I note that one strategy pioneered by CDEX and MPspeak has spread to other SCAM stock. Quite simple. Just get somebody to sign on as a distributer and word the announcement as if a big block of product has been sold.

Subpoenas are issued by OFFICERS of the COURT. Lawyers recognized by the court as representing a person before the court.

The court can either help enforce the subpoena or quash it.

RYALS lawyer has been recognized as RYALS attorney, ergo can issue a subpoena which must be delivered to the person against whom the subpoena is issued, if he or she can be found.

The JUDGE (COURT) may be persuaded to issue a bench warrent to compel the person to appear if the subpoena can not be delivered.

Lawyer hire a process server to find people and deliver subpoenas.. If a warrent is issued, then Law Officers may seize the person and hold that person in jail to await disposition.

REMEMBER some fellow came here claiming that CDEX had sold some instruments on EBAY... The very instruments that RYALS is tawkin aboot??

My vague recall is that as a result of a post or two from WADE, he had an exchange of communicatons with "BUCKWHEAT"...Who was sympathetic with WADE because he also felt that WADE was "used" by MP et al. (BUCKWHEAT felt used in a smilar fashion by another scam which resulted in much to-do about that time).

(BUCHWHEAT faded away from the boards about that time because, I suppose, of the adverse publicity from the other scam. He may have been the subject of prosecution because of that scam...perhaps having to do with re-refinery of used oil somewhere in N.C.)

I do not know what became of BUCKWHEAT or even remember his real name. But if he is still around he could shed some light re WADE, I do believe.

I do recall more vividly that WADES posts brought an angry response from MP...and an empathic statement that HE, MP, was the sole spokesman for CDEX at that time.

Have you noticed that little has been said re WADE in all the junk bandied about during this BK debacle??

We can gather from what has been written that he is no longer an employee of CDEX, but an independent contractor. Is owed a certain amount of money. But nevertheless, he is the VERY one that assured JB that the IG4 is the ultimate answer to Pharm doubts re the VALIMED usefulness, and will certainly sell.

There has been no testimony from Wade, nor any affadavits yet made public re his opinions regarding the veracity of JBs assertations, which among other things hangs the appellation of "GOAT" on WADE in case money is allowed by the court and the IG4 will sell no better than the VALIMED itself.

So I wonder if WADE will become a witness in any BK court hearings??? Or will be asked to provide an affadavit under oath?? If so just how deep does the WADE loyalties run?? Or his fears mar his sleep and waking hours?? WOULD HE LIE under oath??
