The authorized shares have been the same size since the report, which was issued in April, 2018.
Citing the OS numbers to prove "dilution" is simply fiction, not to mention nonsensical.
And you are not an equity analyst.
I choose to trust reputable sources, not someone seeking to artificially depress the price through scare tactics in here because he or she wants cheaper shares, or to convince people to sell prematurely.
Your pps is a fabrication on your part.
You're not an equity analyst.
Harbinger's is a reputable one. And they gave it a valuation with a projection of $2.16 a year ago. Here it is:
https://d1io3yog0oux5.cloudfront.net/harbingerresearch/media/9a385cf783f3a4e09860f8b6fbf0d4fc.pdf
In addition, it was reported the survival rate of the shrimp had already far exceeded the expectations, way before the technology reached its final stage as patented in December 2018.
Anyone can pick up their report and read the reality of actual and projected instead of wild numbers selected from space.
It was quite obvious their additional orders were made at the point they knew their technology was successful.
Their expansion plans will bring shmp to the ny, chicago, and las vegas areas beyond what they'e doing in Texas.
These tanks can be built in warehouses.
they cost pennies to run.
I remind you that many little cbd companies shot up on news of the legalization of pot in Canada. Many without a sale under their belt, a patch of ground growing a crop.
This company has a technological breakthrough that nobody else but them owns.
If you don't want to risk on this reality, then that's your choice.
The Harbinger analysis took into account everything but the first harvest using the new technology and they assessed it CONSERVATIVELY at a projected $2.16 a share based on production ability at that time...other than that the company has been followed the past five years in particular by interested companies nationally and abroad because this technology promised to double to quadruples output for starters, without the use of antibiotics or chemicals.
They HAVE hired a public relations firm, that appears to have been doing an excellent job, and Whole Foods just walked their floors a couple of weeks ago.
Waiting to buy after news is out of their Harvest Report and distribution and licensing agreements sort of defeats the purpose of making a profit on this stock while its in the pennies, as it will be out of reach at that point.
I'm watching rsi on fidelity...the dip put rsi at 59, it was 10 points higher before lunch hour...I'm going by the 10 day rsi by the way.
Yesterday it peaked at around .42...today it came close to 70 at .47 (corrected), but it can certainly crest above that in the low fives today.
SHMP LUNCHTIME DIP SPECIAL BUYS!
Already cycling back up even as I typed that. LOL.
Top news in this industry mag: https://aquaculturemag.com/2018/01/18/how-naturalshrimp-is-revolutionizing-the-shrimp-aquaculture-industry/
Worth posting again.
It may be of interest that water investments has been a recommendation for long term future growth because of the diminishment of our natural resources.
While this isn't a water stock per se, it is a technology that solves a water treatment issue for raising many species of marine fish we eat, so in a sense it would fall into this investment strategy because we're talking about spill off that doesn't then pollute our environment because of its non-use of chemicals, its ability to keep ammonia levels low and kill bacteria.
In other words, it helps provide fish that is diminishing in our oceans, an doesn't add harm to our water supplies.
The current technologies treating water in fish farms has been cited for contamination of our water sources because of these issues, one of the reasons SHMP's groundbreaking technology is so crucial, has been getting so much attention in its industry's media, and is going to make this company successful and profitable beyond anyone's expectations.
That's nonsense.
Lunchtime crowd great time to buy before the afternoon crowd pushes it higher. 4s and 5s are great buys. You'll be chasing it above these prices, quite frankly, and lucky to get the 6s and 7s at the point the harvest report is issued.
You're right, but a reputable equity analyst (Harbinger's) assessed the company's valuation in April 2018, before they secured their patent by the way, and that included a projected pps of $2.16 within a year (what we're coming up on now) and it is likely conservative, not only because it would be by virtue of their profession, but also because the valuation was done before their final technology was put to the test.
Other comparables, as they have two streams of income, licensing and shrimp farming, are the shrimp/fish producers...I've seen around $10 to $20 a share as usual for those, and we're not talking big companies.
But I'd say it would be a matter of a couple of years to reach those levels, not 3 months.
However, because this is a unique technology that has no competition, a water treatment solution that took them years to develop and that is crucial for everything from doubling production, to producing completely contamination free shrimp, to a means to provide seafood and stop harming our oceans, that price hike may come sooner than later.
And I must point out the cbd companies that had no production or marketing yet that did jump to the 10 to 20 dollar target within a couple of months during the mania...because of so much publicity. And they did retrace but really back to the 3 to 7 dollar range and then went up again as sales started.
So never say never. We just don't know, but my money at least starts with that original analyst's report as a realistic first target that looks to be on schedule.
Picked up another 2500 at ask and volume has been holding at just under 7 million...really great. I am so grateful to still be able to pick up shares under .50...I think it's crazy actually how great this is. Even if we fly up and pullback or retrace somewhat on our way to dollarland I don't think we'll see these again.
Those walls are just flypaper. They'll put some brakes on, as weak as they may be, so they're doing us a favor helping to avoid high gaps, though with enthusiasm with the report so near it will be inevitable at some point, and that's great at the right time.
Thank you for the extra DD. Appreciate you sharing that.
This is a legit company that just patented a groundbreaking technology in aquaculture. I just posted one article for your due diligence, but you should be aware what you've bought into.
Their SEC filings have all been in order, something you can verify by calling them if checking their site online doesn't do it for you.
It's expected licensing alone may bring in hundreds of millions.
They had a reputable equity analyst do their valuation in April 2018, at which point the projection was 2.16 a share, and this is before their patent was approved in December.
It's taken them 18 years, and the past 5 alone with a partner, to perfect a water treatment technology that would be breakthrgouh...it's an electrocoagulation system that does what no other RAS water treatment system can do...
Drastically reduces the mortality rates in farmed fish, which currently run between 25 and 55 percent in shrimp alone.
Uses no chemicals or antibiotics.
Costs pennies a day to run. The technology is based on electric current.
Has a letter of commitment with Trane, a subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand, in regard to expansion on a national level.
Has begun licensing its technology in Europe.
PLUS it's necessary technology in lieu of the bans now on imported seafood into the US because of their high contamination levels...and the drop in available wild sources because of our overfishing and other natural factors.
THIS TECHNOLOGY is a game changer. This COMPANY has been followed for years in the aquaculture industry...
And their Harvest Report comes out within 7 days CONFIRMING THE SUCCESS OF THIS TECHNOLOGY...
GAME ON.
This is THE best and GREENEST stock on the OTC. Invest in water treatment for aquaculture that doesn't dump antibiotics and contagions back into our eco-system.
This is THE game changer in aquaculture with expansion plans already underway in the US, and licensing agreements for foreign companies in the works...the first of which, Gamba in Spain, already has its facility operational.
SHMP'S technology, an RAS that's based on electric current called "electrocoagulation," would replace the biofloc systems. The biofloc system is pricey to run and has not guaranteed viability rates that would exceed the, at best, 55 percent ratio...most farmed shrimp experiences between 25 percent and 50 percent viability.
SHMP's electrocoagulation system costs pennies a day to run and can be applicable to other species of marine life. Word is that shrimp may exceed a 95 percent survival as the system kills bacteria and keeps ammonia levels down, without the use of antibiotics or chemicals, making the shrimp extremely clean and its waste safe for the environment.
This would increase revenue as well enormously.
SHMP spent many years perfecting this system, culminating in its current technology that received its patent in December 2018. We now await the fruits of that labor in the revealed numbers in the Harvest Report to be shared within the next 7 days.
Their recently patented water technology has no competition and is desperately needed in this industry: https://dallasinnovates.com/naturalshrimp-says-new-patented-tech-enables-indoor-propogation-of-all-fish/
The stock is steadily strengthening. That comment in lieu of the stock's movement since its open is absurd.
97 percent of the world population eats shrimp.
Look at the rate of buys coming in at these levels. Plus, the volume picks up very quickly on this stock between now and 11:30...and then some more later in the day...but even now....
Those sell numbers are a drop in the bucket.
You do realize those numbers are negligible, right?
I threw 10,000 more shrimp on the barbie.
I'm not a Deadhead but I spent years forced to play their music in bands for drunk people eating shrimp.
Love this solid chart.
People are coming in and out and that's ok.
We're moving higher slowly and steadily...2 or three days up, one day pullback fade or sideways...this is good.
Keep your eye out for Harvest Report, coming out in less than 7 days.
This is the loading zone in the 4s and 5s.
Picking up more in 4's.
Trace the lows on a chart from Jan. 5 and you'll see we're now in a healthy rise pattern establishing solid new HIGHER lows.
Excellent steady rise this time.
A great base for when the Harvest Report comes out.
We should close mid 5s at least today if we have volume this afternoon.
There's no one causing a pull back. We had a gap yesterday at .36. It's buy time and then we're going much higher.
It was a small gap this time. There won't be a retrace, this is a normal pull back to fill a gap.
This is a great time to add shares.
Educate yourself on gaps while a stock moves up. Look at the volume. No stock goes straight up like a meteor in any case without a legitimate catalyst to keep it up there.
That's coming within 7 days.
This couldn't be better. This is a little fade to fill yesterday's gap. Very healthy chart.
Major catalyst, not rumor, will push stock up don't compare to last week.
ALL successful stocks that have broken through in this manner go through gap ups and pullbacks.
But look at the chart.
We had massive gap ups and yes because the info wasn't strong yet, pro traders took advantage because it retraced and shorts swarmed in to push it as low as it could go, but it did hit a bottom at .24.
A major catalyst though could push it up with gaps and continue up and stay up there is NO competition with this necessary technology.
So it will for sure land at its higher price, most likely close to above or below its 2 dollar valuation from last April.
So yes we'll probably have gap ups in the next few mornings and fades to fill those gaps and if that happens on medium volume that's healthy.
But if the catalyst is momentous and we go up faster we may or may not experience retrace, but at some point longs will stick it...it really depends on the news from the harvest report.
And it will certainly have a much higher bottom.
So stop comparing to last week when that info wasn't confirmed.
The stock will likely breech a dollar as so many others have in the past despite gapping and stayed there.
Like Amazon.
Investing in technology with no COMPETITION read this interview: https://wallstreetanalyzer.com/2019/01/28/natural-shrimp-inc-otc-shmp-ceo-interview-series/
We had a little gap up today and maybe until the harvest report comes out we'll have those gaps and fades, but so far it's been with no crazy volume like the breakaway gaps up last week with 70 million in volume, and of course it inevitably retraced.
And so what...
the stock is going to inevitably move up one way or the other and sometimes there won't be pullbacks
if catalysts and momentum put it in a new place for a short or long or permanently long time.
You either believe in the success of the company or you don't and you're worrying about gaps on the cusp of a big catalyst?
There are plenty of successful companies that gapped up and stayed up so nobody inevitably can call it.
The creation of the first electro coagulation technology that does what this RAS system does, water treatment for aquaculture without chemicals or antibiotics, has been followed in this industry for years, and has finally come to fruition.
There's nothing underhanded or mysterious or manipulated about catalysts driving up a pps of a hot stock, hot when more and more people learn about it and choose to risk whether long or short term.
You dilute by adding shares...that hasn't happened.
The owners have to post when they buy or sell shares. They've not touched them since 2015.
The company had an equity analysis on its valuation a year ago...if anything the pps is low according to its projection of 2.16 a share made before its patent was approved in December 2018.
It should be noted the recent cbd phenomena saw many companies rise phenomenally into dollarland and fall a couple of times on the way but staying above that dollar, many before growing or marketing product.
Here we have a one of a kind technology that should revolutionize the aquaculture industry without a competitor.
1. The run up and retracement happened before the Harvest News Came out.
2. A lot of people took some profit at that time and shook others out who weren't patient to wait for the confirmation of the success of the patent technology.
3. The longs stayed with the stock after retracement picked up more shares. We're now seeing it regaining pps and momentum as a result.
4. The big catalyst is the Harvest report confirming the technology worked, making it the hottest game in the aquaculture industry and companies that have expanded nationally show pps of 10 to 20 so there are quite a few that will hold shares and have been holding.
5. That report will be out between now and the next 7 working days...it is highly unlikely people would sell during this time because the news has been very positive with viability and expansion already underway with tanks added, indicating the technology has proven successful.
SHMP will break the dollar barrier.
Hopefully land in the 3 to 4 dollar range, where it should, to start.
We will have some more retracement I would think, or not, stocks do go up and down, but I think the 1 2 punch of the Harvest Report followed by the convention and expansion already in works and licensing inevitably following will stabilize it there for a time.
For me, if I ever banked enough money to not worry about my inevitable isolated solitary future, with no family, most of my friends dead already, putting aside the worry of starving in the street because I can't pay my bills and feed my cats and my fish, to maybe be able to have a waterfront cabin to escape to from time to time or permanently, I would be happier than I am now.
If shrimp did that for me I'd probably be so shocked I'd die anyway and the super would find my half-eaten corpse days from now consumed by my starving cats. But then, probably not.
One of my cats was rumored to be from Alabama, by the way, by the shady cat "rescuer" I got him from in a Pet Smart, and the weird thing is whenever I bring shrimp home he howls and tries to steal it from my plate...maybe a sign?
More institutional investors for sure.
More like multiple hundreds of millions for the licensing alone, but over the years certainly!
SHMP is only on the otc. The otc only operates during regular trading hours.
Other markets have extended trading hours, for example the Nasdaq...
https://www.stockmarketclock.com/exchanges/otc/trading-hours
"Stocks can only be traded on the OTC Markets during official trading hours, but there are unofficial Extended Hours Trading markets that will carry trades until markets reopen. Extended Hours Trading is a term that covers both After-Market Trading and Pre-Market Trading.
Extended Hours Trading allows investors to act quickly on information that comes out when markets are officially closed. In the past, only large institutional investors could participate in Extended Hours Trading. Thanks to the emergence of private trading systems in recent years, individual investors are now able to trade during extended hours as well."
We are at that same level before the last run toward a dollar, only this is 3 days before the weekend with a much bigger anticipated catalyst. Good times.
La technologie SHMP produit des crevettes saines: SHMP technology produces healthy shrimp.
In Chinese, Hindi, and Spanish the same message:
SHMP jìshù shengchan jiànkang de xia
shmp takaneek svasth chinraat ka utpaadan karatee hai
La tecnología SHMP produce camarones saludables
Yes, and apparently 97 percent of humans consume shrimp...add that factor in...and farming the oceans is removing them from the cycle that feeds the higher forms of life there...we have to HAVE to support this technology because a lot of these shrimp farms have been dumping contaminated water back into our oceans...and there was a huge shrimp die off in the last few yeas across the entire industry, bacteria infestation.
So they've been compromised with the old RAS systems, including biofloc.
This new technology kills bacteria with the use of electricity they call it vibrio electrocoagulation it took years to perfect and the harvest report will verify the findings...It's a huge step.
Fresh farmed fish tastes as good as ocean raised when it's clean and delivered fresh, and certainly safer as it is not going to carry certain parasites...most fresh fish sold in the stores is imported and defrosted by the way, so it may be a month after harvesting it even appears on your plate.
