I would have expected some news by now, wonder whats holding them up, prob those damn lawyers.
We should start getting some good volume early next week IMHO.
I think we'll see some nice gains in the coming week leading up to the live demonstration of their H2 Reactor. Which is a device that converts water to hydrogen and has been fitted to a car.
Just imagine this, "I'm low on fuel, better get the water hose out!"
He did mention the LA (Couret Place) deal. He said (loosely summarized) that they have deceided due to the economic climate, high expenses involved and after negotiations that they are no longer pursuing that deal, but that they were not taking it completely off the table if something came up in the future.

This is from my (bad) memory and in my own words a summary of what he said about it.

subject Re: CC # and transcript?
It is not a toll free number and it is being recorded and it hopefully be up on our website soon
--------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks Tim.
Did anyone find out if the CC # is free or long distance? and if they are going to put out a transcript of the call?
Wouldn't they be required to release any new developments in a PR before they could talk about it in the CC?
The unrestricted common share count has increased by 23 million from what is posted on the front page here. But the restricted common stock has decreased by 25 million.
I'm not disputing the fact that the company has been diluting I'm just saying that it has not been in the very recent past.
Where do you get the dilution from? Everything is the same as the last report except for the common restricted stock has gone down.
Nice one bleen, I didn't realize we were in kindergarden. But since we are, my dad can beat up your dad bleen. So don't be calling me names or I'll tell the teacher and you'll have to miss recess.
Seriously, if you don't have something to say about the stock just keep your mouth shut.
I sent him an email Friday and today, no word yet.
I'll believe that when alicedisforme tells us that personally.
Why don't you let him speak for himself.
Someone should call the TA and find out the latest share counts.
"A Current Report on Form 8-K containing details of this transaction will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before February 13, 2007."
An excerpt from the PR out after hours Friday 2/9/07.
Does this mean we should be expecting an 8-K today or is this talking about the one filed on Friday morning?
It doesn't indicate restricted, but the math does. It says they own 4,119,876 shares of common stock equal to 9.99%
4,119,876/.0999 = 41,240,000 shares of common stock.
The front page here says:
Common O/S
Outstanding - 222,780,998
Restricted - 43,045,593
Authorized - 500,000,000
So it looks to me like the common restricted stock was reduced to 41,240,000.
It's either that or the total common stock is now only 41,240,000 shares and I don't think thats very likely. I wish that was the case but I don't think so.
Either way your off the wall statement that there are now 1/2 a billion shares is completely wrong and without basis.
Really? Is that what I should do? Thanks!
Once we push through this wall at .0055, we'll move on up, IMO
They suprised a lot of people with that release this morning. Once the word gets out we will go up, IMO
Up this morning, .014
I believe that RS talk is just to clarify what would happen to the shares given to WHE owners in the case of a RS. It does not IMO imply that a RS will take place.
Oh yeah defn good news. And I like the wording they used: "consummated" the acquisition
I don't think the symbol change has been announced yet.
Yes I read it.
"Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation, consummated its acquisition of all of the outstanding equity of World Health Energy, Inc., "
8-K filed for acquisition of WHE

another strong day closing at .013
strong close today, up to .0115
Yeah, it has looked pretty strong to me the last few days. I think people are just holding and waiting for the next big piece of news. IMO
Finally, got filled, I'm good to go now too. Let's hear that good news.
Very hard to get filled this morning, I had my order at the ask since 9:30 and nothing yet.
up around 20% today on no news, maybe some news coming soon!
Ok, pretty good job today guys. Another 10-15 days of silence and we'll be back on track.
Everyone....shhhhhhhhhhh....don't ruin it now
So you're saying that the ticker I've been watching has nothing to do with the worth of the company, it's just a random number generator.
Now this stock price makes sense!!!
Seriously people you have to stop talking if this silence makes the price go up theory is going to work.
Yeah listen to the bigfoot, you see what happens all this talking and we're back to where we started the day, shhhhhhhhh
lol
I don't think we're getting enough cooperation, lol.
but we are green today so far, and thats always good.
Still a lot of good things to come from this company. Mining is expected to start in mid March, only 6 weeks from now.
9,000,000 tons of coal that are proven resources, and possiblly up to 4 million more tons of coal!
A ton of low sulfur coal sells for approximately $45 per ton. If you do the math, thats $400M in proven revenues from this coal and potentially $180M more in revenues!!!
-----------------------------------
All IMO.
"Gwenco currently leases over 600 acres of coal mines that have approximately 12,999,000 tons of coal; 9,000,000 of which are proven reserves.
Eugene Chiaramonte, Jr., President of Quest, stated, "While coal prices have recently declined, the coal at the Pond Creek mine has inherently lower sulfur, making it a more valuable commodity due to its blending capabilities.""
