Aloha Dom - Yes I'm certain. The NR stated "Magnum Chairman Joe Glusic stated, "We have recently reached a significant mile stone event and look to release details on this matter on or before September 30th 2008." Obtaining financing certainly doesn't qualify as a "significant milestone event" IMHO.
