The short attack was to go down to .12 and cover after they saw the good results. They fudded it to go down 36% and now they covered and has climbed all the way back! RXII shorts are toast!
Good management, good science, good pipeline. What more is there to say, but this company is doing everything right. Also there was a Confidential treatment order (CTO) filed today at around 12:00 p.m est time. I looked online and here is the explanation for such an order.
Dictionary Says
Definition of 'Confidential Treatment Order - CTO'
An order that provides confidential treatment for certain documents and information, that a company would otherwise have to file. A confidential treatment order (CTO) is issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and may only be in effect for a certain period of time, rather than indefinitely.
Investopedia Says
Investopedia explains 'Confidential Treatment Order - CTO'
Companies would typically seek a CTO in order to keep information that would otherwise put it at a disadvantage, a secret. For example, a company may apply for such an order to keep information regarding a pricing arrangement made with a partner, secret, since competitors finding out this information may go after the partner with a more competitive price
Historical Short Selling Data For RXII

Once again at least 50% or half the float went short. We are being manipulated day in and day out! No biggy I look forward to the future results for RXII
Honestly I think the CTO order probably is DR. Frost buying more than his current 20% ownership of RXII.
is that when they released a Pr on June 6th? at 7:00 a.m. est time???
Good luck to all of us tomorrow, may everyone make money with positive RXII results!
Indeed, almost 3 months after a single intradermal dose of RXI-109, histological comparisons between the drug- and placebo-treated sites in the volunteers showed that RXI-109 significantly reduced the expression of CTGF in the wound area in a dose dependent manner, suggesting a potent and long lasting effect on this key biomarker for abnormal scarring. We look forward to having the unblinded results of our second Phase 1 trial, with multiple doses of RXI-109, available for our Investor and Analyst Symposium on July 12, 2013."
Guys only 1 more day or so, this Friday we will see just how good the self delivering RNAi technology is. IMO this is game changing just like the CEO mentions. We have added 2 new directors Lockshin and Dorman , they wouldn't join the board if the technology wasn't groundbreaking.
By the way we have a very good Chief Scientific Officer Pamela pavco. She has worked with oligonucleotides for 20 years! She even worked for Sirna Therapeutics before it was acquired by Merck for 1.1 billion dollars. We are in good hands here folks technology is good and management is good! Can't believe the value is still at .195 cents or so! RXII deserves a bigger value!
Did you see how long people had to wait for INO to pop??? I bought INO 2 years ago back in 2011 when it was at .42 cents per share. I saw it go up to .80 cents only to get knocked down by Marxe Austin back down to .50 etc.
The point I'm trying to make is biotech investing is all about huge patience. Reason why not many invest in biotech they want instant gratification. RXII will have its day but you have to remain patient! As long as the science continues to come out positive that's all you need to worry about!
I think the results will be good for RXII. If you remember in phase 1a single dose RXI-109 they achieved 50% scar reduction, and they showed the p value = .02, meaning dose dependent. So the multi dose results is 3 doses over 3 months period, instead of 1 dose. I predict some good results maybe 70% or higher anti scarring but we shall see this Friday!
If it was bad the Advance RNA tech 10% holder would have sold more shares. Just because they sold a few shares means nothing. They still have 39 million shares of RXII going into presentation. Otherwise if it was bad they would have unloaded their whole position months ago!
I think they were just getting rid of some shares. They weren't disposing of their whole position. They owned a total of 40 million shares and sold like .04 percent of it. They still own 39 million shares of RXII befor this event on Friday!
The short attack on this stock continues. I hope all the shorts get blown out and are forced to cover their position on Friday!

Average volume is 768,000 we are only one hour and half into trading and at 400,000 volume already. This is going to go up big!
I totally agree, I hope we get a huge run up to Friday. Also the Bid and Ask is tightening this is ready to go up!
Looks like volume might pick up this week. Hope we get a run up to results for RXII!
Adding 5,000 more shares for Monday. That will bring my total to 70,000 shares of RXII. Best of luck to all holding for July 12th. I think in multi dose results we will see better anti scarring healing.
I hope you are right! I would love to see a huge pop on Friday July 12th!
I agree! Not just that RXI is going after other unmet needs like
PVR- scar in retinal detachment rare disease
Retinoblastoma- cancer in the eye in Children
Wet AMD/DRy AMD
liver fibrosis
ALS- Lou Gherrig's disease
They are a 10% owner, not an insider. I classify insiders as CEO, director, Chief medical officer. Also they aren't selling much!
Plus it was only on one day June 26th. They haven't sold anything since then! July 12th is approaching and we will be golden! On off note stocktwits stream got shut down so we should see more activity here now!
Yah it's a 10% owner they still own millions of shares. No biggie! Results are coming up July 12th anyways! They could be selling some to move over to something else. I wouldn't look much into it!
Analyst and Investor Symposium goes from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m so about 3 hours long!
1. They will update phase 1b multidose RXI-109
2. Talk about RXI-109 phase 2 trial design
3. update on the eye diseases like PVR, macular degeneration, etc.
RXI is going to present the following Friday July 12th for their own Analyst and investor Symposium. YOu can imagine all the big shot analysts will be there Roth, JPmorgan, etc. They will post multi dose results of RXI-109 which should be way better than single dose. Since we saw the slide that showed the results to be dose dependent.
They will also talk about the phase 2 trial design, and other early applications like Wet AMD, Dry AMD, PVR, Retinoblastoma, ALS (lou Gherrigs disease), and liver fibrosis. here is the press release:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/rxi-pharmaceuticals-announces-investor-analyst-110200206.html
I would have to say this is my favorite line of the news release: " In addition the company will also give an update on its other earlier stage programs, with special emphasis on the ophthalmologic applications of its game changing self delivering RNAi platform."
Notice how the press release states game changing self delivering RNAi. This is a huge breakthrough for RNAi, other companies have to use nanoparticles, encapsulation, lipids etc. RNAi from RXII is self delivering. No delivery vehicle required!
Time is coming people! We are now only 7 trading days away from the results! Soon we will see the efficacy of the multi dose results and the phase 2 trial design of RXI-109. Also they will update the other earlier stage programs too!
I think RXII will get picked up for a partnership and I think it will have to do with either Wet AMD or Dry AMD.(macular degeneration).
1. For starters Macular degeneration is a $2 to $3 billion dollar market. Easy to find a partner when they see big money in it.
2. Second the technology works after seeing phase 1a single dose. I'm sure phase 1b multi dose results will be even better.
I hope so too! I mean with that many short sellers who knows what will happen. Either way though I'm not gonna sell I'm gonna stay long on this stock for many years. I say 2 to 3 years we should be trading up there with ALNY and ISIS!
yes I have some shares in Inovio too as well because of the technology. I have done research on a lot of biotech stocks and RXII and INO are longer term holds but if you are patient enough they will both be worth it.
INO uses computer code and water only for their technology, and RXII is a game changer imo they use a dsRNA strand that is shorter in length but can be sent through the body with no delivery vehicles, thus the game changing self delivery vehicle. If you look at other RNAi companies they are forced to use lipids, encapsulation and other technologies as a delivery method for their RNAi strand.
I agree if there is huge short covering on amazing multi dose results we should see some movement upwards. Either way while RXII still trades this low I will continue to add to my position regularly.
Between fellow RXII investors I have found the problem on why we have been stagnant for the last month or so.
http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=rxii&action=view
Look at each day volume, more than half the volume each day went short! I'm willing to bet that's the reason we didn't move at all upwards.
Also look on June 6th when they announced the results for single dose RXI-109 2.5 mil volume that day and 1.3 mil volume went short.
I think so it has been great that it has been holding .20 for so long and has not dropped below .19
I think the results of phase 1b should move the stock. How much remains to be seen, but we have a long term winner here anyways!
I agree bid is looking better, and soon we will be able to get out of this stuck zone!
I dumped all my BMSN shares too yesterday not because of any info just skeptical. BMSN is a biotech stock that trades on the pink sheets. I have never heard of a biotech stock that trades on the pink sheets get FDA approval to begin a trial. ACTC and others are OTC BB so those don't count. This company is on the pink sheets which is worse on disclosures. Skepticism is what made me sell truthfully!
Due diligence people learn to use it and keep on top of it. Look at this post from investorhub back in 2006 on Tasco Holdings inc.
BIO-MATRIX SCIENTIFIC GROUP, INC. - A Stem Cell Company (A Subsidiary of Tasco Holdings International, Inc. - OTCBB: THII) Princeton Research July 14, 2006 Volume I, Issue 2 Current Price: $2.80 Target Price: $7.70 • As of June 14, 2006, all members of the Tasco Holdings International board resigned and elected Dr. David R. SPECIALIZING In STEM CELL BANKING And DISPOSABLE INSTRUMENTATION SOLUTIONS For STEM CELL THERAPIES Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. This CEO has been name changing companies over the years to keep the salary going! I just can't trust this company or CEO enough to continue investing here. Good luck and look it up yourself on Google guys. Make sure you know what you are investing in! Good luck!
Not really just decided to put the money into RXII before July 12th. That company moved up to the OTCQX which only has 33 U.S. listed companies. Only top tier OTC stocks go to that exchange.
I checked out a little history and I don't like how the CEO has been in many companies over the years.
Dr. David R. Koos is Chairman, President, CEO, CFO & Secretary at Entest BioMedical, Inc. and Chairman, President, CEO & Secretary at Bio-Matrix Scientific Group, Inc.
Dr. Koos was previously employed as President, CEO, CFO, Secretary & CAO by JB Clothing Corp., President & Chief Executive Officer by Tasco Holdings International, Inc., Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, CFO & Secretary by Frezer, Inc., Chairman, CEO & Acting Chief Financial Officer by BMXP Holdings, Inc., Chairman, Chief Financial Officer & Secretary by Cell Bio-Systems, Inc., President & Managing Director by Cell Source Research, Inc., President & Managing Director by Venture Bridge, Inc., Chairman & Chief Executive Officer by BEFUT International Co. Ltd., and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer by Freedom Environmental Services, Inc.
He received his graduate degree from the University of California, Riverside and a doctorate degree from Atlantic University.
If you look up a lot of those companies not many exist anymore! I just didn't want to risk my money here, but good luck to those that do I Hope you make money here! I'm not risking it!
Good thing I sold all my shares at .0033 yesterday otherwise I would be at huge losses in BMSN!
I'm buying more tomorrow, RXII is a long term winner for sure!
What broker do you use? TD ameritrade? They put a lot of trading restrictions on stocks
I liked what you wrote but I will have to disagree with needing more than 10. You might ask why??? Simply because this is only a phase 1 trial!
The majority of biotechs start off phase 1 with a small sample size 10 to 20 just to test the efficacy and safety slightly. Once it gets to phase 2 then they enroll 100 to 150 and then in phase 3 normally there is 300 or more patients enrolled. It's always been like this. It is not uncommon for phase 1 to only have 10 patients as a sample size!
Sorry Zoriden my post was in response to Armani!
