There is NO WAY..that the CEO of POSC would risk not only his future but the future of POSC by publicly stating and re releasing in an 8K that they have a signed deal with the NYSE company. He knows it would only take 1 shareholder with 1 share of stock to sue him if it were not the case. That is all common sense.

For the THOUSANDTH TIM..... It is not soley Roooneys call to put the news out. The NYSE company will make the announcement first (soon) and then POSC will be able to go into more detail after that.

HERE IS THE KEY. It is what happens after the news on the partnership is out that will drive this company and the stock price way higher than it has ever been.
