisor to China's Governmental Ministries and Agencies. During that time he was engaged in developing international trade, infrastructure development projects, real estate development projects, direct foreign investments, and resolving international trade, investment & securities disputes.....Judge Chan was also engaged in international development of high technology, information technology and internet companies in China and the U.S........Judge Chan was certified as a Mediator by Supreme Court of Florida and is one of the few Americans appointed to China's official Arbitration Commission to arbitrate international commercial disputes in China.B/b>
Who could be better qualified to set up and maintain a business in China and be able to grease the right skids where the government is concerned to make it happen.
Makamai
More news. MDOR just announced their financials as of 30 June - No surprises here - will look about the same as their 30 Sept financials when filed. However the last quarter of this year should be a whole new ball game me thinks...

Richie impatient...........Nooooooooottt But hey, you know we've only been hanging around now for 4 to 5 years, so their's nothing to get impatient about - right! Now where did I put my Tums...
Makamai
If we could get rid of MM Nite, it would have some time ago!
Makamai
Aloha Homerun.. and that isn't even the half of it! MDOR has the right for the exclusive use of Dr. Ing. Gunter Mennig's patents.... which is where the real future of this company is - the field of rubber powder products...
Based on current research at the University of Chemnitz, it is estimated that the current annual demand for fine rubber powders is on the magnitude of 2 million tons. Current production is less than 260,000 tons, leaving 87% of the market unfulfilled. Furthermore, studies show that the current growth rate for rubber powder products is expanding at a rate between 6% and 8% per year. The growth has been driven by the growing popularity and demand for “Green” products throughout the world.
Manufacturing companies today are under tremendous pressure to turn their present processes into a much more environmentally friendly or “Green” direction. Another challenge confronting such companies is maintaining the ability to keep their costs in line as they try to go “Greener”. Quality rubber nuggets of high purity for large scale application are very much in demand on the market, but presently cannot be supplied in the required amounts or even at all. Quality rubber nuggets specifically of a grain size of less than 0.300 mm permit the substitution of primary raw materials. The specific surface of the grain is considerably enlarged, thus improving the adhesive strength properties significantly. The rubber nuggets currently on the market are mainly products of plants for ambient grinding and are not as fine and pure as required for high-value products. Yet these very properties are a prerequisite for major industrial techniques. In injection moldings, for instance in the automobile industry, it is absolutely impossible to use rubber nuggets other than those of grain sizes of <0.250 mm.
MDOR’s proprietary technology provides a one of a kind solution to all of the above challenges. In fact, our licensing rights with Artech, through its subsidiaries, have optimized the necessary grinding and purification technology, making it possible to produce the finest rubber nuggets of grain sizes of < 0.250mm on a large scale. Thus, the application of recycled rubber nuggets in the field of high-value elastomer products became possible.
This provides huge advantages:
1. Excellent reductions in the cost of manufactured end use products through the substitution of rubber nuggets;
2. These processes not only provide a new and expansive methodology for the recycling of rubber but do so at a cost as much as 40% below the present cost of producing thermoplastic elastomers (TPE’s).
MDOR has been granted, for the life of the patents, the exclusive license by Professor Dr. Ing. Gunter Mennig, Dr. Michael, and Dr. Scholz (lecturers at The University of Chemnitz), for the family of patents which define the method by which rubber powder can be bonded with thermoplastic materials to create an elastomer that is subsequently used to create TPE like products. These patented processes will allow MDOR to produce high quality materials in industrial quantities, unlike any other competitor or supplier worldwide and generate immediate business.
Makamai
Aloha Homerun... I found some info on MDOR's R&D efforts in the TPE arena. At the bottom, you'll see why MDOR is planning on doing their TPE R&D in Quebec.
Since TPE compounds vary in properties and characteristics; manufactured rubber powder mixed with TPEs produce a compound that mimic other non-recyclable compounds. In order to ensure that the produced compounds meet the exact specifications of the TPE product that is being replaced, a precise recipe for the formulation of the compound must be created. Thus, MDOR will continue developing new compounds, file new patents, and produce products for the rubber powder it manufactures. At this time applications outnumber the amount of available raw material to produce them, thus creating a considerable supply gap for the powder. And the Quebec province has the best R&D program and incentive in America.
Makamai
Good find Richie - These videos seem like a continuing effort to educate the public and potential JV companies on what the company's green technology is all about. It will be interesting to see what pops up on the new website this next week.
Makamai
Welcome aboard Homerun... Without a doubt, everyone who buys this stock at there ridiculously low levels will be definitely hitting a home run - especially once they get off the BB exchange where there is too much manipulation of the stock price. Production should start in a month or so, and once the company reports some income, the market should take serious notice.
Makamai
Fsmith - you need to study things a little more carefully. If you look back at that picture Richie posted, you'll see that the area that "is all dirt" has "MDOR TPE" written on it which stands for Thermoplastic Elastomers future production site. TPE's are compounds made with a mixture of rubber and plastic, and will be the real pay-off for MDOR downstream. The present plant is that large building below and slightly to the right of it.

Aloha Stocktrader - It's nice to have the company agree with us and come out publicly and take an agressive stand regarding shorting & MMs. That is the second time they have had to address this problem - the last time they terminated the German exchange which they hadn't authorized wanting trades to only go through the Nasdaq BB.

This is the 2nd time Asus has intentionally attempted to mislead folks on this issue. I corrected him/her in my post #952 based on his/her post 945 as follows:
Lets not take things out of context, Chad Curtis acquired 10,000,000 shares of voting Preferred Stock You know that (1) after the number "Chad Curtis 200,000,000 (1) 97.19%" is there for a reason, which you didn't bother to include as follows:
(1) Represents the voting beneficial ownership of 200,000,000 shares of Common Stock of the Company created by the voting power of its 10,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock of the Company. Each share of Preferred Stock entitles the holder to the equivalent of 20 voting shares of Common Stock.
Chad Curtis is no longer CEO of the company, Joe Glusic is. Also, with judges on the BOD, and a former governor, whose reputations are at stake, they are going to play it extra conservative.

Fsmith - As far as the company goes, Chad A. Curtis is VP of Corporate Sales, and Chairman of the Advisory Board but he is no longer a Director/Officer of the company. I also doubt that he owns more than 10% of the diluted shares. As a result, per the 10QSB, he gets paid in stock and like anyone else, needs to put bread on the table. Therefore he could be selling some shares as well as others who have been paid in stock. Per the SEC, (1) DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AND PRINCIPAL STOCKHOLDERS - REQUIRED TO FILE.—Every person who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than 10 percent of any class of any equity security (other than an exempted security) which is registered pursuant to section 12, or who is a director or an officer of the issuer of such security, shall file the statements required by this subsection with the Commission (and, if such security is registered on a national securities exchange, also with the exchange).
I can't imagine anyone else who would be selling at the present time unless they absolutely had to for personal reasons. That brings me back to MM funny business.

Fsmith - after hours (by 28 seconds) the usual 100 shares came throuogh at the ask .50... Like I've previously said, this stock is being manipulated - I wonder by whom & for what reason?
