although i am not too familiar with spzi, does this make sense

xxis is a trading company
spzi is the software

all we need is a new shell which can be promised as a spinoff to both spzi and xxis shareholders. that new shell would basically be a profit sharing scheme. not sure how it could be valued, but it is definitely a way to drum up interest in both stocks

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
