what ever happened at the trial regarding Stanton's many aliases???....did Mills have to give an explanation on that????
Aliases
ROGERS, STEVE
BEAN, THOMAS
MILLS, RONALD
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79739174
why????
Presently, he SERVES time in a federal prison.
priceless!!!
for all we know, it's them selling today, since the filing was for the past 2 days, and volume is higher than normal......
1/15/2013 sale .83
1/16/2013 sale .80
today????? more "reasons"???
there are a thousand reasons to sell and one reason to buy
PS: guess we'll know next week, since they have 2 business days, it appears:
Changes in ownership are reported on Form 4 and must be reported to the SEC within two business days. You can find the limited categories of transactions not subject to the two-day reporting requirement in the new rule.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/form345.htm
yeah, "cronyism" in penny stocks is never a problem!!!!.....got it!!!!
Pak-It Canada seems to have been a bit of a tenuous entity.....and part of the Feb 2010 "news blast" fiasco.......
but if they could sell the ludicrous idea of P20 ships, why not another Pak-it division churning out product for "unlimited" demand????
PS: yeah, very uncanny that the Senior Account Executive for Pak-It Canada, was also once Executive chef/Manager of the Fallsview Casino, home of the AGMs......almost as strange as hiring a relative to run a non-operational blending facility!!!!!
a bad business move????......seems to me there were more than just one!!!!!
well, that's also why there are so many China scams.......people make the fallacious logical leap that since China has so much growth, ALL (or most) Chinese Cos must be a great investment.....
some Chinese stock operators use the above to their advantage......
Don't let people fool you about the Chinese economy
PS: last I knew, they were still communists.....kind of ironic, isn't it?????
it shows the pattern of poor decisions, and money losing strategies the Co has pursued to date.....it's one of many examples, as with the non-blending site......why fix it up and let it then sit idle for so long????.....cart in front of the horse (a "relative's" cart, at that!!!!.....hmmmmm....)
but cash flow positive is coming, so sell a PIPE, yeah, OK.......
Pat Hogan is a new Senior Account Executive for Pak-It Canada and he looks
forward to using his career experiences to help expand this patented "green"
product line. Pat Hogan has spent most of his career travelling the world
garnering skill and talent in the hospitality industry. He has worked as the
Executive chef/Manager at many prestigious 5 star properties including the
Fallsview Casino. His management skills, dedication to quality, and enthusiasm
for the Pak-It products qualified him for this new sales position.
Fallsview Casino, location of the AGMs, correct???.....small world, Niagara is!!!!.....arms-length itch my back, please!!!!!
http://www.reuters.com/article/2010/02/12/idUS229957+12-Feb-2010+GNW20100212
lol, reminds me of PakIt......needed for ROBUST GROWTH, and also to make the catalyst, until it wasn't!!!!
BTW, did PakIt Philly ever make a single gram of catalyst????...
(or maybe that took place at the mysterious PakIt Canada manufacturing facility!!!!)

great planning......
really??....good thing they bought that blending site and fixed it up YEARS ago.....hey, you never know!!!!!
so, with it now mothballed, how much more money (aka shares) will it take to get it up and re-re-operational.....or is that one more thing that will only take the push of a button???!!!!!
just not blendin'
the blending site isn't even operating yet so the answer to how much fuel is purchased to blend at the site is zero
lol, you don't think Al Capone dealt in CASH?????.....
good one......
like Al Capone, it was the IRS that got John Stanton in the end.....
if someone is not reporting income, while not giving the shares for the payment, and just pocketing the money, all kinds of possibilities come to mind......in fact, not giving the shares is one neat way to keep the transaction "off the books"......
just my musings as an observer....
the best part about that link is to keep refreshing it, and watch the ads at the bottom!!!!!.....lol, quite the highbrow hosting site for an SAIC report to be leaked on!!!!
skimpy dresses, fake boobs, pallets of money, and steroid musclemen, WTF????....what's the theme there, suckerville??? (with the SAIC report the main attraction, ironic....)
PS: more disclaimers, please....
think of Geo like those sucker fish that cling to sharks for their livelihood......however, neither would survive without lower fishes in the food chain to provide their sustenance........
(not a perfect analogy, but you get the picture, I hope.....none of this happens without something to provide the base of the pyramid, good ol' retail prey.....if there were no crappy Cos for Geo-types to write hit pieces on, there would be little market for Geo-types to make money shorting them, thus little incentive to do so....lesson: don't be the meal!!!!!....there are plenty of great Cos out there, but if something sounds too good to be true....did this Co really claim to have such a low PE, etc???....being nothing but a distributor middleman, basically, right???...that's why I guess they needed to play the product volume card, because I don't see why their margins would be better than others!!!)
The relationship between a remora and its perfect host is most often taken to be one of commensalism, specifically phoresy. The host to which it attaches for transport gains nothing from the relationship, but also loses little. The remora benefits by using the host as transport and protection, and also feeds on materials dropped by the host. Controversy surrounds whether a remora's diet is primarily leftover fragments, or the feces of the host. In some species (Echeneis naucrates and E. neucratoides), consumption of host feces is strongly indicated in gut dissections.[3] For other species, such as those found in a host's mouth, scavenging of leftovers is more likely.

exactly, confusion can be a great tactic for those who wish to mislead......
I've lost count of the scams which collapsed with people asking what was the motive, why did they spend money on a project if it wasn't "real", or buy a property, hire people, do this deal, announce a PR, etc.....scammers often need to spend some money to make some money!!!!....I don't know what happened here either, but that's a typical pattern when these things blow up, only hints and clues (if you're lucky)....
The first principle is that you must not fool yourself and you are the easiest person to fool.
Richard Feynman
if a dozen or more insiders, friends, family and cronies can make "only" a few hundred thousand dollars (as an example) it beats punching a time clock!!!!....often the payout is equivalent to years of a normal working stiff's salary, for not doing too much real effort....again, I don't know what the circumstances are with this one.....it will be interesting to see how it develops, and what gets revealed on what is/was going on.....
who knows what perks China stock insiders give themselves or others.......the longer the Co stays in business, the longer they can keep them going.....
I've seen AMERICAN stocks before where the only reason the Co seemed to exist was to reward insiders through various indirect means.......where cronies, relatives, etc, got fat employment or consultant contacts, or were selling lame assesses to the Co (probably for kickbacks), renting properties from a spouse, that kind of thing......imagine the possibilities a devious skim can think up.....lots of ways to skin a cat, especially in a place that will eat anything that moves!!!
PS: often, shareholders are left in a perplexed state, never really knowing why or how the scheme operated.....WHICH IS EXACTLY THE BEST OUTCOME FOR THE SCHEMERS....think about it.....
isn't this it????

A 517-move win
the following is a C/P from the link below....it involves 7 man EGTBs, which are not available to the public yet, despite almost seven years since this was discovered.....the complete 7 man EGTBs when completed are expected to take at least 100 TB of storage, but from what I understand, the format is still being developed.....but sooner or later, it will be done, then onward to the 8 man EGTBs!!!
PS: for me to load all the 6 man EGTB "indexes" on a fast machine takes almost 2 minutes (they consume about 2GB of RAM), so 7 man EGTBs will take hundreds of GBs, and a long time to load, I suspect!!!...but who knows, it was not too long ago that people had to wait like 20-30 minutes for the 6 man EGTBs to load all the indexes.....

Black to play, White wins in 517 moves
Marc Bourzutschky and Yakov Konoval, May 2006
Incredible news from the wizards of 7-men endgames, Marc Bourzutschky and Yakov Konoval.
Barely two months after breaking the 300-move barrier in tablebase endgames (see item 311) they have now found a position where it takes White 517 moves to win (convert to a winning sub-endgame) with best play by both sides: White and Black always aim for the fastest and slowest conversions, respectively.
At the discussion forum TalkChess Bourzutschky writes: "This was a big surprise for us and is a great tribute to the complexity of chess."
"Even deeper 7-man endings may exist, but I doubt it," writes Bourzutschky. But also: "That such a great depth is still possible with so much firepower on the board suggests that even deeper endings may arise with 8 pieces, perhaps in krnnkbbn. This ending could be generated with 64 GB of RAM in a few months on a fast single CPU machine and about 5 terabytes of storage. Any takers?"
Here are those moves. As always, only-winning moves have an exclamation mark.
NB: Games over 300 moves cannot be entered in ChessBase, but the moves can be played over on the Palview board on the left. And as Bourzutschky notes, Scid also manages without a hitch. You can copy & paste the moves into it; it's not even necessary to remove the !'s - they show up, too.

some of the longest known checkmates in chess:
http://kirill-kryukov.com/chess/longest-checkmates/longest-checkmates.shtml
(note: some of these might ignore the 50 move rule, which could make them a draw in an official game if one of the opponents decides to claim it)
also of interest is that discoveries made by computer chess endgame tablebases (EGTBs) once caused this rule to be changed when it was found that there were many forced checkmates possible that were longer than 50 moves...later, the rule was reinstated back to 50 moves, since us humble humans have a hard time playing perfectly for a grinding hundred or more moves!!!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifty-move_rule
The fifty-move rule in chess states that a player can claim a draw if no capture has been made and no pawn has been moved in the last fifty consecutive moves (fifty moves by each side)
In the 20th century it was discovered that some positions of certain endgames can only be won in more than fifty moves (without a capture or a pawn move). The rule was changed to include certain exceptions in which one hundred moves were allowed with particular material combinations. However, more and more exceptions were discovered and in 1992 FIDE abolished all such exceptions and reinstated the strict fifty-move rule.
below are some long mates of interest, with the FEN string following, which can be input in the link below....for example, in the 1st example, copy and past the info after the 211 (which is the maximum moves until a forced move with perfect play) using the "Input Fen" button in the below link to see it for yourself!!!

I read that someone who is a Geo subscriber immediately tried to get shares to short, but couldn't find any.....
As a subscriber to GeoInvesting, I saw the hit piece on LPH long before it was released to the public and desperately searched for shares to short and found none. This is the first day shares weren't available for shorting. It figures. I could have shorted all I wanted above $2.20 ..... major bummer.

problem is, it's claimed Toups vouched for trucks (according to Geo, I assume their source of the promotional video is quoted accurately!!!...I have not watched it myself).....I don't know if he/they also mentioned rail, but the below seems to me that they are talking about trucks:
Our video surveillance proves that CFO Mike Toups' claim of 50-60 trucks per day fueling at LPH's Taiyuan facility is an outrageous exaggeration that Mr. Toups should be well aware of every time he visited the nearly idle Taiyuan facility.
(BTW, I'm also suspicious of ANYONE who had/has ANY ties to the Tampa penny stock scene, such as Toups.....his father Leon was the founder of Toups Technology, which morphed into EFTI, a notorious John Stanton scam Co....Stanton was recently convicted of major tax frauds, and will be behind bars for some time......he got off lightly, IMO, why he never was also charged by the SEC for his numerous other penny stock antics beats me!!!...guess the IRS has more teeth than the SEC....Michael Toups was once a CFO of EFTI (EarthFirst), see his LinkedIn profile....I hear he even lives close to Stanton's old address....doesn't prove anything, I admit, but when in doubt I personally don't trust these Tampa penny stock operators with my hard earned cash....just my opinion on that, FWIW...)
In fact, at 25 minutes into the promotional video, CEO Dave Gentry points out that CBEH was halted from trading and under SEC investigation for potential fraud after investors filmed its facility for four months and determined that the flow of trucks did not match the revenue and earnings that the company was reporting. Mr. Gentry then asks LPH CFO Mike Toups:
"To what extent have you verified what we're seeing on the ground what we're told in the financials is accurate?"
Mr. Toups replies:
"Dave, I've spent a considerable amount of time here in Taiyuan City working with the company, working with the management. I've really rolled up my sleeves in terms of understanding the financialsā¦"
Mr. Toups then announces that LPH would set up webcams on its new website so investors could view the facilities and see the tanker trucks fueling. Nine months later, after repeatedly making excuses for delays installing the live webcams, Mr. Toups (on page 15 of LPH's Q2 2012 earnings conference call transcript dated February 10, 2012) announced that the webcam project failed because "The Company deals with several sensitive industries in terms of some of the customers that we serve, the military or military-related customers, so we have not been able to come out through the Chinese firewall with the webcams or any type of a live feed."
Our video surveillance proves that CFO Mike Toups' claim of 50-60 trucks per day fueling at LPH's Taiyuan facility is an outrageous exaggeration that Mr. Toups should be well aware of every time he visited the nearly idle Taiyuan facility. The real reason LPH never installed the webcams is because they have no business to film, as we observed during our 7 weeks of time-lapse video surveillance. LPH is defrauding its investors, just like China Integrated Energy, only on an even larger scale.

any idea what this is about???.....seems a bit fishy, IMO...
....as well as failing to disclose an investment of $32 million in a Tourism business made by its subsidiary Shanxi Zhonghe Energy Conversion Co., Ltd.

Part II - Legal Issues Abound
1. LPH Did Not Disclose A RMB 200 Million (USD 32 Million) Investment In A Tourism Business By Its Subsidiary, Zhonghe.
We learned that the Chairman of LPH, Cai Yongjun and Zhonghe, a claimed non-operating LPH subsidiary, own 10% and 90% respectively of a tourism project called Shengjing Mountain Tourism District, in Wendeng City, Shandong province. Shandong Jinriyue Tourism Development Co., Ltd. ("Jinriyue Tourism"), established in October 2009, was the company developing and managing the project. LPH never disclosed any details regarding its involvement in the project. Based on public information in China, as of November 2011, Zhonghe invested more than RMB 200 million (USD 32 million) in this tourism project and even planned to invest as much as RMB 1.4 billion (USD 222 million).
(above from the "hit piece")
I like WDC better as a Co, but trade both STX and WDC now.....FWIW, STX seems to be a bit of a better flipper, as the Co promotes itself more for investor awareness, and moves more % wise (give or take).....WDC is very conservative by comparison in their IR.....
most of the product I buy is WDC though.....
PS: I tried the Seagate hybrid drive, and returned it....a big gimmick IMO in its present format.....see my review:

pretty useless info, seeing YTD on January 3, and not even a mention they are a BK Co????....and what is this 5 day 96% BS????.....someone's spam algorithms need checking.....
Another stock on the row of big bulls was Patriot Coal Corporation (PINKSHEETS:PCXCQ) which showed a bullish move of +16.44%. The stock was a gainer in its YTD performance as it moved up +16.44 %, while its five-day performance was in the red as it dropped more than 96%. PCXCQ engages in the mining, production, and sale of thermal coal, primarily to electricity generators in the eastern United States.
sold that one for about a 15% gain.....the tortoise wins the race!!!!!....
