i am the moderator and even though i disagree with their comments, it is not fair to ban them or remove the message unless there is just cause (NO MATTER HOW STUPID THE POST MAY BE)

sometimes i will ask the individual why they post negative stuff on message boards when they are neither short or long the stock. i feel sorry for the kind of person who has nothing better to do. do they think they are some sort of hero saving people from losing money? i do not know....ask them, see what they say.

you are asking for information that if it is not released would be considered inside info. based on the COV statement and the POSC news release...short term. I am expecting by the end of he month and hoping for sometime next week.

I believe both of these new developments will set up some great news maybe for next week.

It is not "confirmed" until there is an offcial press release by either party. I am confident that it will happen soon but that statment is untrue and misleading.

A. He essentially just said that they got rid of the radiopharmaceuticals branch because that wasn't their specialty. He continued by saying it makes much more sense to work and partner with companies that instead specialize in radiopharmaceuticals. (THIS WAS THE CLEAREST SIGNAL SO FAR FROM COVIDIEN THAT SOMETHING IS BREWING).
B. They are doing a lot of research on additional mergers and acquistions and expect more to come.
C. They are focussing on companies that are going to have significant long term growth.

just to clarify level 2. it will only indicate the highest bid and/or lowest offer for each Market Maker ID. you may see NITE bid at .115 for 5000 shares but.........
A) they are obligated for AT LEAST 5000 shares but they COULD be there for any amount up to 99,999 shares and you wouldn't know that unless they wanted to show their actual size .
B) just because you see NITE at .115, if they get hit and move away there could still be orders at NITE for .114 or .113 etc.

That is a pretty low float so it wouldn't take a whole lot of buiying to get this into double digits. I don't think there is much of an audience for VLCO right now. They should do some serious marketing or presentations at IR conferences.

There is NO WAY..that the CEO of POSC would risk not only his future but the future of POSC by publicly stating and re releasing in an 8K that they have a signed deal with the NYSE company. He knows it would only take 1 shareholder with 1 share of stock to sue him if it were not the case. That is all common sense.

For the THOUSANDTH TIM..... It is not soley Roooneys call to put the news out. The NYSE company will make the announcement first (soon) and then POSC will be able to go into more detail after that.

HERE IS THE KEY. It is what happens after the news on the partnership is out that will drive this company and the stock price way higher than it has ever been.

it is a done deal with the NYSE major. It is a matter of when the major makes the announcement.

I really don't think POSC had anything to do with a second round of rumors. The deal is done. I expect we hear something by the end of the month. Maybe next week. IMO

nyse company willl most likely put out initial release and focus on the benefits to their company. that will open the door for POSC to go into more detail about what it menas for them is subsequent releases.
