MLON: +10.71%.
I'm surprised somebody isn't calling somebody else "Marioy" yet. Amazing, Absolutely amazing.
I like your signature site. I just marked it for further reading.
Ol,Griz is only about 1 1/2 but his paws are like bear paws. He's just as nice as can be. He's "grampa's little Griz".
Looks like my daughters chocolate. "Grizzly Bear". He just loves their lop eared bunny.
Here is an interesting little tidbit from another board for the pleasure of those who wish to read it here. Enjoy!
What the latest PR could mean?
There are a number of things that this latest move by CMKX can mean and I will try and give some thought to this although I am sure the possibilities and the probabilities can go quite far beyond what I mention here. These are just my opinions and thoughts so please take that into consideration when reading. Thanks.
1. One of the first things it speaks to me is that the company wants to invest in itself. To me very good.
2. We have some excess cash around to invest with, even if it is not all of the buyback money needed. We are needing drill rigs, lab testing money, investment money for Ecuador and Saskatchewan and still have money to buyback 75 billion shares at bargain prices. Most Excellent to me as showing that there must be monies available for these others as well, as they would definitely have priority over a buyback unless the company knew that a rise in the PPs was imminent.
3. The company/Urban knows the stock price is depressed and way undervalued and made the deal. Urban and Ed Dhonau have relationship not just in the business kind of way and this goes a long way, especially if your companies have short term and long term relationship goals as well. I am sure this kind of a turn around was in mind in the conception of the deal for the Nevada Minerals 500,000 acres of mineral rights. Positioning and getting the most mileage out of your moves. CMKX is grossly undervalued and they knew this going in regardless of what the market shows and the intent was that the value would be returned in tact. Just as it has been. JMHO.
4. Ed Dhonau is friend and investor in/with CMKX/Urban and helping every way he can
5. If the company is willing to buy back shares then that tells me they are looking for a better return through the buyback than they are of having the cash on hand.
6. If they/CMKX were only cash hungry, you don’t buy shares back you sell more into the market
7. Remember the goal for the company is to maximize the return for the shareholders/us/themselves so this move definitely does increase shareholder value especially if they retire the shares and not just put them into the treasury.
8. A buyback is always an acceptable use of the company’s resources if capital is available and the securities are available at the right price.
9. This does make financial ratios look better if you are buying back to prepare for filing. This can be good to shore up things a little such as your return on assets increases, at least for that quarter, your ROA. Since the number of outstanding shares decreases then the outstanding equity decreases which increases the return on equity or ROE. This is mainly beneficial if the shares are retired and not recycled into the treasury.
10. When you take on hand cash (an asset) and pour that into your own shares to buy them back then you are improving your O/S which is good and also showing your investors that the management teams confidence in what they are doing is backed up by action. A very good sign that dilution has not and is not going on by the company.
11. This increases the earnings multiples for all of us as well as also any future stock distributions could be affected in a positive way to us if the actual buyback shares are retired and not treasured. Too, the ratios to investors are increased on cash dividends either way unless the buyback shares are reissued.
12. This is also a good way to make the stock look better if your earnings have not been significant at all, then you can take the extra cash to do the buyback and make the P/E ratio look much better by reducing the O/S. This is especially effective if the earnings have been low.
13. I don’t see this as any move to try and hide the exercise of options that may have created shareholder dilution of the past as the only purpose of that would be to try and hold your PPS and not decrease in the market place. Seeing we are sitting at .0001, I would think we will have to look beyond the fear of a dropping PPS to find a possible negative for the buyback.
14. Sometimes buying back stock is not for the purpose of retiring the shares and reducing the number of outstanding shares, but at times can mean the company is in dire straits and holds the shares to defend against takeover attempys by unfriendlies.
15. Sometimes they buy them back and use them to make deals with companies that are wanting a piece of the action (Company shares) or too can be used for buying other companies outright.
Whatever the case is for CMKX and this particular move by Urban and Nevada Minerals I have no doubt that it is in the best intrest of the shareholder/us and the company. We can of course only speculate and this is what I have done. I still think Nevada Minerals is a sleeper company that is very quickly becoming almost a shell company and could be looked at as a possible merger candidate for CIM or CMKX. I am not sure what the benefit would be at this time as they are still private, but they have a lot of USCA/UCAD shares (probably over 22 million post split), a lot of GEMM, and CIM shares and very little to no overhead or debt. Sounds good to me.
Other than the normal I believe we are very close but, wait for the PR to explain all of what is going on, I would like to wish everyone a very joyful and safe Holiday Season.
Seasons Greetings,
Dr.D

Oh yeah jim, Some clown calls himself "whackysmacky" is dead on alright. Yup, Uh huh. You need to get yourself a new circle of friends. That coyote pack with the lead pooch is getting to you Ol'Buddy.
That car must have had a lot of dirt on it after 40 years. How did you wash it? Let it fall off the ferry?
Correction, 21.74% at close. Don't ya just love it??? After a whole day of short pumping there is still a nice profit at the end. Two PRs back to back?? That caused the short pumpers to hiccup a couple of times LOL & LOL & LOLoloisssiidiotmooo........
MLON: Up 27.4%!!! Don't that just frost the short pumpers finger tips? Bwaaa---------- well, Y'all know the drill. (:>})))
I don't think it's that big of a deel. Ifn ya dont wanna heer it shut the speekers off. Meercy, Y'all short pumpers jus make me cringe when y'all start acting biggety.
OT:You very obviously have not had the occasion to find out that the criminal element in your country does still have .357 as well as other weapons to cause harm to your women and children Sap. I hope for your sake you never do. In my country we have constitutional rights to protect ourselves. As a member of the NRA I choose to fight to protect my rights.
OT: One hour to game time in the Green Bay ice bowl on the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field. Temp at this time is +10* with wind chill of 0*. I will be watching in the comfort of my warmest robe and sheepskin slippers with Winnie at my feet (large German Shepherd white in color). Life is great. CMKX is back on line and the pack is leading in division. Now if we could just get rid of those darn short pumpers this would be a very contented afternoon. As Nemo would say, "HHAAAAAAAAA"
So, Whats your point kid?
I no longer call it bashing, I call it, "Pumping and touting in favor of the short position". That has a much more likely flavor to it. CYA.
There sure is a lot of different sites covering this CMKX story. Nice rocket on that BC Host site. The next stop for this bus is the 23rd if a certain theory is right.

Who knows for sure, We will see what we will see.
Gumpy, You don't like America? Is not Canada situated in North America? Are you not spending time on a message board operated out of Tallahassee Florida? Do you not live within 100 miles of our border? I wonder how often you have crossed our border to partake of our hospitality? Hows the crime rate in Canada now that your government has taken away your right to protect yourself with a .357 mag. I stood up for my country in uniform, Did you do the same for yours?
Thanks gumpy. At least you got him or her off of the short pump and into reality.
Just found another little tidbit of info for the pleasure of this board.

Scientists Seek to Forge Diamond Computer Chip
Sat Dec 18,10:54 AM ET Technology - Reuters
By Adam Tanner
LIVERMORE, Calif. (Reuters) - Only a few are singing about them yet, but it could turn out that diamonds are a computer's best friend.
Damon Jackson is one researcher who sees the sparkling gems as a way to overcome the limitations of the silicon chips that serve as the brains of computers and the machines they run.
"It's not a pie-in-the-sky idea," said Jackson, who works in the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory east of San Francisco. "I would not be surprised at all, as more people start to look into this, if five or 10 years down the line that diamond would be a common material in a computer."
He showed off a microscope focused on a $1,500 natural diamond topped with a spiral of electronic circuits. On a second diamond, eight circuits pointed upward to the summit.
Electronics and the most treasured of jewels may appear an unlikely marriage, but for the shortcomings of today's chips and new advances in creating diamonds.
A conventional computer chip is a slab of silicon topped with millions of transistors -- tiny switches that provide the computing power as electricity passes through them.
That blitz of electricity produces heat, a scourge of chip designers that may halt progress in making faster silicon semiconductors after a decade or so.
DIAMOND SUPREMACY?
Enter the diamond, which already has a major presence in manufacturing because of its strength and extremely high melting point.
"You can operate a diamond-based transistor at higher temperatures than you could a silicon-based transistor," said John Venables, an advisor at the Pentagon (news - web sites)'s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
Venables was already predicting diamond computer chips in 1990, when he headed a National Academy of Sciences (news - web sites) study. Skeptics say the failure of such expectations to materialize points to the significant obstacles in making diamond chips.
"It's not on the mainstream radar screen," said Pushkar Apte, vice president of technology programs at the Semiconductor Industry Association in San Jose, California.
Even now, Venables does not expect home computers to carry stickers saying "diamond inside" any time soon. Instead, he sees diamond chips in specialized devices like satellites, which have difficulty disposing of heat in space.
The price of such chips remains potentially daunting, but scientists hope new techniques in man-made diamonds will lower costs. "The initial cost is huge," Jackson said at Livermore. "Once it works, your cost per unit drops."
Jackson starts his work with a natural one-third carat diamond. Once he has put the circuits on it, he sends it to the University of Birmingham in Alabama, where Professor Yogesh Vohra patented a process to grow diamonds by essentially cooking methane and hydrogen gases in a very hot microwave oven.
Vohra seals the Livermore jewel with a man-made diamond layer. He foresees the eventual development of an entirely man-made diamond chip with the circuitry also made of diamonds.
"What we have done with Livermore is show that we could embed the electrical circuits on a high-quality diamond," he said, adding that engineering challenges make a full diamond chip unlikely before five or 10 years.
Serious work on manufactured diamonds dates back half a century, but scientists have seen growing success in recent years. Several private companies are already marketing the man-made gems.
Scientists are also working on using other materials -- including other carbon-based compounds -- to allow for continued fulfillment of Moore's Law, which predicts that computing power will double roughly every two years.
With current technology, "we are rapidly approaching the time when the laws of physics will limit our implementation of Moore's Law," Semiconductor Industry Association President George Scalise said recently. "We are now in a worldwide race to develop new technologies that will enable progress in semiconductor devices to continue at the pace we have seen for nearly 40 years."
Diamonds have long symbolized ennobling visions; 19th-century poet Thomas Holley Chivers called the stone "the crystalline Revelator of the achromatic white light of Heaven." Will diamonds one day prove the revelator of ultimate computing?
So far, the Livermore work shows they can contain sensors for measuring extreme heat or pressure, but it has yet to prove they work as computer chips. Scientists say plenty of research and development lie ahead on perfecting the little wires in the exalted realm of the diamond.

That's it, I'm outta here. Enough of this food for janice honey wagon material for one nite. Watch the wires folks, They might be hot.
That must be where my place of business is.
"FRANK'S MORGUE, YOU STAB EM, WE SLAB EM"
Would that be called , "Fillet de shell CAW CAW"?
Now thats a (poe) message. Cool.
Thanks dusty. That is a nice read.
Why do you say that. Does it taste like CAW CAW too?
Yup, They sure are riley. Thay have taken over the MLON board and she is back to her old game on SI. The only place I don't see much of her is on RB. But then RB does not protect her any more. Sad, Very sad here.
The Ravens play sports.
Edit: She might just as well go to this site and belly up to the bar and tuck her bib into her bra. It probably tastes like CAW CAW.

She's gonna find out soon enough.
Heh heh!
just laffin!! Are you into some wacky tonight? Too funny.
Heres a link to the dude that started the BS about an R/S. It turned out to be just that. BS. Now quit with the dadgum short pumping about a R/S. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/profile.asp?User=2763
I hear ya on that. I don't mind eating alone now and then, Heck, I do it every day as it is. Our hours are different. OMG, I just looked down at my weather bug and it says. 8*. There goes the ol gas bill.
It looks like the originator of that message was in the know. Time will tell if the rest of it comes to life.
LOL, I had forgotten you had this little lunch counter Sub. It's a marked joint now.
MMMMmmmmm, Good. Salmon fresh or smoked is always welcome on my plate. Grammy doesn't like it smoked so I have to do away with it by myself. Aint that a shame(O)(O)
Mercy ol'buddy, You are virtually full of it tonight huh?
That's OK Buckey, You can think anything you want. What the heck, Everybody has daydreams.
LOL, It is a bit premature to count the chickens but the fact that they at least broke the silence makes it a bit easier to to bash the short pumpers. I personally have felt that this company would move on and I know from real experience that exploration doesn't become a full fledged hole in the ground overnight. I think I have already posted my affiliation with Kennecott here.
