Volume on WAMUQ was 17.3 million, just 4.3 million short of the 10 day average. Still a very good day!
Go WAMUQ!!!
Thanks Candy, Nate,Jest,and Richard.
You folks are awesome and provide stability to a volatile situation. Someday, I am going to cruise out to the mine we own and have breakfast with all you people who still believe!
jimmy
Is it possible someone is just buying time to let the shorts cover before the run? Just asking, be nice!
Nate and Candy,(not bigh)
What are you thinking about CPRK?
pm me if you can, if not I will read on general board.
Thanks!
jimmy
I emailed Charles this morning and expressed some concerns. He has not yet responded. Maybe someone can make a quick call. I am leaving for a road trip soon but if I get a response, I will forward it to all.

I watched that show and into the crisis, Dylan really asked some very tough questions (CEO's squirmed). He was spot on but the corporations had alot to say about that. His journalistic behavior shined but the people of the network wanted the other dylan back to pump the market which was totally against his thinking at that time. You gotta go where your heart takes you and the quest for truth even at the loss of a great gig.
Go WAMUQ and the search for truth and justice!
Awesome article! It is great to see another country write about the mis-deeds of a few greedy, to big to fail institutions.
Thanks!
Remember Dilan Ratagin well here is an interesting article I got from Rebel traders.
Americans Taken Hostage By The Media
Posted: 15 Sep 2009 09:38 PM PDT
Former CNBC commentator Dylan Ratigan left the network earlier this year. He was one of the ‘few’ people on CNBC that ever had a brain of their own and was not able to be ‘controlled’ by the CNBC mantra which is “All Bull, All the Time”.
Dylan was known for calling out people and calling out Government officials for their screw-ups. After while this got in the way of the CNBC ways, and when it came time to renegotiate his contract he up and left.
Dylan now has his own show on MSNBC (still not far from the GE government arm, but at least allowed to open his mouth and speak his own scripts… not those pre made for him.
This from Dylan…
The American people have been taken hostage to a broken system.
It is a system that remains in place to this day.
A system where bank lobbyists have been spending in record numbers to make sure it stays that way.
A system that corrupts the most basic principles of competition and fair play, principles upon which this country was built.
It is a system that so far has forced the taxpayer to provide the banks with the use of $14 trillion from the Federal Reserve, much of the $7 trillion outstanding at the US Treasury and $2.3 trillion at the FDIC.
A system partially built by the very people who currently advise our President, run our Treasury Department and are charged with its reform.
And most stunningly — it is a system that no one in our government has yet made any effort to fundamentally change.
Like health care, this is a referendum on our government’s ability to function on behalf of the American people. Ask yourself how long you are willing to be held hostage? How long will you let our elected officials be the agents of those whose business it is to exploit our government and the American people at any cost?
As hostages — was there any sum of money we wouldn’t have given AIG?
Why did we pay Goldman Sachs and all the other banks 100 cents on the dollar for their contracts with AIG, using taxpayer money, while we forced GM and others to take massive payment cuts?
Why hasn’t any of the bonus money paid to the CEOs that built this financial nuclear bomb been clawed back?
And more than anything else — why does the US Congress refuse to outlaw the most anti-competitive structure known to our economy, one summed up as TOO BIG TOO FAIL?
It has become startlingly clear that we as a country, and I as a journalist, had made a grave error in affording those who built and ran those banks and insurance companies the honorable treatment of being called capitalists. When in fact the exact opposite was true, these people were more like vampires using the threat of Too Big Too Fail to hold us hostage and collect ongoing ransom from the US Government and the American taxpayer.
This was no unlucky accident. The massive spike in unemployment, the utter destruction of retirement wealth, the collapse in the value of our homes, the worst recession since the Great Depression all resulted directly from these actions.
Even with all that — the only changes that have been made, have been made to prop up and hide the massive flaws on behalf of those who perpetuated them. Still utterly nothing has been done to disclose the flaws in this system, improve it or rebuild it.
Last fall was an awakening for me, as it was for many in our country.
And yet, our Congress has yet to open its eyes, much less do anything about it. In fact conditions have never been better for the banks or worse for the rest of us.
Why is this? Who does our Government work for? How much longer will we as Americans tolerate it? And what, if anything, can we do about it?
As we approach the anniversary of the bailouts for our banks and insurers — and watch the multi-trillion taxpayer-funded programs at the Federal Reserve continue to support banks and subsidize their multibillion bonus pools, we must ask if our politicians represent the interests of America? Or those who would rob America of its money and its future?
As a country, we must demand that our politicians stop serving those whose business models are based on systemic theft and start serving those who seek to create value for others — the workers, innovators and investors who have made this country great.
Go WAMUQ and get full justice we as citizens of the free world!
I can't translate but in a nut shell, what does it say? Thanks in advance.
jimmy
Well I am still camped out on WAMUQ and CPRK stocks.
WAMUQ is having a good week. Big date is Sept.25 and the shorts have been covering since last week. Settlement has been speculated so watch this rise up to that date.
CPRK is expecting a PR release this week or next. It is speculated to have good news of shipment of copper soon and maybe some long term financing. This will surely prompt a rise in pps with long term growth expected.
Remember, these are my picks, my money, my decision. Your picks, your money and ultimately your decision! IMO and good luck!
FYI,
From Charles,
While I'd like to give you what you want, I can not do so without the approval of the company. I do, however, expect that you will get some good news in the next days, next week at the latest...

Who is bill pannettas?
Totally Awesome Nate!!! If all is true, then we as share holders are in for a very, very nice treat! Great job and always appreciate your DD!
jimmy
We all felt the pain of 911! We will remember the people who died forever in our hearts! I just spent the last hour watching news as it occurred when it happened and I had tears just watching the towers get struck by those planes and shortly after the towers came down. The pain is real as it was that day! Never forget and always in our hearts they will always be.
God Bless America and the great men and women who serve to protect us from those people who wish to do harm!
I am trusting your call here!
jimmy
No disrespect but I thought FDIC did not follow proper protocol in regards to bids and simply following guidelines? At least that was what I thought. Again Fish, no dis!
I concur! I got the same response and it was positive or he would not have mentioned it! IMO
WAHUQ? Thanks!
If thats the case, what stock would you have if you could chose one?
FAZ, would anyone buy this? It does look attractive at this level? If so, what price? Sell price? I guess I am asking the range.
Thanks for your response and you explained well enough for me. Your right about trusting know one on this board, agree! I have seen this stock before and has had a nice run but they are buying companies along the way that increases their debt load even tho they may be profitable. Yes, need to spend money to make money but I have seen companies loose there way and get side tracked. Once that happens, the pockets most times are not deep enough to recover with the lack of financing.
TRTN is on my radar.
Good DD on this stock.
Interesting that you are on some many boards. That is a little suspect. I have seen this before(maybe not you) where they run from board to board pumping, generating activity (buying) then dump. I hope you are not one of these people, are you?
You can't please some people on this board no matter how hard you try! Give direct quote and and it gets spun in a different direction, oh well thats the DD given directly from a company representative. Good or bad, it is what it is! Go CPRK!!!
I agree! If it works out, this could change the way we look at combustion engines! I know there is competitors, its just I cannot remember at this time. It was big when oil was well over $100 a barrel but has obviously gone down since. I like the idea the Chinese have taken such an interest. Thanks for the pick. I just sent it over to some friends for their input.
That is impressive! I saw a video on this motor, very cool. I like the way the Chinese is all over this. I am intrigued. Thanks for the pick.
Per CAM I received 9/9/09 in an email.
"I have no knowledge about any bankruptcy filing now or in the future..."
NPDT was handed to me by a member of another board. They are doing work with Microsoft.
Newport Digital Technologies Signs Windows Mobile Development Licensing Agreement With Microsoft 09/09 09:10 AM
Up 53% today alone.
I am on the radio piece you sticky noted. This seems interesting.
When a company comes out like this, it brings some names that came from CA. and Canada that had similar results but seem to never pan out. Some were using different types of fuels. I will do more DD and I hope I can pick your brain on this if its ok with you? Thanks.
jimmy
Who is some of their competitors in this field? Have they any long term contracts with the trucking or auto industries? I thought Ford had a turbine company with similar results?
I see to buy indicators and they were at $.08 and $.15 but it looks to have broken through the bollinger band to the down. Am I reading this correctly? Why is this company so special? Is there product better than say Boeing or others in its class?
I am looking at the charts and middle of May it had spikes but the trend is lower. What do you see and why? What news coming?
If we do give picks, can we all agree on some factual information that backs the picks? Some basis of truth. Really, I have 10 emails daily I get on stocks but very few give any support as to why they are good picks. Some are paid pumpers who get compensation in shares and money to pump them out. I guess I am asking maybe some basic ground rules right from the get go! Is this possible? I hope so or I am out!
jimmy
WAMUQ and CPRK are my picks. It looks like the $Dollar$ is getting pulled down and Gold continues to rise along with select commodities. All are IMO and always do your DD.
Any info as to why you have picked these?
My hope on this board is to collaborate our efforts and really find stocks that will fly but has good Due Diligence to back up the picks! NO PUMPERS AND DUMPERS!!! I would like to see great ideas but back it up! (sorry, repeating)
jimmy
Well, just to let you know, I am in WAMUQ. This is the old wamu bank that was taken by the fdic and jpm. It has been in litigation for almost a year. There is alot of buzz whether it will settle by 9-25-09 or sooner.
This stock is trading around $.16 a share but has been speculated to see around $12-24 a share soon. Or may see a share swap for jpm stock, 4 shares wamuq for 1 share jpm = 10+ a share for a settlement.
This stock has been on the I Hub for some time and is one of the most followed and also has one of the best following of people who have done a great job of DD I have ever seen!!
Also, CPRK (copper king mining) is on the cusp of running production of copper, gold, silver and the likes. It has a contract with a company to ship metals but has had some issues getting to full production. Once it does then long term financing will hopefully follow!
Those are my 2 spec. stocks. All is my opinion and I am not professional stock trader and only risk what you can afford to loose! Good Luck!
jimmy
Hello,
I am interested but I am skeptical of pumpers and dumpers. Will this board feature a collective collaboration? To think as a group will be far better IMO.
Excellent!!!
Thanks Nate for your positive comments! I truly believe we will see positive PR and have resolve with some issues but I will NOT give in to the negative posters who just want to flip (buy low, sell high) my shares and all they can scurry up. CPRK is on the cusp of making alot of money and patience will be the key word I use with this company. GO CPRK!!!
You are full of credibility in my opinion! Great job and good to hear from you! Hope all is well in business?!
jimmy
Excellent! Thank you for the link! I will pass this along.
