Art, I just called E-Trade they say they have not receivced the electonic transfer from DTC as of yet and my account will not be updated until they receivce GVRP shares. E-Trade said possibly Monday night my account would be updated with GVRP split shares.

GVRP- I called the ta and they are issueing the split shares in the next 48 hours

I dont like making phone call to the either, I was just trying to find out where the investigation stood. They suspend trading for two weeks and leave the brokers/investors still guessing. What the hell was the purpose of the halt.You can not get a answer from them. All you get is the investigation is over.

OTC BB King, How about you give them a call and see what you can get out of them, the lady got a little huffy with me. They do not wont to listen to the what caused the problem or that you are intitled to the split. Only that you invested in a risky pink sheet stock. Yes I got the feeling that they will do NO more, although I do not beleive it can stay the way it is.

I called sec at 202-5516551 and talked to them about gvrp. I was told that I took the risk and bought a pink sheets stock, I gambled and lost. I said I bought according to the rules. I ask about the suspention on gvrp and was told it was over and now it is up to my broker to get my shares. I ask her how the sec would allow the pps of the stock to reverse for the split and not see to it that we get our due bills. I told her that my intire investment was wiped out over nite because they reversed the pps and did not honor the split. They said thats the risk I took. I said It can not stay the way it is now with pps of the stock reversed and not get the shares. I was told the investigation is over and this is where it stands and I could put in a complaint in writing.

fung, whats your problem, countless times otc and pink companys have screwed traders. We buy into a company that has a 3 mil. to 1 foward split and expect the due bills and you call that greed? All we are expecting is whats due, nothing more or less. Are you trying to say the investor was wrong in this case? We bought according to rules, we expect the sec to stick to the rules and thats all. We dont want any pity from the sec nor do we want to give any pity to the company or ta. They were both warned many times over and chose to ignore. So go post your bull shit about greed on some other board.

Joe Glavan from sec just called me about gvrp. Anyone here that has talked to the company or ta should call him. 202-551-4572. He will not give out any direct info on the investigation but he will talk to you and let you know they are working on the case for the shareholders. I told him that all shareholders that bought before xdate are strongly expecting there due bills and that we bought according to rules, also rules should not be changed to protect company or ta.

Hpe so, he did say there are no split shares but you can buy or sell today. I have a whole 600 shares-6cent. 7.99 for the trade.

jobynmble, I was told by etrade yesterday that etrade would not honor the split. they said what ever you bought last week would be all you recieve. I ask what about the pps for gvrp, it adjusted for the split, they said it doesnt make no difference and I should have knew the risk with pink sheet stocks. I said so as of friday the 600 shares are worth 3900 dollars and monday morning there worth 6 cents, does that seem fair? His reply was that the pps for gvrp was over priced when I bought. If what I was told by etrade is right that would be robbery. I dont see how in the world they can adjust the pps for gvrp and not give the split shares.

I still have the 600 shares I bought last thursday. 0.0001, total valve 0.06 cents.
