COULD BE..but your scenarios have what has always been a major snag...they are what a rational and at least semi-honest person would do.

EVERY time I have tryed to do that, I was wrong.

INET spent a heap of his Yankee Common Sense trying that.

ALMOST every time that I have seen CROOKS at work..doing what is rational for a SELF.SERVIING CROOK...I have been close to straight on.

NAW...There has been some paying off done...by somebody...and the candidates are MANY...
