One really cool thing that all long-termers know, is now when the stock is up almost a dollar, it's less than a 20% increase. For 16 years that easily would have been 100%+
Walter thanks for informing us about this potential stock. Your history back since the Yahoo MB has been nothing but informative and I follow your input as being top notch.
I believe this is still a very esoteric company that is still way under the radar of the mass market of stock buyers. Since it is still an unproven science in terms of that up to this point no tier 1 companies has given us an order confirming a deal has been made. Even when this first order comes out, hopefully very soon, there will still be time to buy this stock much cheaper than after news hits across the board. Even if I have to buy it for twice the price it is now, it will be pennies on the dollar of the total upside value.
I'm in deep now and a true believer for close to 2 decades, but still want to see an order, before as I like to joke, sell my wife's unnecessary second kidney, and go truly ALL IN. That would take, again hopefully, my net from multi-millions to multi-multi-millions in value, and flying by private jet to my new beach house. So if and when We Do the Goo, even buying this at $10 is not much because in short time this should be worth at least $50, and then over more time who the heck knows how valuable?
Early retirement on the beach with the freedom to travel anywhere at anytime for any reason.
It's funny, after 17 years of waiting to get rich from LWLG, and now close enough to taste it, I have become extremely more considerate of my lifestyle. I love my wife but want to spend as much time as possible reveling with the rewards with her, rather than just making her a rich widow.
The good thing is that like LWLG they too are geared to explode with sales and higher SP. It's a shame how the big Corp's won't let the "little guy" enter a big market. Now a DuPont or Kimberly Clark will have to buy them out, after the FTC used false unproven claims to put them out of business. Payback will be.... well you know. Also like LWLG they offer a product that has been proven to save more than 30-40% on energy costs. Good timing when we see what climate change is doing out West etc.
That's the amazing thing about bringing disruptive technology to fruition and creating commerce. This has been a long winding road and hopefully finally near the end. Even worst than your stock story is one stock IVDN that actually has a disruptive technology- a house-wrap that has an independent lab proven insulation R-value. No other house-wrap in the world has such an energy and building cost saving. They were rolling out in 2 national hardware retail chains when a major player in the multi-billion dollar industry called all their lobbyists to sue them trying to lawyer them out of business. A case of David vs Goliath. After 5 years where their business suffered they finally had the trial and it was proven by the FTC expert that IVDN did have indeed an R-value. My point that some like x and others have said, will the Big Boys let a little company like LWLG rule the chip world. I think with our patents they can't make us sell out to them on the cheap. My minimum sale price was $50. The more we hear from Dr. L I now say at least double that.
Isn't it fair to say that if the world truly understands that Photonics led by the LWLG Goo is the future of all chips, that every foundry would want to be making the soon to be highest in demand chips? If you continue to make a horse buggy when the world wants automobiles how long will you stay in business?
For some potential "Newbies" thinking of buying, I would hate to try to wait till Monday for cheaper pricing when over the weekend there could be news, and it gap trades much higher.

xsxs said--but until we see a deal/partnership all is speculation. nothing more nothing less.
So you are saying that with world changing disruptive technology, that potential customers will not transition to it without complete vetting in their labs to confirm that it works over time? And that until we have a written contract that includes a monetary value, that it is just speculation, and that there is not a deal until then? Hmmm seems like the only thing that matters is in their labs.
The amazing thing is that over such a long period of time that we have been working with Tier 1's, and the many sets of eyes that have been working with the GOO that we have not had any leaks about the progress? We are able to get the tax moves of billionaires, and all kinds of secrets are made public, but not a peep from a lab engineer, or anyone else. The suspense is really remarkable.
True but you do get to learn that a deal is coming in the next day or 2
It seems like again and again and after 20+ years, the only thing that matters is the testing involved in their (potential customers) labs, because until we have a Deal (Deal= money+ a contract) we only have great science updates of the technology. It hopefully will come soon, as we are in good hands with Dr. L.
Imaging if you are a trader, although risking losing on the monster price increase when we get an order, but until then these are not obviously a few penny swings.
Well stated Noblynx. Imagine if we had a real PR firm that put out on a mass distribution level, all of the newly advanced news? Not hype just true facts in an area that the world desperately needs resolved.
Make sure you come to the next SH meeting.
No I loved it! But if you read the posts here you know that many waited until the end to buy and look at the tape to see how few shares it took (market orders) to go up 30 cents in a few minutes. Just calling balls and strikes, as many here cry about people painting down at the end of a day. The first 1/2 hour tomorrow will show if it was paint or not, I'm hoping we see $5.00++
I'm long or longer than most any here (2005), and still say $50 is what we are worth if a T1 pays us.
Great job to the team that manipulated the close well more than the $4.00 needed. Way to paint the SP.
Thanks for the explanation Sqrl!
That's really disgusting that a serious question would be treated so harshly. It seems that x forgot to use the Scope name for telling people to sell their shares when they are not complete hypers. This is the same x that told us 10 years ago that our patents were worth 100's of million of dollars, and our stock would be worth $25 dollars if we just sold them.

Well unless you sold on Friday, we made a lot of money on paper. Unfortunately I have had a few stocks that soared "on paper" and s--t happened. The worst example was CLO Coleco, who had a personal computer, when they were selling for thousands of $'s, that introduced it for just hundreds, at CES behind glass. The stock soared multiple times more than our LWLG did the last couple of days. In a couple of days on a few thousand dollar investment it ran to $250k. Then....consumer reports got to test it and low and behold every time you turned it off, you loss all of the data.
CLO stock halted for weeks and the $250k was worth a few grand again.
Now the GOO has been independently tested and not just shown behind a glass room, so I'm no saying beware, but you only can claim the money when you sell. Another of my horror stories NKTR, never sold while the cure for opiates was being tested and proven, but the FTC wouldn't approve any new ones even though it stopped pain w/o addiction. From $110 to $16
Maybe those harsh lessons taught me that there are no deals until there are money exchanges real deals, and why we have nothing until (unless you sell) we have everything.
Perhaps second to only Methaqualone
Just checked records. My first purchase was in 2005, I think around $2.26.
Many new faces, and probably more coming this weekend. Time for another X- LWLG for dummies?
After 3 days of rain, a beautiful day and scheduled to leave to play 18, but hesitant to want to leave the computer. Go figure.
Now at $2.90
Not until we get the first order. I have plenty, but will happily pay $5.00 or more, because we will all know before the "regular" world does, and it then will go to my $50. I do have her starting to drink Cranberry juice, just in case!
$2.64
Closed at $2.45 and 543,824 shares
Kind of thought with this kind of SP movement we would be easily more than a million shares
$2.49 not that I'm counting
I'm not a trader but if you are lots of money to be made today $0.10 swings every 10 minutes. The market makers are loving this today.
For LWLG to be included as a pre-rev company, I think is saying something.
I totally agree, and the fact that there is actually such a fund, is cool, but this company seems to have a fund for everything. Nonetheless, the fact that Photonics is considered part of everything is a win. Now when a Fidelity or other major US traded companies create a Photonic ETF, that will be something that all kinds of investors will want to learn about.
At first I thought it was the % of each company, but since one company has 99+,(AU OPTRONICS CORP ORD 99.977835) it really is the number of shares. So this Index own's less than 1 share of LWLG? I wouldn't buy this. Maybe this is some Euro thing that isn't what it seems on paper. Walter?

We are less than 1% of this, unquestionably buying LWLG directly at these cheap prices is the better investment, IMO. Still it's cool to see a Photonics tradable group ETF

Once the appeal is over and we hopefully win, I would imagine IVDN will start to advertise in many industry sites/shows/ and magazines. Why would anyone that learns about the product, not want to buy it? If you are building anything that uses a house-wrap, and you read that you could save money in building costs, that alone would be enough. If you also learn that you would be saving about 30% on your annual energy costs, that would be an even bigger reason to use Insultex House-wrap. Now add to both of those that it will save literally tons of carbon being sent upward, using anything else is like construction mal-practice. This stock is insanely underpriced.
The only thing that matters is in their labs.
We have nothing until we have everything (a money Deal)
It looked like yesterday everyone was doing a victory lap. Yes the video was GREAT, and Dr. L. confirmed to all of us already believers that the GOO is Golden, but until the Tier 1's sign a contract and give us PO's. we have no crossed the finish-line, and the rocket has not taken off. I believe it will be relatively soon.
As Mr. Winston Wolfe said in Pulp Fiction;
Let's not ------------we still have some work to do.
I had an 85.
You are right F2. $4 would be nothing especially if we had a great PR firm, or someone at LWLG that knew how to get this video out to every proper site. That would help educate people reading about the Golden Goose that has the greatest Disruptive tech that the world desperately needs!
I hope we will all see the fruits soon and you live long to enjoy it fully!
I have also have a stock (LWLG) that I have owned for 16+ years. Their whole reason to be was to solve Moore's Law. To do so would be to have a disruptive technology that nobody in the world has. They actually look like they are getting close, but until they prove it to the Tier 1's they still are not 100% there.
To me W-S is that Insultex is a PROVEN technology in a multi-billion dollar industry that NOBOBY in the World has. This isn't an if, it's a when will it take off? There is nothing like it on the market, so once the appeal is over, why wouldn't Lowes, Home Depot, and the major home builder once again buy from us? Add to that Lindus who never stopped buying, because they know it worked, and trust me, there will be many others coming on board. This is a different world than just 6 years ago when we were "just" selling a great product that is cheaper to use when building, and a tremendous energy savings. Now when those that understand the need to create less carbon products to save the Earth that this is a monumental reason to use our H-W, it will be Construction Mal-Practice not to use our products. Don't forget we also have the best insulation for clothing and we will attack that market too.
We will look at a stock that is selling for just a little bit more than 2 bits, in hopefully a short amount of time a say, we knew something the whole world needed and nobody but us knew about, and it made us all rich.
Are we seeing any appreciable increase of views on the sites?
They always strong-arm companies that need them to produce their products on the cheap. But when it comes to this high-tech chip industry, which by the way is the oil of the future, in terms of cost vs control, we (US) must control our own destiny. When the Arabs owned the oil, we were at their mercy, and when there was a shortage, we waited in lines for hours etc.
If someone (China) wanted to do a non-military war with us and cut all chips, imagine what would happen to all industries.
Politics aside, (Sorry Mr. Rambo) Biden is right that this is the infrastructure of the future.
