I think your revenue numbers are confused. A licensing means another company pays them for use of technology. No company can pay 100 percent of revenue or even 50 percent... they couldn't function. I think you mean they make their license fee as a percentage of 100 percent of the revenue if it's shrimp, and 50 percent if another species. Their license fee would likely be something like 1 or 2 percent (or higher) of that amount, probably, plus an initial fee. It can add up quickly if they have this success and a lot of companies come to them...especially as it's a growing sector. Running into the hundreds of millions in a couple of years.
Of course, revenue from their own facilities producing shrimp would be 100 percent, and with expansion plans in the works, those numbers should be quite lucrative and competitive.
So two streams of income. Likely the technology will be the bigger stream, but both look promising.
Should have said 14% pps recovery from its bottom.
We looked at the average Texas charts of fish farms where viability has been 25-55 percent. A close to 100 percent viability with this final RAS system they just patented will be doubling to quadrupling production, in contrast to information they filed several years ago with earlier prototypes that may not have even been based on EC technology.
I agree. Healthy movement in this stock. It ran into way overbought territory, retraced, and is already 30 percent above its bottom a few days later. The Harvest Report is the next catalyst and we may very well jump back toward that dollar and beyond. It will be out by end of month but many expect it by this Tuesday.
PPS You have to take into account, however, this was issued pre-patent approval in April of 2018, and before the trial of the new RAS system, which due to its thus far successful shrimp growth, is currently driving the price up.
There is a harvest report due out before the end of the month, many think it will happen before Tuesday, that is expected to show close to 95-100 percent survival rate of these shrimp, produced in an environment of no bacteria without the use of antibiotics, a game changer in the aquaculture industry, using their technology that they have already begun licensing.
Many expect the Pps to go higher than the earlier conservative estimate for these reasons.
..and the fisheries industry is watching this.
Due to the fact that shrimp survival can run between 25 and 55 percent, this system's success means 2 to 4x the growth and sales in the market.
The technology can be applied to other species.
India this year 2019 had a lot of its shrimp banned for import into the US because of antibiotics found, demand increases, yet product is scarce in the US because of these issues,
...but this company is already expanding and it then expects to open fisheries in 3 metro areas...NY, Las Vegas, Chicago, and already has a first licensing partner in place with GAMBA in Spain, plus this shrimp is delivered fresh, not frozen.

TY. An equty analyst report projected 2.16 pps last April prior to their patent as a matter of fact.
Why do you keep posting the same series of correspondence without the different dates of them posted as they've been working together a couple of years already and Gamba already has their RAS system built and running?
Exactly. This is all conjecture...What I am sure about is Harbinger's equity analysis and the reasonable conservative projection of a 2.16 pps...but of course pps fluctuates...the day to day factors impacting that fluctuation do include timing in keeping investors apprised...whether filings or news...and a pps can continue to reflect undervaluing if shareholders aren't apprised in a timely manner of company revenues or future revenues based on licensing etc. and other factors
Look, the harvest report is a catalyst. They announce it as a breakthrough, we could shoot to that 2 or more...but the follow up to keep it there has to be in the works...usually there's a fall back after a catalyst event..but we know the conference is coming up...the good news the harvest has low mortality ok but who are their buyers etc. has to start coming into play to stabilize the stock.
Yes but they have to share info with stockholders. A company can be worth something but if we're not kept in the loop, it can damage the pps.
A $25 stock would be good.
Price after really depends in what may come out with Harvest report like forward looking info.
They need to announce distribution partners
They need to list point of sale of their seafood through those partners or themselves and how many lbs they expect to sell over the next four quarters
Restaurants
supermarkets
Direct to consumer
They need to announce licencing
They need to announce the progress of their multi city expansion plans
They need to gather testimonials of their RAS system and shrimp
So if they do none of those things we may go back to a quarter.
if they announce these things will show up after conference, then we'll hover in the 4 to 6 area until the conference
Marketing and distribution info coming in fast and furious could keep us in dollarland.
What are "fake walls" and how does one put them up???
Go to their facebook page. People visit and post about their visit and the shrimp and pictures.
I am fascinated by aquaculture. As a kid I'd go to trout farms upstate, the first "aquaculture" sort of thing I remember because the ponds would be "artificially" stocked. Then, a few years ago I was asked to investigate the wild sturgeon of America...a sad story, and how the caviar industry has hurt these beautiful animals all over the world. Aquafarming sturgeon in California was very exciting to me. Now, these guys have developed a system that works with electricity that kills bacteria and keeps bacteria levels down? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? DO YOU know how hard it is to keep a fish happy AND WELL in the smallest applications???? Try to just keep a betta fish alive in one of those cheap tanks! The fact that NS has kept at this and have accomplished this with shrimp farming to start IS BEYOND AWESOME. I think people blinded by software, bitcoins, hemp...well look...OUR FUTURE depends on being able to produce sustainable, healthy protein that doesn't kill our planet. THIS IS A BREAKTHROUGH TECHNOLOGY folks...This is an industry that has NEEDED this tech breakthrough. IT NEEDS be applied to other species that humans eat so we can clean up and allow all species to repopulate in the wild. So our whales can repopulate and not compete with humans for food. So we're not pulling up porpoises in fishing nets. Or turtles. THIS COMPANY and these people are more important than tech startups and software to run your bathtub or turn on your air conditioner. AQUACULTURE TECHNOLOGY that can raise and sustain sealife in this manner will be needed on long distance spacecraft. It can feed populations WHILE WE CLEAN UP OUR WATERS. Let's support them!

THANK YOU FOR THAT INFO EMOE! Very happy to be holding over 100,000 shares SHMP! Feel sorry for anyone who sold because of a well needed retrace last week.
Or who stood on the fence and didn't buy before the close today.
Can't wait for Tuesday!
THEY SELL SHRIMP AND HARVEST all the time they EVEN HAVE A RETAIL STORE where they are IN TEXAS selling shrimp all year round. The harvest report will give the analysis of the impact of the new patented RAS system on the batch being grown in the tanks utilizing it. My understanding is there are staggered growth tanks so shrimp in one tank reach their 23 grams one week, then another tank the week after and so on. There is more information on their facebook page or call the company.
Law requires Harbingers, an equity analyst company, to deliver the best valuation of a property, under ethical standards, for the purpose of due diligence and review for the company, its shareholders, and its partners. One can trust the valuation that also projected a 2.16 pps within a year made in April 2018, and assume it is low ball as it was made before the successful application of SHMP's new patented RAS system.
Harbinger Report. Awesome DD. You need to read it to understand how in depth its analysis was. It was a conservative estimation of this aquaculture company that has also partnered to produce a ground breaking RAS system. The Harbinger report's modest 2.16 projection compared to other aquaculture companies running into the 10 to 20 dollar range is more than apropos. The people working for Harbinger are MBA's with STANDARDS OF ETHCIS they must meet when they create these analyses because companies need to be transparent to their shareholders and partners. It isn't opinion, it's a belief that some things just are because the law requires them to be so.
Gamba first foreign license (Spain) plus this: https://www.aquaculturenorthamerica.com/salt-water-fish/us-patent-given-to-company-to-grow-gourmet-grade-shrimp-in-enclosed-salt-water-system-2205
Harvest Report shows up this weekend, price soars. You'll be chasing it up on Monday.
New RAS system DOUBLES PRODUCTION OF 0 ANTIBIOTIC-FED, HAPPY SHRIMP.
2.16 conservative valuation. THE proper context of the Harbinger report was it was made in April 2018 by a CERTIFIED EQUITY ANALYST COMPANY, Harbinger, that has to stand by an ethical code to remain licensed. That includes only taking one fee ($5000 in this case from the company) to do an in depth analysis of the valuation of the company at the time (this was before the patent was acted on and approved) taking into account all financials, probability of future earnings based on any plans, competition, capital gains and expenditures etc. That's the reality. It is undervalued considering the future revenues that will come in through licensing of its unique patented RAS system that besides producing healthier fish and shrimp, doubles production.
Early investors are dissed for supporting new tech. I'm sure those who held onto Apple and Microsoft had the last laugh. And here this company is at the end of its journey of obscurity developing an RAS system like that. Anyone here ever try to raise fish? In a home tank? Then you have an inkling of an idea of what a breakthrough this is.
WELL LOOKEE WHAT'S THE TOP NEWS ON AQUACULTURE NORTH AMERICA: https://www.aquaculturenorthamerica.com/salt-water-fish/us-patent-given-to-company-to-grow-gourmet-grade-shrimp-in-enclosed-salt-water-system-2205
Cherry where do you think we should lock shares?
Any news? Just got back.
We are rising after that retrace last week. What happened is RSI tipped 100, which meant stock was SEVERELY overbought for around 4 days, hitting .94. WHEN A stock hits even RSI 70, people will take profit and down your stock goes...that is the cycle, until the rsi hits 30, when it's considered oversold and a buy signal. Absolutely nothing else has changed about the company except it still remains undervalued.
The next catalyst, which many believe will be the harvest report, showing the patent can double product without antibiotics in fact, will likely push the pps above a dollar as the company was already assessed in April by Harbinger Equity Analysts at a conservative 2.16. The reason this is significantly conservative is because this pps was made BEFORE the patent was approved and technology put to the test.
Very stable charting. Holding price at 12 million shares. This baby will fly this afternoon when the volume picks up.
You'll regret not buying in at .35 if the harvest report is in after hours today. Pennies difference for a big payoff in any case it's very undervalued in the .30s.
That Lone Star State. First oil. Now Shrimp!!!! At least they can't claim the gold rush!
Range is .33 to .39 thus far according to my fidelity info. New bottom?
Hey Bens! Bottom is .33 up from a couple of days ago when RSI hit oversold at .24.
It showed up on target with the RSI hitting at 30 in fact.
RSI for now at 70 will kick in in the low .8s.
We hit .94 last week on huge momentum.
After which the stock, after hitting that (rsi 100) retraced to its bottom, bounced there for a couple of days, and now seems to have consolidated in the .30s.
WE expect a run with the release of a harvest report between today and end of month that will detail the application of its patent on a shrimp harvest. All info points to a successful application, a technology that will double output, run on pennies a day, and remove the current use of antibiotic as used in the popular bioflac technique. As of 2019, for example, much import from India to the US is banned because of the amount of contamination found in the shrimp. SHMP's system kills bacteria, uses no antibiotics, and doubles output, plus the shrimp is delivered fresh not frozen.
It has its first licensed partner, Gamba in Spain, with a facility up and running.
It is licensing its technology worldwide and expanding its business as well as a shrimp company and expanding into other species...it is planned to open facilities near large metro areas starting with Las Vegas, NY, and Chicago.
Whole Foods walked the plant in the last couple of weeks.
It will be pitching at the upcoming Aquaculture convention in NOLA.
Good luck.
Harvest Report expected to confirm a near 95 percent or better survival rate in an industry that up until now has not done much better than a 54 percent survival rate. This means doubling profit for any aquaculture environment, and Natural Shrimp OWNS and controls THE PATENT and its licensing, as developed with FT Water in partnership. THIS RAS TECHNOLOGY WILL BE A GAME CHANGER IN THE AQUACULTURE INDUSTRY. Unlike the current biofloc system which uses antibiotics, SHMP's RAS system relies on Electric current to keep bacteria levels down and ammonia in check. The shrimp have remained healthy and the only "drawback" has been a slower growth period because of the density of shrimp as a result of the high survival rate. THIS TECHNOLOGY IS GOOD FOR THE PLANET, GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH, AND GOOD FOR OUR WALLETS. Invest now or be left out if this harvest report shows up after hours today, because the pps will SOAR higher than it did last week just on the p.r. on this coming out. PLUS THE company is still undervalued according to Harbinger equity analysts, who project 2.16 per share, an analysis made in April before the patent was approved and technology applied.
Harvest Report may come in after close today and for sure before end of month. If you're not in today and that report is out you will lose out when the market reopens Tuesday. 10Q was out yesterday. Everything is on target with Shrimp. Undervalued with a conservative worth projected at 2.16 by Harbinger Equity Analyst research.
SMALLER buys coming in and range continuing to rise in a very healthy way. SMALL RISK LARGE PAYOFF!
