I just received an email reply from Alex Loftus, regarding TDA lawsuit, saying that the screenshots I sent him of trades being rejected by TDA were very useful.
Bought some AH. Expect double soon. Go SNDL!
That's true, but once investors realize it's up to them, and we get that volume up a bit, KABOOOM!
Thanks Whombat!
At OTCMarkets.com.
I bought on the BLEG news today. Looks like could be 10 bagger here.
I saw the .005 spike yesterday. But it was just a glitch or something.
Actually HCMC has a Penny Stock Exempt status:
Penny Stock Exempt
This security is exempt from the definition of a Penny Stock under SEC under Rule 240.3a51-1 because it meets one of the following tests: 1) A price of over $5 per share, 2) the issuer has Average Revenue of at least $6 million for the last 3 years, or 3) the issuer has Net Tangible Assets in excess of $2 million if the issuer has been in continuous operations for at least 3 years or $5 million if less than 3 years.
That was a great idea. I have screen shots of my rejected trades and the messages from TDA.
Thanks 0001 Trader. I have spent the last 20 minutes searching for that.
Greatly appreciate it.
Will you send your attorney my email address also please: tony48@usa.com
Wow, boss move. I'll join it. Thanks.
Someone accidentally deliberately entered the .005 to skew the chart.
I was wondering if that was a real move or an error?
LOL :))
I was finally able to speak to someone at TDA who explained that it was the MM that TDA places it's trades through that was stopping the trades. He explained that Fidelity uses a different MM or MMs. I still have yet to find out if TDA will continue to use the same MM or if they've made some changes. I will call again tonight. Right now the wait time is 2 hours.
Thanks for the info and GLTU also.
I grabbed some 9s today. GGII looks pretty awesome from here.
Enjoy those precious personal days to the fullest good man. And thank you very much for your posts.
Yeah that would be exceptionally bad. I tried to create an account with Fidelity and apparently I already have one with their Netbenefits. Now I have to contact them to reset username and password because I have no idea what they are. I set that up years ago and never used it. Thanks for the info and GLTU.
I'm going to do the same, but how long does it take to get the shares transferred?
Thanks very much for your explanation and the article. That's the best and only explanation that I have received. I hope they get the funds, or credit soon.
Thanks for reminding me to keep phone records. I finally got through last night, after a hour long wait, and the rep could not tell me a damn thing. He was polite and apologetic, but didn't know shit. I emailed TDA 5 more times and they haven't responded.
Thanks but what "risk" is there for them. I'm on hold with TDA now still waiting for someone to pick up.
But it's even WORSE if you can't sell when it's time to reap some profits. This shit has got to end!
Thanks for letting me know.
Thanks for the first hand look.
I traded other OTC pinks with no problem today. So I agree, that's a bullshit answer they gave. I smell a lawsuit against Amritrade.
I wholeheartedly agree.
TDA is saying that there is a problem with OTC Markets. So how come the others pinkies are trading just fine?
This is the written response I just received from TDA:
Thank you for reaching out to us via TD Ameritrade's secure message center. My name is Madilyn, and I am happy to help you.
"Unfortunately, there is no trading on symbol HCMC at this time. Market destinations are not accepting orders on this symbol due to issues with OTC Markets. TD Ameritrade has no control over this issue, and we regrettably do not have an estimated time for when this will be resolved.
We do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding."
Warmest Regards,
Madilyn Simmons

You're right about that. Good analogy about the mall.
I feel ya. This is too frustrating.
I have taken screenshots of my rejected orders and unexecuted BUY orders (above the ASK price), just in case there is a class action lawsuit against TDA in the future.
Yep, I just tried to place a sell order and it was REJECTED! They need to fix that problem soon. This ain't funny.
I tried to get a few milly more since open @ .0014, and chased it to .0019. TD Ameritrade just now finally filled it at .0019 when the ask was .0018 for quite a long time now. GEEEZ, just grateful I got more.
