This is as good as gold. Additional safety studies are needed to "clear the way." Sounds like the FDA might want this as bad as we do...
All I could find was speculation on better earnings estimates: http://www.zacks.com/stock/news/145708/increased-earnings-estimates-seen-for-xoma-corp-xoma-can-it-move-higher
Seems like something must be brewing with sessions like todays.
You just never know...Hanging in there 'cause this is a done deal. Just a matter of time. Would sure like to pick up additional shares at these prices!
Words of wisdom, Goat. Some are just impatient, that's all. It's a matter of time now....
I'm loving this!
Yes, you may be right about a future RS, but you know...That is not always a bad thing...
We longs are very fortunate to be ahead of the curve when it comes to recognizing the value of this company and its therapies.
Sure, everything's a gamble, but this is one bet that is very, very smart.
By characterization, I hardly consider two women seated at a table to be "guys hovering" near the door. It's apparent that you weren't there to make a direct observation. So my question is where do you get your information?
By the way, everyone knows that there are no government issued credentials required to be a scrutineer.
Here’s a link to Nathan's Company Meetings Including Rules of Order in which one can find rules concerning the appointment and duties of the scrutineer: http://books.google.com/books?id=pSNlPt7d4FUC&pg=PA307&lpg=PA307&dq=scrutineer+shareholders+meeting&source=bl&ots=byirCDw0jo&sig=z4rEJIc6wt1R7ynHcuOBdTzO9AQ&hl=en&sa=X&ei=8owMVOfxIuLNiwKnn4GwCQ&ved=0CFEQ6AEwCA#v=onepage&q=scrutineer%20shareholders%20meeting&f=false
I know that the late Larry Regis acted as chairman at the 2012 Shareholders meeting and probably was responsible for appointment of the scrutineers. We can probably all agree that Mr. Regis, by virtue of his civic background and anecdotal evidence, was a “straight shooter.” He was also well acquainted with Nathans Rules of Order.
From my direct observation, I personally am confident that the scrutineers at the meeting were neither idiots or incompetent or biased. My brokerage statements were well examined, not with a “fine tooth comb,” but examined nonetheless, and a question asked concerning ownership of the stock (all financial accounts are in my wife’s name), and once a share count was verified, I was allowed admittance into the Shareholders meeting on Sunday.
In short, the examination of my brokerage statements was not exhaustive, but it was not slipshod. In performing their duties, and considering the available amount of time and number of attendees, these two women did a creditable job in my opinion.
By the way, why do you characterize the scrutineers at this meeting as "un-credentialed guys hovering at the door of a conference room at a Vegas hotel glancing at brokerage statements or stock certificates?"
This characterization is inaccurate to say the least.
Very, very interesting....That's a nice little tidbit of info...
Yes, thank you, David R. Koos. I too am a patient and grateful shareholder.
The excitement is mounting!
Sooner than many may think....
From your provided link to the University of Miami article: "“With interim toxicology data now in hand, and with multiple data sets forthcoming in the third and fourth quarter for the MANF ophthalmology program focused initially on Retinitis pigmentosa, we believe now is the ideal time to exercise our option and move forward under the auspices of a full license agreement,' said Gerald E. Commissiong, president and CEO of Amarantus."
The mining plan for further expansion of the entire NUOCO mining project will be "will be instituted immediately."
That's follow through.
There's no doubt that drills will be turning by the end of the month.
There's a lot to look forward to in September. These are exciting times for Medinah shareholders.
Someone's loading. News around the corner?
Have owned ADXS for several years. This week could be worth watching.
Hope your call is a good one!
You just might have something there...
About the Letts' buying of MDMN stock on the open market: I don't think they're worried about a few pennies either way. Buying common shares is by far the cheapest way to get equity in this group of claims and I believe that when the buying starts, you'll probably see this group paying up to 0.50/pps without batting an eye.
Regarding your question on posting, yes, occasionally. I posted on the old forum under another alias. I prefer I-Hub because the TOS and posting rules are, in my opinion, more straightforward and less subject to the whims of individual mods.
It's just a waiting game. It's that simple.
Now that's a good question!
I'd say it's a toss up between LDM news and early rigs on the mountain. True that, they want to get busy sooner than later....
Yeh, I'm thinking the Letts' know what's in the LDM and are just waiting for the geologic report to become public knowledge before letting loose the buy hounds. Wouldn't want impropriety.
Yep, hold on tight to those shares. When it happens, chasers will be caught with their pants down.
A great way to begin a press release. Recall that this is AUYRN talking here, MDMN is only passing along the statement that "Initiation of Exploration/Drilling at the Altos de Lipangue Property, Chile-August 15, 2014" HAS BEGUN!
The language used is confident when describing the Gordon Breccia and the "great opportunity for it to reveal its riches."
Descriptions of the exploration program are included that are abbreviated yet meaningful, packing a punch for all in the general audience to understand.
We are informed that another 6,000 meters of drilling will occur. That will double the amount of drilling done to date on the breccia.
They mention a planned 800 meter drill hole. That's double the existing deepest hole of 400 meters.
The only sign of possible future disappointment is the possibility that the Gordon Breccia might be more extensive and gold-laden than thought. Limited drill resources would have to be used to further prove the deposit by extending the spacing Eastward.
To forgo the drilling of new prospects (presumably eastward) of the Gordon site during the initial 3 million dollar push would be both sweet and disappointing for different reasons.
The chance for prefeasibility and additional development of more than one site with this campaign might diminish if this initial target proves bigger than thought.
The excitement mounts even further with talk that the geologic report due on the LDM might be close.
The excitement is mounting.....
Interesting speculation...
The research will bear fruit in due time. The promise of MANF and its possible applications are such that every savvy bio-tech investor should take a position in this stock. In fact, it appears that a large number of small to medium sized buys are occuring this afternoon.
It's a keeper!
Darn straight! This treatment will be legend someday....
You won't find prices like this again....
Git 'em while they're cheap!
A fortune can still be made on this stock!
Looks like your end of day movement may be a good one!
The news is spreading like wildfire! We'll probably be seeing a television news segment on this soon...
This certainly leaves no doubt. Thank you Bubba!
It's gonna be an awesome ride for those wise investors who held tight and stayed all in. The chasing starts tomorrow!
What's the buzz? Tell me what's a happenin'....
Good to note....I'm holding.
Could it be breaking out today? Good gains for me since adding at $1.25 a short while back.
An example of why an early detection kit for AD is so keenly needed. AMBS will fill the bill!
A lot of potential buyers will be checking in to see if this is the real deal. Let's show them how real this is!
The proof of the pudding is in the uh..nugget..er..nevermind..
Go MDMN!
