I'm not sure if it did.
I remember people saying (after all the shares were divvied up among management) that the leftover 5% belonged to BBDA, but I don't remember an actual entry that stated Bebida Beverage or whatever.
Doesn't really matter now.
Rememeber, CEO BW's daddy is in on this!

8.3% shares belong to nobody. BBDA is NOT included in the list of shareholders! Why did the CEO BW lie that BBDA owns 5%?

Sounds like they're dumping the website.
If anything, the domain may just simply redirect to finra.org.
Q6.5: Will OTCBB.com still be supported? If not, will there be a replacement website?
A6.5: OTCBB.com will no longer be available after
migration of the ORF to the MPP. FINRA.org will
contain the relevant data that was previously available on OTCBB.com.

There is no "LLP" at the end of "Silversun Technologies", its an "INC".

http://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/floating-stock.asp
Floating Stock
DEFINITION of 'Floating Stock'
The number of shares available for trading of a particular stock. Floating stock is calculated by subtracting closely-held shares and restricted stock from a firm’s total outstanding shares. Closely-held shares are those owned by insiders, major shareholders and employees, while restricted stock refers to insider shares that cannot be traded because of a temporary restriction such as the lock-up period after an initial public offering. A stock with a small float will generally be more volatile than a stock with a large float, apart from having limited liquidity and wider bid-ask spread. Because of these issues, institutional investors seldom invest in low-float stocks. Also known as share float or simply “float”.
A company may have a large number of shares outstanding, but a fairly limited float. For example, let’s say ABC Co. has 50 million shares outstanding, with major stakeholders as follows – Institutions 25 million, XYZ Company 10 million, Management and Insiders 5 million, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 2 million. Floating stock is therefore only 8 million shares (i.e. 50 million – 42 million), or 16% of outstanding shares.
Low float is typically an impediment to active trading. This lack of trading activity makes it difficult to exit long positions in stocks that have limited float.
The amount of a company’s floating stock will typically go up over time. This occurs because companies may sell shares in a secondary offering to expand the business or make an acquisition, or periodically when employees exercise their stock options.
Other corporate actions can also have a significant impact on floating shares. A share buyback, for example, decreases the number of outstanding shares, so floating shares as a percentage of outstanding stock will go down. Similarly, while a share split will increase floating shares, which may provide a temporary boost to the stock, a reverse split decreases float and makes it harder to borrow, which is a deterrent to short-sellers.
Where did you find this was an LLC?
Its an INC (C Corp), isn't it?
I believe CEO Mark Meller stated insiders owns 90% of the stock, so that doesn't leave room for any liquidity.
Name dropping PRs.
Getting desperate there for scummy company.
http://www.dbo.ca.gov/ENF/pdf/2011/AutomatedVendingTechnologies_DR.pdf
There has never been any buyback.
Someone screwed up and put the zero in the wrong place in the O/S, or the T/A read it incorrectly. Obvious because the following week (6/16) the O/S grew. 6/10 and 5/22 should really be the same number:
06/16/2014 6,081,942,172
06/10/2014 6,270,485,472
05/22/2014 6,027,485,472
Check hosts file for any weird entries.
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (open with notepad)
Try toggling proxy server and/or automatic configuration for LAN:
internet options>connections>lan settings
I'd even try temporarily installing a different browser and see if that works, and if it doesn't work then IE likely isn't the problem.
Are they perhaps bidding for their own account and do not want my bid to interfere?
Ok I get all that.
Your Broker Has Options for Executing Your Trade
Just as you have a choice of brokers, your broker generally has a choice of markets to execute your trade:
For a stock that is listed on an exchange, such as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), your broker may direct the order to that exchange, to another exchange (such as a regional exchange), or to a firm called a "third market maker." A "third market maker" is a firm that stands ready to buy or sell a stock listed on an exchange at publicly quoted prices. As a way to attract orders from brokers, some regional exchanges or third market makers will pay your broker for routing your order to that exchange or market maker—perhaps a penny or more per share for your order. This is called "payment for order flow."
For a stock that trades in an over-the-counter (OTC) market, such as the Nasdaq, your broker may send the order to a "Nasdaq market maker" in the stock. Many Nasdaq market makers also pay brokers for order flow.
Your broker may route your order – especially a "limit order" – to an electronic communications network (ECN) that automatically matches buy and sell orders at specified prices. A "limit order" is an order to buy or sell a stock at a specific price.
Your broker may decide to send your order to another division of your broker's firm to be filled out of the firm's own inventory. This is called "internalization." In this way, your broker's firm may make money on the "spread" – which is the difference between the purchase price and the sale price.
...
You Have Options for Directing Trades
If for any reason you want to direct your trade to a particular exchange, market maker, or ECN, you may be able to call your broker and ask him or her to do this. But some brokers may charge for that service. Some brokers offer active traders the ability to direct orders in Nasdaq stocks to the market maker or ECN of their choice.
So you were expecting to be routed through ETRADE rather than CDEL?
Common practice to route through different MMs.
