My bad. I've only been in this stock since January and did not read prior posts about GRC. Let's hope this ticker finally moves up after the Cougar deal is done this week.

Is Accelerating Its Growth With Planned Acquisition of GRC Trucking, Inc.; Deal Expands Services In Trillion-Dollar E-Commerce Sector
New York, New York--(Newsfile Corp. - February 26, 2020) - The e-commerce market, led by industry giants Amazon, Apple, and Walmart, is expected to become a more than $4.8 trillion economy by the year 2021. And, while investors may have done well by recognizing the growth potential in those companies more than two decades ago, the opportunity to catch the derivative opportunities may still provide a lucrative return.
Transportation and Logistics Systems, Inc (OTC Pink: TLSS) is one example of a well-diversified logistics company that is taking strategic steps to stake their claim in the thriving e-commerce economy. This OTC-traded stock most recently announced an agreement to acquire the assets of GRC Trucking, Inc., a New Jersey-based full-service logistics provider specializing in the import/export of ocean and rail intermodal and drayage shipping. The planned deal will also leverage GRC's more than 30 years of experience to TLSS and adds additional depth to the company's already diversified services platform.
Once completed, the combined assets may position TLSS to not only expand its services potential, but to also benefit from revenue expansion, increased diversification, and multiple opportunities for growth through the integration of additional logistics channels. Unlike many small-cap logistics companies, TLSS is a revenue-generating company that posted more than $18 million in income in 2018 and is projecting an increase upwards of $60 million for the full-year ending in December of 2019.
An increase of that magnitude often attracts the attention of investors, and with the planned acquisition of GRC Trucking, this thinly traded stock may soon find its way onto the radar screens of both retail and institutional investors. And, for a good reason...
Welcome aboard. Will you please tell us what the specifics of the chart alert are? Many here are in need of some good news.
Yes it is, and peeps selling now will wish they hadn't.
The future sounds promising. But the chart is still looking good short term too.
Nice grab. The daily chart also shows it's been above a Golden Cross since Feb 10th when the price started dropping, and has been laying low ever since. Plus there are utter tings I see in my crystal ball monitor. RUN soon says I!!
I agree 100% Babubd. The hardest part is waiting for it to get here ;)
People dumping today will be very angry at themselves by next week.
Well they gained at least one shareholder today ;) and you can bet there are others and will be even more once the news spreads further.
Just to clarify that Amazon is looking for more people without experience to join their "Delivery Service Partner(DSP)" because they don't know what they're getting themselves into. It's just not as lucrative for the DSP, but it's great for Amazon.
Good Morning all. I just want everybody to know that the deal TLSS had with Amazon was not so great. Peter Schlactus, Harvard Honors Grad and Co-Founder and Managing Member of the Association For Delivery Drivers, has stated (in an interview on CBS news), "The cost of working with Amazon are so substantial that independent delivery companies are increasingly turning away Amazon's business." That's why Amazon is now looking for more people WITHOUT EXPERIENCE interested in starting their own delivery business.
Yes indeedy.
Wow. That's what we're waiting on here.
Well I suppose it's time for an afternoon run then. What's aabb if you don't mind?
Yes they are getting things done and moving forward. Their stock price is just lagging behind the progress being made here.
I sold another position I was holding to get more TLSS @ .053. It's the last time we'll see prices this low IMO.
Yes it was. It's quite coiled though. It shouldn't be too long before lift off since there will likely be news again next week.
I shmell a Monday morning Gap Up.
Hold on to yer GoldYballs!!! TLSS is about to go into BEAST MODE!! ;)
