I think those radio show interviews are basically a rehashing of exactly what was said in the past 3 radio interviews. I doubt there will be any news about retiring shares, or dilution, or the float, but who knows...Let's hope for the best.
Well, you could try calling Dr.Damaj's cell number and tell him what you think and where he went wrong???
LOL, I thought investing was supposed to be emotionless :) Yes, I know you were just kidding...
It makes me hope that Innovus doesn't turn into another OVIT, GALE, LPCN, ACAD, MSTSX, or OXYGN/MATN...
Ya, the share price used to go up, when Innovus announced small stuff, like a new coffee maker in the break room...
I'm not disagreeing, but wouldn't Dr.Damaj have a good idea of what the Q2 numbers are now, especially if there are only 3 more weeks left in Q2?
Do you know when the Q2 numbers will be reported? Maybe the Q2 conference call hasn't been scheduled yet?
New product launches and sales approvals are not seeming to increase the price per share anymore, now.
It appears the main things that could increase the share price is, net profitability and aside from that...
The original Fluticare ANDA approval, or a good business partner, or a good "new" product/combo like OTC Viagra+Vesele, as well as retiring outstanding shares, so the overall share are less, thereby increasing the value of each share...
Does anyone know when Q2 numbers and conference call will be released?
There appears to have been lots of buying volume today, historically speaking.
Was the anti-nuplazid/anti-pimavanserin article on CNN, just another one of those hit-piece, fake-news articles??
There seems to be a lot of mis-reporting on CNN, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and in The New York Times and in The Washington Post.
Has anyone else noticed this? It's like there's a rush to report something first, rather than report it accurately?
The result is a big, fake headline, then a couple of days later, on page 3, a small retraction gets printed.
Grizzly, where have you been? I hope you're ok. Did you see my question?
I sure hope Q2 2018 has higher revs/sales than Q1 2018, otherwise Innovus will look like crap to the market.
New product launches or sales approvals are not increasing the price per share now.
The only, main thing now that would increase the share price is, net profitability.
The original Fluticare ANDA approval, or a good business partner, or a good "new" product/combo like OTC Viagra+Vesele could help as well. Retiring outstanding shares might be help as well.
Does anyone know when Q2 numbers and conference call will be released?
I know Damaj has a reputation for putting the cart before the horse, but I sure hope he doesn't do an R/S before Innovus is net profitable for at least 2 Q's. If Damaj did an r/s now, I think it would screw we investors out of any profit.
I'm glad ProstaGorx got approval to be sold in Canada and if possible, I hope patients can get some reimbursed for it. There are already so many Saw Palmetto prostate pills on the market, I hope Innovus can get some good market share.
My average PPS is .19, so heck ya let's get it permanently past .20.
Ya, it could be good to get a big investor under good terms, who has a major stake in the marketing and success of Innovus, other than Damaj. It could help push the success of Innovus further and faster.
Ok, those are good points, so I'm hoping that Innovus sales will blast off through the roof! Next, I will be buying their Melatonin MZS Sleep Disorder pills once my other supply of melatonin runs out.
I know it's really a full Innovus product, probably just one licensed somehow to be sold through Innovus/Amazon, but every little bit helps. If I ever needed any type of product Innovus sells, I will buy the Innovus product regardless of the price or wait for shipment.
I would be very glad if the share price was .50 to 1.00 right now, w/o a r/s.
Get it together Dr.Weis, daughter and investment firms, make a deal happen within the next few weeks, after I've had time to buy a more shares...
I'm glad about the lowered prices. The increased volume of sales, will for the most part, counter balance less profit per unit. I would like to see the price of Vesele and a few other products lowered as well, because it would help more products roll off the shelves.
I hope Q2 sales, exceed Q1 and that expense are either the same, or better yet lowered, with no additional Q2 bonuses paid out. I'd love to see more money invested back into the company and better advertising.
When they hell are Innovus products going to be on store shelves? That's part of the reason I "invested" in Innovus. Damaj kept talking about all the business agreements he had...Was that a lie, or will sales on store shelves be coming in Q3, or Q4?
I know profits are less on store shelves, but if radio and tv advertising isn't going to be utilized, then being on store shelves helps get the name out.
Let's also do targeted Internet advertising, maybe with those annoying pop-up windows?
All true jt and if North Korea decides to denuclearize and hopefully, open up to a free market, democracy style economy, then he'll probably start using Zetra glide on his victims, rather than being such an evil, ruthless, dictator-murder. A more gentle style of assault, with lube in place.
Exactly and one would even think that with Kris Jenner not only promoting, but using barrels of Zestra gilde on a daily basis, that Innovus would be at the 20 million mark, every year!
Welcome aboard Mynah-nah!
Why was I not invited to the annual meeting and asked to vote as well? Shouldn't I have received a letter in the mail?
Was the anti-nuplazid/anti-pimavanserin article on CNN, just another one of those hit-piece, fake-news articles??
There seems to be a lot of mis-reporting on CNN, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and in The New York Times and in The Washington Post.

Question for you guys. I've heard that this is both true and false...
What if anything would happened to the INNV share price, if all of us put in a sell limit order of a minimum of 1$?
Would that make the share price go up, because shorters or naked shorters could not borrow against our shares to short the stock, because we have our shares "locked up" with a sell limit order?
Or are there very few shorters or naked shorters of INNV?
If I can't get a great answer from you guys, maybe we should all just try it, to see if it makes a difference?
If putting in a high sell limit order doesn't make a difference, maybe that because as a whole, our retail ownership of shares just isn't enough to make much difference, compared to the total amount of shares?
Ya hopefully, Innovus will finish 2018 with at least 18 million in revs and become net profitable. Last year, Dr.D mentioned Innovus "could be" profitable between 10-12 million (not sure how accurate that is.)
New product launches are not boosting share price, probably because the market is used to Dr.D's hype and it's not really a big deal to launch a hemorrhoid cream on the Internet for Canada...
Especially, when so many of those types of creams already exist and not only that, but when people need treatment, they usually rush to the store for immediate relief.
I think some of the fews things that will make a positive difference in share price, is getting products on store shelves(I know profit margins are less and competition is high, from big pharma and store brands, but we really need to be on shelves, as well.)
While we are waiting to become net profitable, here's the only few things I think that would help boost out share price...
Getting a real partner, or finally receiving approval on the original Fluticare ANDA, or getting the rights to sell generic Viagra...Something bigger like those.
Lets get some products on store shelves, keep working with Doctors offices to recommend our products, keep working to on getting insurance reimbursement for some products and keep looking for business partners...
(I think it's possible, to get some type of insurance reimbursement for Vesele, but apparently not for Fluticare?)
If Dr.D, can't get real marketing together, radio, store shelves, then at some point, sell the business to a company that already has distribution and marketing handled, like GNC, but without any profitability, or the original Fluticare ANDA approved, I don't think Innovus would be a buy-out target.
(If things steadily approve over time for Innovus, I think at the earliest we'd be a buy out target would be 2 years from now.)
Releasing creams on the Internet, to 3rd world countries that don't have much Internet or credit cards, doesn't help the bottom line much, but at least it helps get the Innovus name in the news.
It's a shame Fluticare took so long for us, in an already crowded nasal spray market and now even though we were "promised" to have products on shelves and that we had "agreements" with stores, we still don't have any products on shelves.
I realize, Innovus is a young company (even though the name has been around for a long time) but, darn-it, it's taking a long time for business and Fluticare to "spin up" and the way Fluticare is being marketed, or not marketed, it might not ever reach it's full potential, or it could take a while and by that time, a one time allergy cure shot could be on the market.
Ok, please screen for accuracy and fill the blanks, so to recap, the basic view on this is...
In 2018, there should not be a need for a reverse split or a secondary offering with warrants to raise money, because Lipocine already secured a 10 million dollar loan, in January 2018...
We are waiting for FDA clarification on TLando, but at this point, there does not appear to be a need for another complete TLando test with different tubes and that this could be FDA confirmed within the next couple of months...
All it should seem to take for TLando to get FDA approval, is to redo the ambulatory blood pressure effects study, to hopefully prove that in vivo conversion does not happen, which if agreed to, is sort of a cataylst...
The next catalyst, could be good, confirmation news from the FDA that, only the ABPM study needs to be redone, which would only take a couple of months and perhaps, just result in FDA approval, with a black-label warning?
Another catalyst could be that Lipocene announces a partner to market the pre term birth pill, which in theory should easily receive FDA approval.
(The FDA appears to be gyno-centric and approves just about anything to improve the life of females, just as universities and mass media and the workforce have become gyno-centric as well.)
After TLando approves FDA approval, the once per day TLando pill (I don't know what its' called) should be tested in phase I,II,III with already knowing the proper testing protocol, taking into account blood pressure and different tubes???
Maybe the Lipocine will drop the 3 per day TLando pill which is dependent on meals/calories to function and just concentrate on the 1 per day T pill, which apparently is not dependent on meals/calories?
Thanks, I hope we at least make some of our lost OVIT investment back, if not even make a good profit.
Still here and bought a few more shares on 5/25/18 and I also bought some of the Innovus products.
I invested/gambled back into OVIT on 5/25/18.
I bought more shares of POTN on 5/25/18.
Hey, what's that latest with LPCN? I know I could look it up myself, just trying to keep discussion on this board alive.
So, I guess LPCN is meeting with the FDA in a couple months, to redo the TLando study and then possibly resubmit the ANDA to the FDA at the end of Q1 19?
What's the next LPCN catalyst? Is it the pre-term birth pill? When will that be ready for the FDA to review for approval? Isn't it later this year in 2018 sometime? I think the FDA will approve the pre-term birth pill, because it help women and babies.
I think the FDA will ultimately approve TLando as well, but another company might beat TLando to the market, but I still think TLando will have FDA approval in late Q1 19.
Are there any chances LPCN will need to partner up or do a an r/s to raise money?
Thanks JT, but I still have some doubts about Innovus ever becoming profitable and part of that reason is natural skepticism...
Some of my skepticism is also due to the missed guidance and the ANDA fiasco, whether or not the ANDA fiasco is Dr.D's fault or not and who knows, maybe at some point, the ANDA will be approved...
Also, some of my skepticism is due to my experience with what happened with OVIT. I am admittedly shell-shocked by my experience with OVIT, almost like having a form of PTSD...
I've had some bad luck investing and the times when I had good luck, I usually didn't take the profit...
I've had bad luck with OVIT, ACAD, LPCN, INNV, GALE, MSTX, OXYG/MATN...
I have had some good luck with POTN, COST, APPL and BABA...
I have a 403B, but since 2015, I got into investing on my own with an ETrade account.
I don't think krill/fish oil and Prostagorx are preventative only. I think the can reverse heart, blood pressure, circulation and prostate issues at least to some degree.
I especially believe in Prostagorx, reverse and enlarged prostate, because its' ingredients have long since been know to help protect against DHT and its' harmful effects on the prostate and male pattern hairloss.
I'm not going to post any studies or get into a technical debate about Prostagorx, but I am sure it effectively treats an enlarged prostate and not just as a preventative and that there aren't any side effects as compared to Finasteride/Proscar/Propecia and Dutasteride/Avodart.
Lol, triple DDD!
I hope Innovus has enough cash on hand to at least operate through Q2 and I hope Q2 has records profits, to allow them to continue to function, without being forced into doing stupid stuff, like a secondary offer, or a premature reverse split.
If Innovus does a reverse split at the right time (after being profitable for a while) maybe they will change their name to something better or more accurate?
I don't have any business names in mind and I don't think their existing name is bad, just thinking out loud here...
What would you guys pick for a new name?
I must be a glutton for punishment, because I bought more shares of Innovus today.
I am also doing something, to further business...
I don't have allergies, but I bought Fluticare for someone in my family and gave it to them.
I do have eye strain and someone in my family has eyesight issues, so I bought the Eagle vision pills and I really do notice a positive difference, I've been using it for months.
I also bought the raspberry keytones and green tea pills for my sister to help her lose weight.
I don't need viagra, but have been buying expensive Vesele and using it, because I guess a little help doesn't hurt.
Here's a link to 2 bottle of Vessle, buy 1, get 1 50% off, free shipping, it comes out to, $54 dollars per bottle, expensive, but still the best price I've seen.

Please do something to help Innovus sales.
Good, positive post Jtaylor and I don't disagree.
However, we can't compare the high-pay that CEOs of true research, development and/or marketing biotech's receive, because...
That pay is largely based on their potential development of drugs that will earn million and billions of dollars. Just having that "intellectual property" and patented protocol is what those high salaries are based off of, even if the biotech is losing money, during the development, testing and approval stages...
Innovus is not a research or development biotech/pharmaceutical, it's really a nutraceutical with an OTC nasal spray...
I think it's going to be really difficult for Innovus to be profitable, without selling in brick and mortar stores...
If a person needs an allergy or hemorrhoid medication, they usually don't turn to the internet, the rush to the store and but it immediately...
A main exception to that is, if they know they get seasonal allergies and they smartly use the internet to stock up on a season's worth of nasal spray...
We need the original ANDA approved and to advertise on radio and TV and sell Fluticare in stores, world-wide, with the Westward deal being the secondary option...
True, I think I fixed that post.
Lol, long live Batermere, INNV and Fiji!
No Sir, as far as I remember, I bailed out of OVIT in February 2016, when I found out that they lost their lead protocol, OVI-123 before they went dormant in April 2016. I lost a lot of money. I am considering getting back into OVIT, but would like more news on a possible reverse merger/new protocols and would like to at least wait another couple of weeks, for hopefully more investment capital to be available to me.
