It's great that John is speaking at the local training meeting but it's not that big of a deal. Every industry has these events.
I don't see the event on their national conference calendar. Is this a local event?

You may be right - especially since JBI has units in the U.S.A.!!
think it's just a mistake and that is all it is, nothing else. Where did Reuters get their information so that they could make a mistake about the CEO and the address of company, not getting it?????
That's what I said - nothing untoward. A mistake. I'm not sure what you are not getting? I'm not sure who is responsible for correcting these errors. But I would think IR would be all over this. Maybe you can correct it. It's misleading and at this juncture we need clarity in everything on the net.
Also, please explain about the perceived misinformation you claim to have found in the report, I would appreciate it if you could be specific. Thanks.
Perceived misinformation? Address. CEO. What other discrepancies do you see in the following? I've highlighted some of them. A holding company? WBENC? Who's the female owner? back of the house? What about Karcher? Dropps, etc? Where is the current company information? This is very dated - how does this persist? Just want the real info on the net - better for the future. Better for the stockholders.

It appears to be an interesting error
I'm sure it's nothing untoward. Wonder where Reuters gets their information? A lot of misinformation in the report.
Notice they have the company address incorrect as well? Cambridge office has been shut down....guess i won't rely on Reuters for any accurate information on JBII.
Someone from JBI IR needs to contact Reuters and get the corrections done. I've always thought of them as a reliable news source. Need to stop thinking...
Very little information on the website.
I agree. The Polymer Energy site is horrible. I'd have to fire the website administrator.
Where have they placed the three machines, I couldn't find that information on the website?
2010 Annual Report under the IR tab on the NTIC site.
To someone who knows NOTHING about the process - a new investor, someone from the media..whatever... Both companies say they are using pyrolysis to turn plastic waste into oil.
How would one know without doing a ton of research that the processes are different? P2O's catalyst might be MOLTEN LEAD for all we know. NTIC appears to have a successful business model, good income and has placed at least 3 machines.
Don't get me wrong, I'm totally behind P20 and JBI. Just being the devils advocate.
What about NTIC and their Polymer Energy division?

New Reuters report. Who is David F. Stever? Listed as president & CEO of JBI? http://reports.finance.yahoo.com/w0?r=44206542:1
Doing research on different alternate fuel companies. NTIC sells machines for Polymer Energy? PE website isn't very informative. How many machines have they sold? Different from the plastic recycling machines others have? Plas2fuel, Blest, P2O?

February filing said Vangard not Vanguard. Trade name for what? Haven't heard much about Pakit lately. Are they still around? Javeco?
Thank you for the clarification. That's a good double stacked semi load!
And you know all this since you live around the corner and drive by the building? Do they leave the big bay doors open so you can see the tweeking and reworking? Can you take a picture next time you drive by? I wonder how many gaylords of shredded plastic is equal to 20 tonnes? Can you see that?
Since the tweeking and reworking the processor can do much much more
you will be suprised when you find out just how much it can handle
From the company website:
"Our P2O conversion rate is very fast: an 1800 pound load of waste plastic can be processed in less than one hour."
I haven't seen where they say they are processing 20 tons per day but per the website it's possible.
Units of mass/weight - Wiki
The ton is a unit of measure. It has a long history and has acquired a number of meanings and uses over the years. It is used principally as a unit of weight, and as a unit of volume. It can also be used as a measure of energy, for truck classification, or as a colloquial term.
It is derived from the tun, the term applied to a barrel of the largest size. This could contain a volume between 210 and 256 gallons (800 to 1000 L), which could weigh around 2,000 pounds (900 kg) and occupy some 60 cubic feet (1700 L) of space.[1]
In the United Kingdom, the ton is a unit of measure which, when it ceased to be legal for trade in 1985, was defined in British legislation as being a weight or mass equal to 2,240 pounds (1,016 kg) (avoirdupois pounds).[2] In the United States and Canada,[3] however, a ton is defined to be 2,000 pounds (907 kg). To avoid confusion, the former is more specifically referred to as a "long ton" and the latter, a "short ton"; neither should be confused with the metric ton (tonne), which is 1,000 kilograms (2,205 lb). While they do vary, a ton is generally one of the heaviest units of weight or mass referred to in colloquial speech.
The term "ton" is also used to refer to a number of units of volume, ranging from 35 to 100 cu ft (around 1000 to 2800 L) in capacity.
Who or what is Vangard?
from filings in February: The company now does business as Pak-It™, DCL Solutions, and Vangard
So what's left?
310/301 Holdings
Gregg Jaclin (legal to JBI and was on the Domark BOD)
JBI, Inc.
John Bordynuik
Why Jaclin?
is there a zoho of the amended complaint?
The SEC filings about the permits have a date of March 1 for getting paperwork into the DEC. How long until the DEC site shows approved instead of suspended? Is there a similar process in Ontario? Do they have a website that lists permits?
