Wow....I didn't realize that you were asking that question genuinely. I had first thought your comment was probably rooted in cynicism.
I don't know if it is still on the company's website, but there used to be a link to an excerpt about the company's founder, Claudio Guazzoni .... it's a bit of a read but you will see there's some serious smarts in founding and growing this company. I think that eventually there will be some serious money made by this company. I'll see if I can find the link and post it for you. The short story is that he was a money manager for a mutual fund that was the top performing fund under his management.
OH yeah, the quote was from Peter Lynch....one of my favorites.
Regards,
Randy
Not really an option for me as I'm not a programmer.
I believe the company has a future...growing revenues, positive EBIDTA, most like profitability down the road. I suppose that becomes one of the principle considerations for both investing and employment.
I own only a token position presently...though historically I've owned more.
What are your thoughts?
Randy
Biz, now since I've made you an assistant, you could have gone in "Manage" and deleted your own post. I did it already...but when you select a message one of the options given to you is "REMOVE" which you can do.
If you want to practice you can do this to your last post which was more or less off-topic and this one (at author's request)...and you'll at least see how it works. :)
Regards,
Randy
Could have bought them cheaper today. Story of my life.
I wouldn't think there's much for sale down here as we're below all time lows.
I would think buying her is pretty safe....if price gets lowere, they will become an even better bargain.
Growing company, increasing cashflow...profitability the last two quarters. Seems to me we're pretty well set for the future.
Randy
Check out Zanett's Website......
They're expanding and hiring in several of their locations.
Wonder why?

I think the market declines have a lot of people in alot of stocks in illiquid positions. In order to buy some of the bargains at these levels a person has to have liquidity.
On top of this, as you said people with the money are waiting for the bottom of the bottom....much else are head fakes and false bottoms. I'm guessing hind sight will look pretty clear on the other side.
rk
Agreed. I think the development of Medico Express will likely have long term effects on the future of the company. I'm pretty sure that when they hear something we will hear about it asap.
The biggest concern I have is that since DRG is expanding it's revenues with the increasing cash flow from increasing sales, will the company be able to survive a down turn if the current economic situation negatively impacts revenue.
I think the current share price is an indication other investors have this same concern.
I don't think we will hear another "interim sales report" until the 3rd Quarter is reported on November 15. I'm hoping that when we hear the next report they will be able to provide some obvious indications of their ability to succeed. Will this come via net income or demonstrably positive cash flow...positive EBIDTA? We shall see.
I've talked the positive cash flow demonstrating that the business plan was working, and I suppose it has. The thing that scared me the most was showing the $1.8 Million loss.
As for answers to your other questions....we're waiting for Medicare license approval....government wheels move slowly.
International sales....I think these should be broken out and listed separately. Why not?
NASCAR club sales....I'm guessing overall they are not a major component of our revenue. Has anyone seen or heard any signs of life here? I know in the CEOcast interview (which is pretty informative) Melissa commented on how the NASCAR club is marketed....they receive leads directly from NASCAR and have a call center contact the interested parties.
If there's one bright spot it is that there has not been huge volume down at these levels. I've not talleyed up the total volume at or below a penny, but I doubt we've traded a million sharesd down here.
All FWIW.
Randy
Yeah, I heard the same thing...but also that they supposedly ditched the public compnay side because of legal or financial troubles. Who knows?
Take care.
Randy
Hmmmm....odd...that's pretty much what they told us they were going to do.
I wonder what happening with the jatropha plantations. :)
I'm not overly hopeful, but I liked the idea.
Regards,
Randy
Round ups and divis....does that mean you held more than 1,000,000 shares before the reverse split or that you also received the restricted shares that they talked about?
Randy
Well folks, I bought a few more cheapies today. I bid for some in the low 80's but didn't get any....so I paid 90 cents. I'm guessing they'll make some effort to keep it above a buck...otherwise they will go out of compliance again and the 1 for 4 reverse will have been for nothing. Pre-split comparison.... 90/4 ='s 22.5 cents.
Also, since Uncle Bruno has been supporting the stock for the last couple months...there's really no reason to think he will not continue.
With any luck, but the 15th of November when we hear the results from the 3rd Quarter we could be pleasantly surprised.
Randy
I'll take New Orlean Saints for Week 6
Randy
Precious. I've been thinking about this very subject. In your perspective do you look at our Christian lives as the pursuit of our salvation or the fruit of our salvation?
I see most our actions and words (our lives as believers) as demonstrating our gratitude to God for His grace.
Thanks.
Randy
Encouraging and challenging post. Thanks. I liked the comparisons and contrasts.

Randy
Welcome back Charlatan!! For some reason your board has been pretty quiet. ;)
Randy
WOW. That's a pretty sobering read. Thanks.
Randy
biz, While I think I understand your point, I don't agree. Pinksheets is an unregulated institution it does have filing requirements in order to stay in compliance.
Secondly, if I'm not mistaken the corporation bylaws also call for fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities.
The biggest frustration I have is with what in the end was their deceptive PR campaign without really disclosing the fundementals data....and they still haven't disclosed how much revenue they generated in 2007 let alone in 2008.
Then their decision to delist their stock on August 7, 2007 by filing a Form 15 is pretty much the opposite of what they promised with filing the form 10 and uplisting to the OTC Bulletin board.

I'm guessing word will have a way of getting around. Are there other states that have similar laws?
Randy
Very Cool. Congrats! Momentum certainly seems in your favor.
Randy
Okeydokee....I had seen an NFL network commercial and I thought they said something about Thursday....perhaps it was on the date you mentioned. :)
Randy
davidam, As I posted before I think this funding .. via private placement will supercede any major joint venture. I believe they're fairly confident they will hit oil on their exploritary drilling and that will change everything.
Why exchange a 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 of the company if they don't have to. I suppose their taking a fairly risky approach....if they don't hit oil it may be harder for them to find additional funds at non-dilutive rates....but if they're confident of hitting oil it will be worth it.
Randy
Very Cool.
May the bless and keep you and yours.
Randy
weare, I'll not comment on the "conviction" discussion it really doesn't play a part in our other subject matter.
I gave the video link a look and thought it was most likely based on apocrophal type writings. As little reliable information as we have of ancient civilizations, the likelihood that such would be accurate almost boggles the mind. There are lots of pseudopigrapha writings that pretend to be something their not.
You are right about my being "shackled to an ancient book." From both it's own internal witness and that of other extant writings I think there are more than enough reasons to accept it as an inspired book as it portrays itself to be.
Now I realize that from your perspective you've already ruled out the possibility of there being a God and thus maintain the impossibility of their being an inspired book. Your unbelief is perfectly predictable to me. I'm guess you think the same thing about me.
After watching the Lesson 6 of the Truth Project, I think I Better understand where you're coming from in terms of your perspective. I think you have fully embraced the view of the world called post-modernism. If I'm right then you think there is no unifying purpose or meaning in life. There is no explanation of life or meaning that makes sense of the messed up world in which we live. Let me know if this is your position.
You were right about my growing up in a Christian home. I grew up going to church and sunday school and even attending a Christian School. However, when my mother suggested that I I attend a pre-profession of faith class I said, "No. I'm not going to make a profession of faith if I don't really believe it true."
Three or four years later after a modestly rebellious period and girl friend relationship that had gotten overly serious, I was invited to a bible study. It was really the first time in my life that I actually read and studied the Scriptures. IT was amazing. It made so much sense. I was struck by what the Bible had to say about how Christians should live and how many so called Christians actually lived.
This began a pretty serious time of study, reflection and prayer. At the time I was a business major, but decided that maybe I was being called into the ministry. When I spoke to a pastor about it, he said it often hard to tell. One thing you can do is take a step in that direction (I think he actually used the door analogy) and see if it seems to be confirmed or not.
Oh yeah, regarding parents and religion....one of my former teachers made the comment that children will generally live out the religion of their parents, consistently. If parents maintain an external relationship to a church, but don't really give themselves wholy to it...the children will often say why bother and stop going to church all together. The reverse is also true...if parents really believe and live their lives in obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ, more often than not their children will too. You've probably heard the proverb, "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it."
One of the underlying focusses or interests in ministry is helping people test the genuiness of their beliefs. "Many will say to me in that day, did we not cast out spirits in your name....and I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you.'"
RE the Bible not providing a cogent and consistent ethic. I think you're wrong here. The biblical ethic is consistent and healthy. Jesus was a teacher and did at time speak with hyperbol. His point about plucking eyes and chopping off hands was to emphasize how serious we ought to resist our sinful nature...and yes I have one of those even as a Christian. As I look at it, the old nature, the flesh, continues to live within the new nature and needs to be suppressed and overcome. Part of "growing up" as a Christian is learning to trust God enough to do His (commands) and reject what is contrary. This might sound silly to you, but it is really real.
Second video....Hmmm...wonder if the author had an agenda? Quite a number of the Bible verses quoted were for the OT theocracy of Israel.
RE your final paragraph...you just don't understand the depth of faith, confidence and comfort on has knowing and believing the truth. I never feel more like I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing with my life than when I'm in the pulpit preaching, in front of a class teaching or making pastoral visits with the needy. For good or ill, I'm in this for life.
Thanks for dialogue.
One of my favorite songs puts these verses from Psalm 119 to melody.
97 Oh, how I love Your law!
It is my meditation all the day.
98 You, through Your commandments, make me wiser than my enemies;
For they are ever with me.
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers,
For Your testimonies are my meditation.
100 I understand more than the ancients,
Because I keep Your precepts.
101 I have restrained my feet from every evil way,
That I may keep Your word.
102 I have not departed from Your judgments,
For You Yourself have taught me.
103 How sweet are Your words to my taste,
Sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 Through Your precepts I get understanding;
Therefore I hate every false way.
To hear Psalm 1 put to melody by a friend of mine, Christa Mason, check out the link below. On the top of the page (radio) select the second song, Simply Psalms Blessed is the Man. Be careful. It's pretty powerful. :)

DeeRock...I don't think Pinksheets.com has the mechanism or oversight to apply the BUYER BEWARE status in response to spam and questional business dealings.
I think the only thing that earns you the ignoble status degrees is failing to update your filings (or possibly pay your listing fee).

Agreed.
However, the big move will await the discovery oil. Then we'll see much bigger money coming into the stock fast.
Randy
Thanks for the assist. I picked up 1.5 million...at .0005 this morning....and just to see how Amertrade routes orders listed a million shares at .0008 and it showed up immediately.
Pretty risky at this point...we shall see.
Thanks again.

bbb... I've not checked out SWYV for a while...but what's the deal...they've already done a 1 for 5 reverse split and the stock has already traded back to where it was before the reverse? What gives? More dilution?
Do you think it is still good long term investment? Just curious.
Randy

There are clearly macro-economic problems facing our country. The amount of discretionary spending will defininitely have an affect on companies like Dynamic Response Group.
It is this fact that makes what they've done by growing revenues so amazing. Now we all realize that growing revenues and turning a profit are two different things...but I'll you this that there's not going to be profits without revenues.
And speaking of potentials...when there are big revenues there is the potential to turn big profits. It is putting the horse in front of the cart.
My biggest question and I expect the same question is being asked by others who follow this stock is will DRG be ablet to continue growing their revenues during tough economic times.
Time will tell.

I missed the exact end of the month, but thought I would still post the contest results. For the first time we had a tie...so we have six people in our top five percentage leaders. Way to go guys!
Honestly, as a whole we're not doing very good. In fact, statistically, we keep doing worse. The market has not been kind to low priced stocks. However, the Russell 2000 has actually loss less ground than the NASDAQ, DOW and S&P, so maybe low priced stocks aren't such a bad place to be.
CONGRATULATIONS TO everyone who's stocks are presently trading at a positive percentage. I thought we would all be doing better.

As a group of investors we're still not doing so good. If it wouldn't be for a few high flyers, our average would be much worse. In fact, I wonder how much "callthebank's"['b] higher dollar pick and gain (DLTR $38.36 +48%) is favorably skewing our overall percentage rate. With only three months left in 2008, it will be interesting to see we have some rallies and last minute lead changes.

There's only one thing to do.....
raise your bid.
Actually, to find out if you're the only one on the .0003....try changing your order to .0002 and see if the bid changes. If it doesn't and you want to be assured of catching whatever other stock is sold, pay a thousandth more per share. :)

AN OPEN LETTER TO DRGP MANAGEMENT AND SHAREHOLDERS
[I've sent a copy of this letter to CEO Rice and the guys at CEO Cast. We'll see if any response is forth coming. I'll share with this board any response I get.]
It is clear that since the last quarterly report, there has been a prevailing spirit of discouragement. Part of this is attributable to the broader market, while part is certainly based upon the poor bottom line results of the Second Quarter.
What has really changed since before? NOTHING. I think the biggest deal is that many of us thought we were further down the road than we were...that we were already transitioning from a developmental stage company to an operating and profitable one. In short I think we/I had overly optimistic expectations.
I think the biggest complaint we all have is the share price. While I don't know for sure, I don't think many of us would be complaining if we were presently trading at even 4 or 5 cents per share. If this is truth it ought to make us pause and think about our frustration and complaints. While growing revenues isn't everything, it is something. The company has managed to averaged about 250% growth in each quarterly report this year compared to last year.
What would it take for me to have restored confidence? I'm not entirely sure. Here's what I think would help.
1. Better Communication from Management.
a. Assurance that the company is not on the brink of going bankrupt. The stock is being priced by the market as though this is a possibility. It is clear that we are walking a financial tight rope by using cash flow to grow sales. Is there reason for concern here?
b. Disclosure of DRG's Strategic Plan. How can we tell if things are going according to plan if we don't know the plan? Are things going OK? Great? Poorly? We have a right to know.
c. Get the stinking website up and running. I could make one better than you have.
d. Although talking to the CEOcast guys is better than nothing, there should be some additional way for management to stay in touch with the investing public.
e. Perhaps when/if the website is upgraded, a shareholder question/answer or a shareholder update section could be added.
2. Fuller Disclosure of Insider/Management Ownership.
a. There is no good reason management and insiders cannot disclose their ownership of DRGP. The CEO should requre that these forms be filed...by not requiring it, I'm pretty sure there is some negligence of duty.
b. The SEC requires these disclosures
c. If Insiders and managment are not holding and/or buying shares why should the investing public.
d. CEO Rice should file her Form 4's in a timely manner. Is there a reason why she was buying consistently (as per previous Form 4 filings) and has stopped buying since then?
e. We have yet to see a Form 3 filed by anyone.
3. Convince us the DRGP Has a Future
Here's the real rub. Many of us current and long term shareholders are unwilling or unable to buy shares at the current market prices. Why not? Some feel like they've been scammed. With business as usual, the company has managed to disinfranchise, discourage, and depress the very base that could be used to the company's advantage.
In my opinion it is way easier to convince current shareholders to hold or add to a losing position than it is to convince new shareholders to build new ones.
We know the story...we have followed the company for the last year or two.....we're the ones that have encouraged our friends and acquaintances to invest in the company and it's future. For the most part we have looked like fools and idiots.
Running the company, growing revenues and keeping things going is good...even great. But we'd like...no we need more.

Legion, Your first paragraph about etymology of the word conviction is silly. An equal argument can be made for you and whatever you believe.
I would add one further thought. The belief system that I have adopted (biblical Christianity) is one that I hold without much if any doubt. While one never knows for sure how they would hold up under duress, from my present view point I would hope that even in the face of persecution or death that I would keep the faith. This probably sounds foolish to you, but it is part of what genuine faith or "conviction" is.
I would affirm the phrase you took issue with...
I believe the Christian ethic is undoubtedly, unmistakably the best way to live. I suppose from your perspective this is the result of human logic and experience....but I think it's much more. It is consistent, generally has good results in life. Where as the ethic or the non-ethic of the world is harmful to self, others and culture.
Your quotations from the quacks who advocate immorality as religion really proves my point not yours. Such folks play gynmanstics with the truth and are basically seeking to approve of they know is wrong.
I read the websites you linked and found them disturbing. Perhaps that was your point. While such folks may call themselves Christian, they are not. While they manage to tear various verses from their contexts to supposedly prove their views, they are out there and do not represent the evangelical Christian faith of the Scriptures.
As for non-Christian music, I think it has largely affected the culture of our day and the church. We're told to sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. I think much contemporary music (Christian or not) ministers more to the flesh than the spirit. The Bible teaches that friendship with the world is enmity with God.
You assessment of religion as a extension of superstition is interesting but shallow. The real question is whether truth exists. Truth is exact accordance to what is, was or will be. I think it is this that keeps you up at night and keeps you coming back to a site like this.
WHAT IS TRUTH?? WHAT IS TRUE?
Great questions. The world doesn't know. The truth is as plain as the nose on your face, but you can't see it. The fact of God's existence....of his revealed standard of truth and right is evident all around you. This is because of the condition of your heart. I can't change it and neither can you. And I suppose this is the central issue.
Only God by his Holy Spirit can give you a new heart. Can you ask for one? Sure. Does that mean you'll get one? Nope. You see the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. There is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
You see, God is not a whimp who just wishes that someone somewhere would believe on him. He is the Almighty, Sovereign Creator of heaven and earth. He is Lord of lords and King of kings.
So long as you or anyone is playing intellectual games, you're not really trying to discern the truth. Where to start? How about acknowledging your hardness of heart? How about repenting for your arrogance and pride?
If you get that far...there's still hope. If you laugh it off...you will go on as you have in the past. If that's what you want...fine. If you want something more or better...we can work toward that too.
You made a few more points in your last email.... depending on our dialogue I can address some of them as well.
Regards,
Randy
