You should do a little research about CIVX's CEO Jerry Janik's past. He hasn't exactly been a poster boy for viable companies. His last exploit was DCUT.pk which never did much but dilute. Before that he diluted a company in Toronto by the name Nexus to death.

Based on Stockpromoters information , AGHC doesn't have any stock promoters involved at this time. Since these lowly pennies don't move without promotion , it would seem that we won't be moving in price for a while. CHNW moved two days after a number of promoter sites were hired on.

I have a subscription to StockPromoters.com and at this time SMMW has no paid promoters involved with the company. In the past SMMW always hired a promoter during the pump and dump periods. So it would seem that SMMW doesn't have plans for anything at this time. As an example , CHNW took on 3 promoters a few days before their run to $ .002.

I found a post on Raging Bull were the poster said that the CEO of SMMW paid six times the price that a typical Pinksheet shell sells for. That doesn't sound too good . Certainly doesn't say much for the CEO's knowledge for doing business.

Well today has been good for me since I was able to sell my CHNW for a 600 % profit. Sure helps the school funds. But now I'm in search of a few more four decimal pinks to take a gamble on. I've come to the conclusion that it's better to spread youe capital out among a large group of stocks and hope for a pleasant surprise every so often.

Being from Canada I'm aware of that tax investment vehicle. But even juniors on CDN exchanges have a difficult time interesting potential investors in that form of financing. So it must be very difficult for a Pinksheet company to obtain. I don't understand why they don't do an private placement instead which usually allows them better terms.

Does anyone know how much working capital GLXI has at this time ? To acquire additional claims plus do a serious work program usually takes close to a 1/2 to 3/4 of a million dollars. If they don't already have the funds then they would most likely have to do some form of financing.
