Did he give you a day that the revised fact sheet would be done? I can't wait to see it. I still think no dilution equals more contracts. Good luck! Look forward to your posts on the new DD.
I gave it a little thought the other day at $.20 with the thought of having more shares later if it dropped, but the stock is too promising to me. They've been giving us frequent updates too. I'd hate to miss out on a big move to sell for a small profit and then we get the uplisting news or another large contract announced and I'm left behind. The only reason I gave it any thought at all is because we were at resistance, volume stalled, and we've all seen this before. I'm disappointed that CJ bailed, but I understand the anger over the "fact sheet" to a degree. I look forward to that update and think we'll still get to dollars a short time down the road. I think there are more contracts in the bag. If not, they'd be diluting the stock and they're not. The O/S hasn't moved even at these prices. Consolidation and onward and upward!
I couldn't agree more. I have high expectations for this stock, but it's not going to happen overnight. We need to get back to this board being about the stock and stop the petty arguments. It looks like a new fact sheet is getting done as we speak. That should clear up some of the misinformation out there. We need to move forward. The bottom line is that I don't think that debt is a huge issue for TIVU. It's a startup, so you'll have some, but if it was a big problem we'd be seeing a lot of dilution at these prices. It gets checked every couple days and it's been minimal at most for months. You buy penny stocks because the risk and reward are high. It's not a finished product yet. That's what makes it exciting! Let TIVU become what it will be over the next weeks, months, and years. I'm very impressed with the share structure, business, plan, first contracts, and technology. It's moving in the right direction to becoming a big time player and an hotel/casino industry standard. You can't overlook that they can turn a huge expense into a revenue stream. We need to work together and stop hurting the stock. I guarantee the bashing and bickering with CJ caused some panic selling today. It wasn't just him either. I hope this wasn't a flip on his part, but either way, you can't trade on emotion. The facts will come out and the story will develop over time. It can still be an amazing one for us longs.

10. TIVU Awarded Doubletree Hotels(R) HD IPTV Contract. The 60-month contract, valued at more than $1.2 million, provides the Omaha Doubletree with Tivus' unique in-room HD IPTV entertainment solution for up to 450 rooms. Advertising revenues will generate a second revenue stream that is expected to currently yield additional revenues of two to three times that of the price of the contract. Moreover, upon completion of Tivus' network operations center, this second revenue stream is conservatively expected to yield revenues of more than five to six times that of the original contract price. Why Tivus?
Eighty percent of U.S. hotel rooms have older, bulky standard resolution cathode ray tube (CRT) televisions, and upgrading the hotel’s signal from standard resolution to a high-definition picture doesn’t start and end with a new television; hoteliers must invest in costly on-site back-end systems to decode and encrypt the HD signal and redistribute it among several hundred televisions, and further hire staff or outsource administration, and regularly maintain it. The current path for hotels to upgrade and deploy HD television entertainment systems is a costly, time-consuming on-site technology and infrastructure makeover.
Tivus patent-pending entertainment platform eliminates such costly upgrades and maintenance while providing new HD flat-screen televisions running on an integrated network providing guest services such as messaging, folio review, express check outs, energy management and other personalized services while providing the core services such as Free-to-Guest programming, Pay-per-Use premium programming, Video-On-Demand Programming, a highly secured high speed internet service, and many other interactive services such as gaming.
Moreover, national and local businesses can now advertise services directly to guests through Tivus’ patent-pending technology and easily can become a profit center.
The Company next plans to expand its customer base and increase sales through concentrated marketing efforts in the hotel and hospitality industry while striving to perfect web security, content distribution, and entertainment portals through patent pending technologies.
Market cap now at $3,368,811. This stock is still dirt cheap at these levels. I don't mind the speculative sticky posts as long as they're labeled as such. I've seen them on other boards and it didn't influence me either way. It might open a new investors eye's and help them to understand the business model and TIVU's potential. I know I didn't get it at first. I thought, big deal, they're upgrading some hotels to IPTV etc... It might encourage some to look a little deeper and see the true value here even if they're just educated guesses at this point. They can attract attention to the stock. They are based off an actual existing contract. Do we know the exact revenue TIVU will bring in on it? No, but people will speculate until we get hard data wether we post it or not.
Thanks guys! This is strange. I still show no volume at all on Ameritrade!
Are we trading? The daily chart on Ameritrade shows movement, but no volume shown. The last price is yesterday's close.
That's fine. No problem. I think people left on Friday because it's a penny stock and some people just chose to day trade it because it was on a nice run. It was up big and they really didn't do a whole lot of research to see what they had really bought and didn't want to hold over the weekend. I don't think the posts had a whole lot to do with it. You had some of that today at the end of the day as well. I would have taken profits today if I didn't see the enormous potential here and do my DD before hand. I'm very comfortable holding this a lot longer. We'll see what tomorrow brings!
I, personally, don't see any problem posting sticky notes with share price projections or earnings potential as long as it's noted that is what they are for newbies, just projections. It's a non-reporting company (for now) afterall. It's all an educated guess at this point. I think for the most part this board has been kept very informative and factual. We all get a little excited on a run like we've had with "to the moon" etc..., but the excitement is based on factual evidence such as transparency, share structure, business plan, and now signed contracts that we've seen from the company, not blind speculation. Real investors are looking at this stock and it's potential.
It's another nice close and a solid finish all things considered. It's a little disappointing that we didn't go nuts in the power hour and we're not closing at the high of the day, but you've got to expect a few sellers when you're up as much as we are over the last week. It's too risky to flip TIVU though. They'll be back chasing the stock at a lot higher prices later. Long and strong! We hit some resistance and it held today, but tomorrow's another day. If we get contract news this week, all bets are off.
It doesn't matter anymore. It can't be held down. People are starting to realize the amazing potential here. It's just a matter of time before we reach dollars. TIVU is offering a great concept to these hotels that turns a huge liability into a big revenue producer. We are in on the ground floor of what is going to become a hotel industry standard and make us all very wealthy in the process! Don't flip or you could get left behind and and be forced to chase. Sit back and enjoy the fireworks! This is the stock many of us have been looking for our entire lives. You don't change your life selling for some quick cash here. Those that take a chance will be rewarded for their patience and vision! Have faith in your investment. Look at what's been accomplished in a short time period. Look at the news. Look at the share structure. Management is holding 12,000,000 restricted shares. You see the 1st "small" contract and how it can escalate. TIVU will be trading on the big boards! We've got a lot to look forward to here. This is the beginning, not the end. We've got a ton of contract news and an uplisting in the future. This is a great business plan and a win for both TIVU and customer. That's rare!
I haven't posted yet today, but I'm watching and damn this sure is fun! It's only the beginning! Life changing stock here if you show some patience. My sell order is still in at $2.67. It will only go up from there. No intrest in selling at these levels. This is still a steal down here.
The share price on Friday held up fine and dropped on about 2,000 shares at the closing bell. It's meaningless. Somebody needed some beer money for the weekend. All the trades for about the 15 minutes prior to the closing bell were at $.12. The truth is that the price doesn't matter right now. If it soars, we make a lot of money. If it dips, buy it with both hands and look forward to changing your life with a little bit of patience. We've got a winner here. This type of opportunity does not come around very often. I have 37,550 shares bought at $.06 on a prior run. My sell price is $2.67 for $100,000. I may increase it if anything based on additional contract news! TIVU has a twitter page as well. It looks like they've been keeping it pretty up to date! Good luck to all of us!

If you take the $4,700,000 in assets and divide by the O/S of 19,250,347 you get $.244. Did something else change?
I can add the news on the contracts etc... I didn't post anything on book value. I thought it was $.24 based on the company fact sheet. Where did $.15 come from? Is that the correct number?
No problem. You could even add the contract stuff if you want. That's all official news. I can't wait for next week! Liftoff!
I've seen people here compare TIVU to Dell and Microsoft. It seems silly, right? There were people that bought in at the early stages and have never looked back. They were rewarded for their patience and vision. People, most likely, thought they were crazy back in the day too. TIVU has something in common with them. They have a technology that will soon become the industry standard. This company is set up for success in everyway and it starts at the top with solid management, transparency, and a vision. We just need a little more patience!
The fact that TIVU has held up so well today after 100% gains yesterday tells the story. It, usually, does better in the afternoon for some reason too. It's still a steal at these prices. You can buy here for an easy 10-20 bagger or beyond down the road. This story is just starting to get out there. The contract news that we've been waiting for is just starting to be released. I can't think of a big board stock I'd rather own or that has near as much potential to be a huge winner. The contracts, transparent management, business plan, and share structure should be enough of a reason to buy. The fact that they're taking a major expense for the hotel industry and turning it into a revenue producer makes this technology a winner. You can get the upgrade and improve your bottom line at the same time. Done deal.
No problem. A few flippers. Gap closed. We go up from here.
The next few months will be fun to watch. It's hard to say what TIVU is worth right now, but it's safe to say it's worth a lot more than $.10. You don't need huge contracts to get a stock with a tiny O/S like this one onto the big boards. We got one contract today. The site mentioned 31 of them as done. Interesting!
Hell, SPNG was a fraud and went to $.25 a share. This is a real company with assets, a product, and now contracts that was worth $.24 before any of this news hit. It'll easily get to $1.00 sooner or later. Patience!
Great close! If you think today was exciting, just wait! If you think all this talk of $1.00 to $3.00 is wishful thinking you'll be shocked to see how easy it can get there with this share structure, business plan, and management team. Take a look at this. It would only take $5,000,000 in earnings a year to make this a near NASDAQ elligible stock at $3.90 per share with a PE of only 15 with the current O/S. I have no idea what TIVU's expenses will be as the business grows, but this is easily doable. Read the news! This is 1 hotel and we had a book value of $.24 before the contracts. This is acting like a big board stock because it will be one. Uplisting is in progress. Accounts and lawyers onobard now. You don't sell TIVU for a quick flip. You retire on a stock like this. It's a lifechanger if you play it right!
TIVU Earnings/Share Price
Earnings O/S PE Share Price
$1,000,000 19,250,347 15 $0.78
$2,000,000 19,250,347 15 $1.56
$5,000,000 19,250,347 15 $3.90
$10,000,000 19,250,347 15 $7.79
$25,000,000 19,250,347 15 $19.48
$50,000,000 19,250,347 15 $38.96
$75,000,000 19,250,347 15 $58.44
$100,000,000 19,250,347 15 $77.92
This is only the beginning. Low float, transparency, solid management, outstanding business plan, needed technology that turns a big expense into a revenue opportunity. You need to hold this one for dollars! This is 1 hotel. We aren't even close to book value of $.24 yet and that was before the contracts started rolling in. TIVU is a lifechanger for those that are patient here.
I think that's part of the problem. People don't see the potnetial in it. What's the big deal, they're replacing old TV's with new IPTV/flat screens? Yes, but it's, normally, a large and expensive undertaking for a hotel to do it. TIVU makes it simple and turns it into a revenue maker instead of a huge expense. It's a new source of income for the hotel industry and a cheaper upgrade? They'll all have to upgrade at some point? Why wouldn't they want to increase revenue while they did it? We've know got $280,000 a year guaranteed coming in for 5 years and on 1 hotel IPTV and 1 lobby job. That doesn't take into account the potential for today's deal to be 5X to 6X bigger in the end. If we did nothing else. $280,000 X O/S of 19,250,347 and a reasonable PE of 15 and you get $.218 on these 2 deals alone as a share price. If they reach their potential max. we're over $1.00 on these alone. We had a book value of $.24 prior to any deals. This will run.
The last close was $.047. The gap is closed, we hit $.047 today. We go up from here! I don't know if it's sellers or MM's, but I don't get why you'd sell for a small gain when you've gotten only a gimpse of the true potential here. I mean book value was $.24 before these contracts over the last week. You're a fool to sell under that figure with all the recent news. I agree with the Dell comparison. This is game changing and lucrative technology that has a market. This stock is acting like a big board stock in every way, but share price. It can't be held down forever.
That's the thing. It's not just upgrading to IPTV. It's adding an additional revenue stream for the hotels and TIVU with advertising etc. It's turning a costly venture for the hotel industry into a profitable new revenue stream. This is going to be huge for the hotel industry as well as TIVU and us shareholders. This isn't a pump and dump fluff PR. This is the unfolding of a business plan and a product that will be both in high demand and very profitable for all. You have the chance here to invest in what will become an industry standard for $.05 and ride it to dollars with some patience. Don't sell for a quick profit here. You only get so many chances to change your life. You can sell at $.10 today or $3.00 down the road. There's been no dilution here. We gotten weekly updates and transparency. This company wants to make it big!
First, OMFG!!! Is this a great company, business model, and management team or what? Happy Birthday Nathanial and congrats to all us longs! $1,200,000 over 5 years is a done deal, but look at all the additional revenue possibilities down the road. WOW! TIVU will be a low float cash cow for years to come. Folks, this is great news, but only 1 large contract with a single hotel. How many more are in the pipeline? How many hotel chains are going to get on board? They upgrade their current TV/net systems and turn a negative into a huge positive money making opportunity in the process. It's a no-brainer for these hotels. TIVU will be a life changer for those that don't flip! I feel like we've got a lottery winner here.
I think on this board, I'm the "little guy". There's some large shareholders here.
It's criminal what the MM's have done to this stock yet again on a few thousand shares at the end of a promising day. It's the reason many have given up on the market all together. It's just not a level playing field. Look at the news of the last 2-3 weeks and the stock can't sustain any momentum just to reach book value. It's a great company, but a rigged market here on the pinks and nobody cares what these crooked MM's do to these stocks. It's a shame. TIVU will have it's day, but only when the contracts are there for all to see and the MM's are forced to let it reach it's true value. Load while you can. I wish I could as well. I'm still sitting on 37,550 shares at $.06. I have a sell order in at $2.67 for a cool $100,000. We should start a poster share count to see how much of the float we've got tied up. I'd be willing to check in and keep track in Excel and post as often as possible if you're interested.
.043/.044 now!
We just need news of the first big contract and it'll be off to the races. I posted the Top 10 on several IHUB boards after the market closed yesterday. Maybe, it'll get us some attention? I don't know, but nobody knows about this stock yet. I posted the Top 10 on Yahoo's TIVU page weeks ago and it's gotten zero replies last I checked. The word needs to get out! We've gotten solid news with little change in the stock price. Yes, we've got flippers and such, but the biggest problem is overall awareness of what a great company TIVU is and is set to become. You guys are very lucky you've been able to add at these prices for this long. It doesn't take much in the way of earnings to make this a $1.00 to $3.00 stock like we all hope it becomes with an O/S this low. GO TIVU!
It's good to see a little excitement and price movement around here. This should only be the beginning. Do you realize that with that tiny contract the other day and the $40,000 projected to go to TIVU each of the next five years from one hotel would give you a share price of $.031 with a PE of 15 and our current O/S of 19,250,347 shares all by itself this year. That would exclude all assets and future contracts. This is so undervalued that it's not even funny. Go TIVU!

I agree with Rafter that it's not a huge contract. It's to split $400,000 over 5 years. That's all well and good, but it's the fact that it's still progress, transparency, and growth. It's a solid business plan unfolding right in front of all of us step by step. I'd look at this as more of a foot in the door to larger deals down the road with some of these same hotels. We've got a lot of things here that most penny stocks don't at this stage in their development. We've got a honest and transparent management team that care about shareholder value, timely PR's, a great share structure, no dilution, a viable product and market, and now contracts. There's nothing negative here other than the share price which should be much higher.
This is fantastic! We've gotten 4 PR's the last two weeks all with good solid news and real progress! Now, can we get some share price movement to go along with it? Go TIVU!
This is starting to get frustrating. We got more good news, nice volume, and no share price movement as usual. No contracts mean no share price appreciation for us. It won't move until people see "offically" that they're making money. It's a shame people can't see what's right in front of them. No share dilution and an A/S 85% reduction. How do they think TIVU is going to pay for accountants and lawyers to obtain the uplisting? They're making money right now and the CEO all but told you with that line in the PR shown below, but I guess, people would rather chase it and pay more later. Geez.
We currently find the Company in a unique, and I believe favorable, position as our business activity begins to outpace our regulatory compliance initiative. However, the first steps in the process to become fully reporting, preparing the books and securing the associated documents required for auditing, have already been underway.
