Good to see the daily progress Surfguy - now we need to diversify our product line so we aren't at the mercy of the economy by generating some SRI related products out the door.

1. Consulting on Processing and Recycling Solutions
2. Production of custom compounds for the following product ranges:
· Retreads
· Motorcycle Tyres
· Bicycle Tyres
· NR and Butyl Rubber Tubes
· Automotive Components
· Marine Rubber Components (dock bumpers, etc.)
Other activities:
A. Cryogenic Crumb Recycling and Application Solutions
B. Manufacturing Solutions related to Process Automation and Bulk Volume Processing
C. Specialized Processing Aids
Ongoing Sekhar Research Innovations Sdn Bhd (SRI) and Magnum D’Or Resources, Inc (Magnum) Research Programs
1. Our program is directed at increasing the speed, cost-efficiency, processing capacity and performance of existing devulcanization technologies. The program is well advanced and early application of the results is foreseen.
2. Another objective is the development of recycled elastomers into fully accepted standardized raw material compounds, not merely fillers and diluents, but value-added compounds which contribute to the performance of the final product.
3. Research into the development of new and advanced Processing Aids is another priority with emphasis on high performance and low cost. (Processing aids are materials that modify the behavior of compounds during processing, or performance performance characteristics of the final product. In rubber technology, processing aids have become a vital component in nearly all manufactured products, molded, extruded or otherwise)
Shouldn't we be getting some news this week? Been awhile..

I like the fact that the bid is building. However, it's wishful thinking TWS that the ask will jump to 57.5 and then a buck. As I'm sure you are aware, the MMs more or less at any time they want, can raise or lower their ask price. I like the thought anyway and you're right about the fact that the stock price has been way too low way too long.
Makamai
Richie - if the filing is financials, as the title suggests, then it will be a 10k, not an 8k filing.
Makamai
Yahoo Finance is showing an Edgar Online Financial posting on Saturday, Jan 17. Do to the "e", I can't bring it up to read.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=mdor.ob
Makamai
That 100 share drop to the bid is most likely an MM signal they need more shares - notice that Nite's ask went to $.50. Still, need more support at the bid or we won't maintain the ask.
Makamai
Art - just need to keep the bid side supported to maintain the upward momentum.
Makamai
Their still under an allowed extension. The "e" won't occur until their beyond it, either Friday or Monday.
Makamai
I'd like to hope that the ask jumps to .57, however the MM's typically lower their ask as things thin out just as the .40 ask earlier today dropped to .37.
Makamai
Picked up 1500 at .37 on the ask - just couldn't resist...
TWS, Magnum has been able to obtain some real talent in Carol and Michel Boux. Hopefully they will have similar success with finding the right people for future plants as expansion takes place. This ought to be an interesting week if we are to believe Joe's comments during his interviews about things near at hand.
Makamai
That's my understanding W6 - Hard to find a more qualified guy to run the plant. Also Carol is a good find as well.
Not only is Michel Boux a good leader, he is one smart dude. Check out his Bio...
Michel Boux, Sr. Director of Operations:
Mr. Boux holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Mining Engineering from Laval University in Quebec and in Microbiology from Université de Sherbrooke. He has extensive knowledge in high quality rubber powder production and is very familiar with most phases of mesh size tire reduction. As an Independent Consultant Engineer, he has conducted feasibility studies for new tire recycling plant start-ups and has studied and provided analysis on the tire recycling technology and equipment as it relates to the worldwide markets. He has performed studies on raw material availability and the needed environmental permits involving shreds, tires, and other technical rubber compounds like EPDM.
He has experience working with regional government agencies and has provided risk analysis and recommendations for other clients.
As a Process Engineer with over 14 years experience, he has been involved in the research and development of new construction products using DC plasma and plasma coatings. He took an active part in the organization and creation of the company Plasma Control, Inc.
He also has experience in the writing of reports/ratios to obtain all available governmental subsidies and R&D income tax credits
IM - as word continues to get out about Magnum that should change. As stated in their last few NRs, “Magnum will also embark on an aggressive marketing program to increase investor awareness”….” Magnum/SRI is proceeding with both the "Our Planet" production series http://www.magnumresources.net/view-news.php?id=9 and the "21st Century Business Solutions Series" http://www.magnumresources.net/view-news.php?id=25 in order to promote our cutting edge technology to the worldwide market in the coming months. More information will be released about this shortly." So we have a lot to look forward to in the next couple of months. That coupled with the recent interviews will all work towards enhancing shareholder value considerably over what it is today. At current prices, these shares are really cheap!
Makamai
IM - we just need to keep the spread down between the bid and the ask to maintain a forward trend, with folks spanking the ask. The price dropped over the last couple weeks due to no bid support.
Makamai
I agree with both you and MC that a PR updating investors is needed. I realize that PRs cost money, however the company needs to be transparent with their shareholders and considering the last filing, more questions were raised than answered. However, in the present market environment, even large companies that are reporting good revenue have lost shareholder value and where they had PE's of 20 to 40 just 6 months ago, they now are lucky to have a PE of 10. My point is, that for this stock to begin a consistant move to the plus side, improvements in reported revenue will be a must.
I will look forward to any info you can gleam out of your conversation with management and any bugs you can put in their ears regarding the above.
Well maybe not - according to their last filing, they have no business. They previously were down to one government contract and now there is none.. They do mention that they are looking outside of the government arena for work, and there must be those who believe they will attract some based on their last funding agreement. But I think the market is looking at the bottom line and wants to see revenue in a filing first IMHO.
Makamai
I couldn't agree more IM. The sky is the limit with this stock - new technology in the GREEN arena, patents with world wide implications, getting in at the ground floor with a start up company, and most importantly - management that cares about their shareholders by minimizing dilution and is totally transparent. There are some stocks you trade, and some you keep in your portfolio. IMHO this is a keeper...
Makamai
The company's next filing will be the 10KSB, Annual & 4th quarter report ending Sept 30, with an extension and now do out by Jan 15. Don't expect to see much there in revenue as production didn't start until late November. Then the first quarter report should be out by mid February with a little revenue finally documented.
Makamai
Good luck with your new year goals LadyTrader - remember it's health first, then wealth and prosperity. Magnum will definitely bring us the wealth part.
Makamai
Boy I find it interesting how a newbie can suddenly become such an authority over night. Well - your'r not!
As an "old timer", I initially bought shares in Magnum D'Or Resources under the trading symbol of MAGR. True, it was a mining play at the time. Then it was purchased by Tim Sun & his brother, and they did a reverse split of 40:1 and changed its trading symbol to MDOR. The company's name was still Magnum D'Or Resources. Then Tim Sun sold his preferred shares and voting rights to Chad Curtis, however the company name remained the same (Magnum D'Or Resources), which now had a recycling division and a mining division. Then Tim Sun split out the mining portion of the business under the new trading symbol of SUIP, Sunrise Mining, and each shareholder of MDOR received an equal (free) share in SUIP, however MDOR's name remained the same as Magnum D'Or Resources. Now, however, the business focused exclusively on recycling. We have Tim Sun to thank for finding Chad Curtis, and Chad to thank for what he's done for the company since. However, we purchased shares under the company name of Magnum D'Or Resources and low and behold, that's the same name that it is today, and the free shares were with SUIP, NOT MDOR!
Makamai
For those of you new to Magnum, I have found that MDOR is one of the most transparent companies I've been involved with. Check out their website at http://www.magnumresources.net/ and look at news and investors columns. You'll see what I mean about keeping investors up to date on progress and keeping their website up to date.
Makamai
Aloha LadyTrader & welcome to MDOR. Yes, 130mil is over 5 years, which equates to about 26mil per year. This is just the very tip of the iceberg - 1 contract with Nationa Sales (NSS). The real bread and butter will be with fine powder generation and the JV/patents with SRI. Company has just begun production in Magog Canada and will be ramping up at a fast rate in the next few months. And yes, they are getting their raw materials for free so that increases the profit margin considerably.
Hang on for the ride, 2009 will be MDOR's coming out party.
Makamai
Richie - what I said was "Magnum filed an extension request today to the SEC (Form NT-10K) for filing of the annual report (10K) which includes the 4th quarter which ended on Sept 30, 2008 - they'll have a 15 day extension. That would be by the 15th of January at the latest.
Makamai
Happy New Year Surfguy. I wonder if Glusic will have anything different to say than on the Hotshotstocks.com recent interview? Certainly looking forward to a prosperous 2009.
Tax selling season is over now, so it should be upward and onward from here.
Makamai
First time I noticed reference to a separate Research and Training Facility adjacent to the Magog plant on the website. Sounds like they will be putting it to use right away.
"In addition to our facility in Malaysia, we will also use the new Research and Training facility located adjacent to our production facility in Magog to accelerate the introduction of the full range of cost saving multi application compounds and processing aids into the North American compounding community. By working on the establishment of these specialized recycled compounds into accepted standardized raw material compounds, Magnum/SRI is moving away from the conventional filler and diluents market and into the value added compounds that contribute to the performance of the final product.."
SUIP filed their annual report today - looks like they are still looking for a business venture to take public. In the meantime, there is no business being conducted or income being generated.
Makamai
Magnum filed an extension request today to the SEC (Form NT-10K) for filing of the annual report (10K) which includes the 4th quarter which ended on Sept 30, 2008 - they'll have a 15 day extension.
Makamai
Well Richie, it's put up or shut up time. You show me a BB stock that is more transparent than Magnum and meets your lofty (IMO totally unrealistic) reporting expetations and I'll purchase shares in it. Otherwise, enough already.
It's obvious to me that you have never started up your own business as I have. You don't go from start up to profitable over night. You are doing good if you can be profitable in 3 years. Magnum seems to be on course to beat that by a year or so. Magnum's quarter over quarter revenue this year ought to be impressive. Time will tell, however the ball is in your court - I'm ready to invest...bring it on.
Makamai
Richie, the 10KSB Annual Report which contains the 4th quarter's info (July thru September) will most likely be issued by mid January 09. The failed JV w/Artech occurred after June 30. The timeframe covered by the 10QSB I previously referenced was prior to June 30th. That's why I keep emphasizing that you have to follow the timeline of the SEC required reports. Your criticzing the company for not including information in a report that hadn't happened as of the date of that report.
Now, why is the stock price where it is - look at the market in general. There are lots of terrific bargens out there with solid companys. Also many investors are sitting on the sidelines waiting for some sign the economy is beginning to improve before they re-invest. So, when the company has a quarters worth of production under its belt, and that is reported in the 2nd quarters 10QSB, the market will then have the numbers to begin to more fairly price the stock. Also you ask where the volume - ask that question again after the planned PRs with CNN and Our Planet. Most present investors are tapped out and sitting on the sidelines. Once the company's story becomes more widely known, volume will pick up.
Makamai
Richie - In response to your statement "What you should expect though is clear public disclosure where all that money went how much MDOR owes..." "Mak can you show me please where any of this has been done or even genuinely attempted previously? Well Richie, let me refer you to the last 10QSB filed http://www.secinfo.com/d12TC3.t1FYg.htm it is very detailed on all these fronts including forward looking statements.
Now if you think the company or any company for that matter wants to go to the expense to publish all the information contained in the 10QSB any ole time an investor clammers for it, your sadly mistaken. Remember, this is a public reporting company. They can't just throw out a few figures and be done with it - they have accountability and must be sure it is accurate and correct. That's why they hire expensive auditing firms.
Also, especially given the present market conditions, and not having any reliable history yet on anticipated income/profit - no company in their right mind is going to publish revenue predictions. Even large companys on the NYC and AMX are holding off on their usual revenue projections until they can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
As I've said before - Magnum is fully accountable and that accountability is published 4 times each year, in Feb, May, August and October by their auditing firm. No off the top of the head predictions here - just cold hard facts!
Makamai
Richie - you're just going to have to hold your pants on buddy. MDOR is a fully reporting company as you know, and they have never failed to file. Their first quarter for 2009 10QSB is due by Feb 14, 2009 (45 days following end of the quarter on Dec 31st). Not expecting much in that report. They just got production underway late in November, and still working out the bugs in the system and ramping up. Also as I understand it, not much production goes on during the holidays, so the first real report that will be meaningful in the way of revenue generation will be the 2nd quarters 10QSB due mid May 2009.
Wishing everyone all the best for the holidays, and lets have a VERY profitable 2009.
Makamai
Someone bought 75K shares today at .01 today - Is there a spark of life still left in the ole gal? I know that Tim was able to sell the MAGR shell to Chad, wonder if he still has plans to do something with Sunrise?
Makamai
It's tax selling season fsmith - last year at this time the share price was .09. It's 5 times higher now at .45, and just a couple months ago we established a 52 week high. Is your glass half full or half empyt?

W6 - Check out some of the clients that Hotshotstocks has published profiles on and awards they have received "With over 30 years in Advertising, specifically, Direct Mail, and eight Industry awards our clients have included John Deere, The Beef industry Council, Kinko's, AMA, and Ulta to name a few... All highly respected.
Also, Magnum is currently in a prime position to be the first public company to operate and produce turnkey rubber recycling solutions, and looks to be the pioneers to actually revolutionizing the way rubber is recycled and processed globally. Hotshot Stocks Corporation feels that Magnum is significantly undervalued at current price levels and will be a serious player in the rubber reclamation and recycling industry worldwide.
I like the fact that they have placed a conservative P/E estimate of 15 on the company's stock, and that their valuation is based strickly on the present contracts.
As you stated, and most importantly of all, Hotshots states: "We anticipate the Company will produce 25%-35% quarter-over-quarter sales growth and triple-digit year-over-year growth for at least the next several years.
That too may be conservative, especially once Magmun begins generating fine rubber products by applying SRI's patents, such as their patent which will allow adding Magnum's recycled rubber to new rubber products such as tires - cutting tire manufacturing costs.

Hey Surfguy - Profit wouldn't know what DD is if it came up and slapped him in the face.
Makamai
Prophet - since you feel, based on your extensive DD, that there are "cockroaches scurrying around" and that the company is in a really "low-tech business", then you have no further need to waste your precious time or ours on this company, and can scurry on to another play before those nasty little cockroach buggers bite you in the okole...
Makamai
Agreed - lets hope the company has some nice surprises for us in the near future. Need some indication of revenue to get this stock off top dead center and underway...
