Actually that's a very good point. I did not read closely enough. It says up to 1 to 50 so that means we could get a r/s of much less. I think if it is anything 1 to 10 or less we will be in good shape here and there is always the possibility that we don't get one at all. I just believe if they would have left that out we would have had a nice little run today and some momentum going into the be year. Either way I still have all my shares here and I will get in contact with the new management team. Also another question for you while I have your attention, why did you remove me as an assistant? Did I say something wrong?

I hope it works out here for us here but plain and simple Brian Sperber screwed us. The reverse split is not a good thing no matter how anyone puts it. What good does a 3 million shares a/s do for us. They have 51% voting rights so that means they don't need our approval for anything. It could go from 3 million a/s to as much as they want. It's good we had a reverse merger but why did the rm company chose to do a rs right away with only 150 million shares authorized. IMO they did it so they could wipe out the 558 shareholders. I don't think the number of outstanding shares bothered them I think it was the amount of people that owned those shares. Hey I hope I'm wrong but I'm just being realistic.

I agree but why the r/s. The share structure here is not big at all so that doesn't make sense to me. That's were we got screwed.

news has to be coming on APXR probably gonna be bought out. One of the other companies with a share in the project already sold their share and it was nowhere near what APXR has.

An increase would be a welcome thing from me as long as it was done moderately. It would at least give them motivation to get this running but I do believe there is other much deeper reasons for them going quiet and holding this back.

Yea we got some attention on bbs board today. I seen this at .0017 earlier and was shocked so I reminded people of this stock on there and we started moving. Now think if management actually gave us some good news we would fly. Brian give us the go ahead, everyone knows your the one behind this whole operation. If us just posting on a board got this moving think what some consistent news would do for this.

Hey Ace its hard to believe but sadly it's probably true. It all starts with Brian, I honestly can't wait till there done covering the preferreds which I believe they sold early. I had great contact with Greg but he disappeared recently. We got this thing moving a little bit even with their efforts to try and keep this down. They need to keep us in mind and give us an update before years end. It's one thing to say that you are going to do it but they need to actually come threw and we will get this moving. Right now would be a great time to release some news. This thing is thin.

Yea I agree it seems like they were playing with it the past 2 days to try an get some people to sell for cheap before they tell us what's going on. When it's all said and done Greg and Brian are garbage and they care nothing about us or the company. They are both incompetent and only care about themselves. I can't wait till this runs so I can get out of here and never look back. They gave us so many promises then just disappeared. I had very good contact with Greg and recently he has also disappeared so hopefully there working on a plan to get this company back on the map. I hope this moves cause we have some good people here that deserve it.

They will be bought out be exxon or someone who wants there share in the project. It will be at a huge premium if they chose to go down that road.

I've also been loading APXR. I'm so anxious to see If this gets approved, tom will be a huge day if it does. We will go from 10 million market cap to a very easy buy out target from one of the partners that want a larger stake. Apex stake is about 1.5 billion dollars.

Yea it's crazy how long they have been doing this for. I agree 100% with you on your 3 choices of people. You would think they have enough shares already to be satisfied but as we all can see they are very greedy and only care about their own well being. We just have to be patient and wait until brian gives them the go ahead.

Everytime we get a buy the ask drops a tick. It's seems like Brian is back to his old tricks or someone else is trying to short this. It's time for the puppet Greg to get replaced with someone who actually has a backbone and won't just let Brian use him as a front for the company.
