Since first representing Gendarme, Armento has also issued at least 35 similar opinion letters for purchasers other than Gendarme for other unregistered purchases of stock offered under purported Rule 504 exemptions.
Yes, very interesting. 2.1 billion sold at .0001 for 210k. b/w sep 2008 and jan 2009. How 'bout pre Sep 2008 before the REGDEX was filed? Exactly how were those shares registered? The previous REGDEX also states accredited investors only. The regulations are clear. There can be no solicitation. I believe that's when shareholders were told to shut up as we own a $3.50 stock for pennies. Are there more than 2.1 billion in the O/S? Looks like RCC's articles were ammended on 11/7/2007 and the AS was raised to 2.5 billion. Ammended again on 10/6/2008 raising the AS to 5 billion. How else did shares hit the market?
A wonderful story to follow.
I've come across the burger king hat on other sites. It takes my breath away.
It's stated that only 2.1 billion were sold by Gendarme. Are there more than 2.1 billion held here by shareholders? Is there another crime yet to be uncovered? Inquiring minds want to know..
(The complaint does not accuse the companies of any wrongdoing.)
Magellan and Brownstone both list Canadian addresses, and one of the other stocks has a lesser Canadian connection. In 2009, RCC Holdings claimed that it had appointed William Hess, the former president of the Canadian Venture Exchange, as a director. (The company initially said he was president of the Toronto Stock Exchange, which it later corrected.) As it turned out, Mr. Hess did not ever become a director of the company, as his appointment was contingent on the company completing an acquisition that it never finalized.

froggy, do you care to recant your claim of indifference by the regulating authorities?
Any idea who the burger king hat thought he was talking to through his email's and phone? Did he think we were all officers of Gendarme?
Looking forward to Gendarme rolling over.

That's a true statement, bag. I might add that NOBODY can re-create Genespeak. Those that try become readily confused and immediately throw in the towel. lol
Congratulations to our new IWS board for obtaining an extension permit from the North Carolina Department of Natural Resources for the Pinehurst Wastewater Treatment Plant and Reclaimed Water Utilization System. This signals forward movement for IWS in 2011. The Pinehurst and new 2011 projects create much enthusiasm for RCC Holdings Corp and their sole subsidiaries

I do not believe a conventional board would suffice in this situation. Only a "mystery" board would be able to get to the bottom of it all. If they were named they would be hassled and play into the basher agenda.
Welcome to the Official International Water Solutions website.

So what's the situation here? RCCH has severed its' relationship with Evolutech. Smith incorporated both IWS and Evolutech in Florida. RCCH now has an "offical" IWS site. RCCH claims IWS technology was taken? FDR site doesn't mention RCC? Looks like there is a new player involved.
I hope our new board can straighten it all out.
It was stated that the company was attacked by short sellers.
“We intend to assist small public companies to seek retaliation against unlawful short selling. In exchange for financing their investigation and litigation against unlawful short sellers and those who aid and abet them, we will receive an assignment of their claims and pay the client company 20% of any recovery," said Gene Newton. Mr. Newton is the President of an OTC company attacked by short sellers.

I didn't realize the Chinese subsidiaries had been de-activated. The company states they'll re-activate if possible. Man, I hope it's possible. I can't believe IWS technology was taken. Did they also take the phone number?
Wyatt, I've been looking to the east. I get the sun in my eyes in the morining. I think I see France once in a while. What's going on?
I cannot believe somebody would spend $130 on a two year "go daddy" contract, claim they are in business to "set up a website" for you, and that garbage is what they publish on their crap site. amazing...
I have to say...all these grammatical errors are way too familiar.

RCC Holdings' transition team is very pleased on how smooth the transition to the International Exchange has been proceeding and would like to thank the Exchange and the attorneys involved for all of their help and support.
"RCC Holdings' new board is moving very quickly through the transition to the International Exchange."
"RCC Holdings board has made major gains in completing the transition to the International Exchange."
Further information and estimated cutover dates to the new exchange will be provided no later than third quarter, 2008 after documentation is completed. The Board has directed that the transfer occur as soon as possible.
That wouldn't make much sense at all. You could purchase a public shell for less than 100k...get yourself a $10/month website and a $100/month virtual office in Timbuktu. Don't worry about actually conducting business...there are plenty of buyers for your stock.
http://www.mergernetwork.com/index/public-shell-companies-for-sale/
They were posted. Are they not considered verifiable?
I will ask this...how the hell can anybody claim that their business has been attacked and hurt financially...when that so called business has never conducted any business?
How reassuring. What about the emails from Smith claiming differently?
When's the final permit coming in? LMFAO
By the way, I have all these answers...and so do you...
not many posts today... Is this little stock with so much attention...no longer garnering that attention? Does that affect the line of thinking that claims the attention is a positive?
Has anybody figured out if Inernational Water Solutions Corp.(Colorado) has anything to do with Internatinal Water Solutions Inc.(Florida) and if they have anything to do with International Wastewater Systems Inc. as stated on the RCC website?
Why did the Burger King Hat get yanked off of the Florida filing? Why did Smith remove Newton from the SOS filing in FL? Did it have anything to do with the Daryl Turner filing in Osceola County FL, against The Burger King Hat. 327K worth...
Does the "office in Hong Kong send it's correspondence to the PO box in Claremont?
Why did the Burger King Hat move out Nevada and then California and incorporate in Colorado?
Why did the Burger King Hat move the prinicipal place of business, out of the US. Montreal, Hong Kong.
Has anybody added up the judgements against...YES RCC (the worthless stock we own) and the Burger King Hat (personally)?
What computer program is being touted? The SCADA system which is a non-proprietary software program of on-off switches?
