like Al Capone, it was the IRS that got John Stanton in the end.....

if someone is not reporting income, while not giving the shares for the payment, and just pocketing the money, all kinds of possibilities come to mind......in fact, not giving the shares is one neat way to keep the transaction "off the books"......

just my musings as an observer....
