Wasn't January 5 already taken?
Short commentary:
Some interesting developments have occured in the last couple of weeks with respect to Gold, Forex, and T-bills. First, Gold went to backwardation for the first time ever in history starting Dec 2 which seems to confirm a potential short squeeze scenario, next US T-Bill turned negative, followed by a reversal of the inverse relationship of Gold to USD. All other non-precious metal commodities are showing small pressure or perhaps a breakout against the trendline. If the current scenario holds, then we should start to see some additional pressure in commodity pricing with gold in particular over the next few weeks.
In my previous post discussion, two scenarios are provided to take into account for the spot pricing vs dilution, which may be worth reading. All comments welcome.

Non-Precious Metals seem to have a small break out from the trendline, however upward pressure isn't being shown yet, which may be due to excess inventories still available from before the collapse in commodity pricing from a few months ago:

The early votes are in and so far the Yes votes have the lead. It may be possible to call the election early here. Not trying to “pump” the stock here, just providing an outlet for those who still have confidence. Personally, while I still have confidence, I’ve been to the all you can eat bar at Spooz and Capital, (burp) and now find that there are a number of stocks that are irresistibly cheap that have my eye. I think that Capital and Spooz might as well be Siamese Twins and therefore, we have to wait for our other half to finish their “job” at the botched preferred share offering before we hear anything at all from Spooz. The good news is Spooz would make a nice stocking stuffer. I’m going to be busy the next few days, so no more posts from me for awhile…. Have fun!

You may want to consider Zecco. http://www.zecco.com/aboutus/WelcomeToZecco.aspx
Rarely does Zecco deny a sub penny transaction. First 10 trades are free each month, then $4.50 a trade after that, if you maintain $2,500 in equity.

BLOOMBERG TRADEBOOK HAS AGREEMENT WITH SPOOZ INC. SPZI
SPZI & Bloomberg are now partners
Spooz Discloses Contract to Shareholders
- 9/23/2008
Spooz is pleased to announce an integration agreement with Bloomberg Tradebook’s electronic trading system. Due to mutual client demand, the SpoozToolz trading software will be able to send orders and receive fills in the equity, futures, options and Foreign Currency Exchange. Spooz and Bloomberg Tradebook anticipate delivering an integrated product to customers within sixty days. The product is available to Bloomberg Professional ® service subscribers.
SpoozToolz utilizes Microsoft® Excel® as the Graphical User Interface for creating trading strategies because Excel undoubtedly is the de facto, universal standard for analysts and traders in all financial markets. SpoozToolz adds toolbar functions to Excel that enable the trader to easily create quote and trading screens that act as a direct portal to Bloomberg Tradebook’s multi-asset, electronic execution gateways around the world. In addition, Excel provides a familiar platform upon which to quickly and develop and deploy automated strategies before the opportunity is lost to the customary development cycle.
Although Strategies may be developed in Excel, the low latency execution of orders is performed in the SpoozToolz C# middleware.SpoozToolz includes a control dashboard that displays trading activity, position, fills, and status of each order as well as profit and loss statistics. The dashboard also serves as an efficient tool to aid the trader in managing strategies running simultaneously in diversified markets.
The agreement between the two companies calls for delivery of the SpoozToolz core product as well as its Custom Pricing and AutoSpreader modules.Additionally, Spooz will provide custom trading templates to Tradebook and its customers on a fee basis and will make its template library generally available to those traders wishing access.
“We are so pleased to have one of the finest companies in the world as our partner,” stated Paul Strickland the Spooz CEO.“Our mutual agreement marks a significant milestone in our company’s history and provides SpoozToolz access to a large, sophisticated customer base with compelling needs for our products.”

Two scenarios:
http://www.libertystaruranium.com/www
LBSU has mining rights for copper, gold, moly, uranium, silver, vanadium, cobalt, nickel, zinc, and lead. Presently, precious metals http://www.kitco.com/market/ with gold in particular, seem to have an inverse relationship to the strength of the US dollar. All other metals, http://www.infomine.com/investment/metalprices/ have a direct relationship to global macroeconomic conditions. A question that needs to be raised for LBSU is what is the break even point for each of the aforementioned metals, based on the spot price, and financing terms?
The answer to the question creates two scenarios:
1. A low spot price and poor financing terms create an unfavorable condition to expand operations, and therefore dilution.
2. A higher spot price and better financing terms create a favorable condition to expand operations, resulting in no dilution.
Which scenario is correct, will primarily be determined by which of the aforementioned metals is the easiest to extract, and offer the highest profit per ton mined, based upon spot price and financing terms.
For now, I find that LBSU is still an attractive buy based on the properties and minerals, and as a hedge continue to buy more in the event that the metal spot price goes up, creating a favorable environment to expand operations. However, my buying of LBSU is incremental, in the event that the spot price continues to be low and the credit market creates unfavorable lending conditions and thus dilution.
Which scenario will be correct is anyone’s guess. What I do know is that metals have been severely beaten down along with all mining stock companies around the world. While it may seem scary and crazy to invest in a mining company of any size right now, the current macroeconomic conditions will reverse at some point. Timing is everything.
IMO
“i am really new to this stock - and since i've been in this stock the company has been pretty much silent this is the 2nd kaitrade blurb i've seen - anyone care to fill me in on what that is and how it relates to xxis.”
First off, Welcome. I have been here since the end of July invested in both Capital 141 (XXIS) and Spooz (SPZI). To understand what is going on, one must understand the background of Spooz, (SPZI) and the CEO, Paul Strickland. Spooz originated from Texas as a small brokerage trading firm and peddled software. Next the brokerage piece was dropped, and the software became the main focus. Last year, Spooz spawned Capital 141. Recently, some of the back office staff of Spooz left and then created Kaitrade, LLC, which has caused a considerable amount of discussion on the Spooz discussion board.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&cb=1228319459&article=28637925&symbol=NO%5ESPZI
Note, that when Capital 141 was created, special “trading modules” were created by Spooz for Capital 141. These modules were created by the staff of Spooz, which is now at Kaitrade LLC. For individuals who are solely invested into Capital 141, the issue of Kaitrade LLC is a non issue. However, the issue was raised indicating that a third shell could be created. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=33907671
My response was somewhat rash as I indicated a third shell already was created, Kaitrade, LLC. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=33914520 http://www.kaitrade.com/
Now, there has been speculation as to how all of this relationship between Spooz, Capital and Kaitrade fit together. There was one scenario that was previously raised by a poster on Spooz, whereby either Spooz or a reseller such as Kaitrade, sell product but then the buyer would like some of the modules previously provided to Capital. The question is whether Capital would be willing to sell the modules on a royalty basis, thus enabling the investors to benefit as well.
I have avoided posting on Capital 141 for some time, as the ongoing argument of the preferred shares never seems to end. While the math definitely seems enticing to an individual investor, the only benefit that I could surmise that Capital would be receiving is a defensive poison pill, which mirrors the Spooz/Kaitrade poison pill. The type of preferred stock offer appears to be convertible, non-cumulative preferred stock only.
This of course leads me to a hypothesis, that I put forward on the Spooz discussion board regarding the recent, rather strange behavior of all three, which was to create poison pills to defend themselves against a possible take over scenario. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=33725278 and http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=33731876
To understand who would buy the two companies, is to understand the speculation of who the customers of Spooz are.
My decision on whether to convert to preferred stock from common stock will be my decision, which will remain private. With all that said, I am long on Capital 141 and Spooz.
IMO. I hope that helped.

I've forgotten the requirements to uplist.
I was thinking that the requirements including something like:
1. No dillution for 60 days.
2. Something about 25% of shares held
3. Two quarters rule..
Can someone elaborate here?
The other shell was already created,
"Kaitrade." They share in the profits.

Question #3, I was referring to: http://www.pinksheets.com/content/doc/ps/Disclosure/Guidelines/2.pdf
My thought was PGPM was starting to consistently meet the 45 day requirement for Pinks to get the Yield sign off, prior to 3Q release.
This may all be a bump in the road. A 40M disbursement may keep it all alive long enough to see a return in higher energy pricing. Hopefully the money hasn't already been spent and will carry PGPM through.
For now, I shall "flip a coin." If I go long, I will start to post often.
Anything over 10k gets you on the "list" due to the Patriot Act. I'm sure there are some red faces trying to explain what happened to the red tape before anything happens. Even if it isn't your fault, document everything in writing. If you make a phone call, document it in writing. CYA!

I like to research companies that have seen a drop in share price and have spent the last few hours reviewing what transpired. I like your posts, and while I'm responding to you, anyone is welcome to also respond as well.
A few points and questions:
Pinksheets.com shows the share structure as:
Estimated Market Cap
$171,090 as of Nov 28, 2008
Outstanding Shares
855,450,000 as of Apr 28, 2008
Authorized Shares
2,000,000,000 as of Apr 28, 2008
Float
263,500,000 as of Apr 28, 2008
Questions:
1. Is the share structure correct on Pinksheets.com?
2. Can anyone concisely elaborate on the buyback program?
3. Following the filings on Pinksheets.com, I see that the past two were within acceptable timeframes; however the last one seems delayed. http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=PGPM
Is this due in part to the speculation of an outside party intervening via an audit of the financials?
4. Is the company transitioning entirely to an oil service company?
Disclaimer: Not presently a shareholder of PGPM.
IMO: It would seem difficult at present to determine a fair market pps based on the information provided, and possible implications facing the company.
I welcome all comments. Thank you for your valued time and consideration.
Re: The COMEX Scenario.
I've heard this argument before, and as a hedge, picked up a few gold
shares. However, I do like to listen to all sides of an argument.
My thought is that we are headed toward a 3 world currency system,
based on gold. The only question I have is the conversion rate system.

Thank you for this board rule's.
I wasn't aware that no previous posts have been deleted from the board. Just asking in advance that my post not be deleted. Thank you.
That other forum turned me off so badly, I sold the stock. Don't know what to think after reading everything there was out there both pro and con. I found this one after researching what other posters were posting on.

Hey Oilstrike,
I see that I had a post deleted, which was in response to someone claiming that a certain percentage of gold, per ton was never discovered. I wasn't arguing, nor was I trying to "pump" the other mine, after all it was closed circa 1850.
Please bear in mind, I'm long on this stock, I was just trying to point out as you have in your last post that significant amounts of gold were produced in the past. I agree that modern technology has the potential to unlock the balance of the gold left behind.
The previous mine was shut down due to the mine not being economically viable. Obviously there is gold em dar hills! The previous calculations are being made based on the rough gold, and not refined gold prices. The reason to pursue opening a gold mine according to gold bugs:

That's it for me for awhile. I'll go back to being quiet again.
I agree in the no buy interest in both right now. Spooz has relatively few sellers, and when there is something out there it's nothing but crumbs. I'm not selling. If there ever was some news, which might generate some interest the darn thing might pop. So, I'm not selling.
I've been to the all you can eat bar with both stocks for now. My primary interest is watching the macroeconomics in conjunction with all of the world's nations (G20) making moves to go to a three world currency, an international accounting standard, massive Keynsian economic spending in every nation around the world in addition to the wholesale selling of private capital to government, more than one credit swap exchange opening (prev post noted down to 32 trillion from 80 trillion at beginning of year), wholesale manipulation of metal pricing, and a fundamental societal shift away from oil due to the realities of supply and demand over the long term. Its enough to make your head spin.
We are guppies swimming in a pond. Bigger fish cannot be bothered with the pinkies. So we wait. I guess congratulations are in order for anyone that followed the stock as long as you. You must have the patience of a saint. I therefore, Knight Thee!
Cheers!
Exactly!
If the customer has that kind of cash, then they could just as easily turn around and buy us! Prior to any contract was Spooz even worth that much?
