FYI, I talked to the CPA on Friday. They did the audit for this past year and aren't due to do another one until this year is over. They could not disclose any other information. They aren't in any "loop", they just keep the audits up to date.
Kip bought this shell long after that. Old news.
LOL I wish I had that effect. I shouldn't complain though I've had a pretty good year except for a couple of down stocks.
This is sure puzzling. I'm glad I got out when I did but wish I'd gotten back in at the .001 level. Now I don't know if this is a good deal or not. Either something big is going to happen or someone had a lot of money to throw around.
IMO the CEO has a great ability to put deals and projects together but has problems with the mundane details of everyday business. He needs a good VP who can take care of the details so he can focus on his strengths---bringing people and projects together that make lots of money. This one really hasn't even started up yet out of bankruptcy. It will have it's day again.
Nice call.
The volatility in the market place the past two months has taken this stock for a little ride but it's starting to go up again. I also found out that the China/Singapore plants won't be ready until March-May next year instead of Next month as planned.
I hope you don't think posting on a blog means notification. If you are truly representing Mike Wright then you need to contact the management of Investorshub not a thread on a website.
Got Rig on my list. Nice news on METP today.
Nice call on INPT.
I see why. How close to bottom were you when you bought?
It's been sliding for over a year, 8 months since the last PR and they are very hard to get a hold of. It took me over a month of phone calls to get a response and honestly there is nothing new to report. I still believe that someone with Norris's background will pull it off but I can't blame people for giving up.
If the entity type is Domestic Corporation and the entity status is now inactive are you thinking that a foreign company has bought the shell?
Shell is for sell for $175,000. Still looking for a buyer.
Close of $56.30 PPS. Based on my current data this should go to $65 fairly easily. With the opening of facilities in China, India, and Malaysia it will probably go much higher.
Close of $53.12. Not too shabby for a six business day investment. Not as fun as playing the pennies but money is money.
The 25000 shares traded yesterday and the 16000 shares so far today hardly constitute dumping. What we have is a total news blackout with very little interest in buying until people are more certain as to what the future holds for this company.

Heres my Take ...
Prsu(Prime restaurants) now has The steak houses that Ed Hayter use to own in ICAN/IBCX.He claimed to sell them for 4 million dollars ,funny how the new owners own a pinksheet company,we know there are many restaurants that don't ever go public.PRSU claims not be involved with Ed Hayter even tho the phone numbers come back to Ed Hayter's office.More Lies.Hayter still owns the hotels don't forget.I bet we see the hotels added to this shell cause Hayter needs to put them somewhere, to dump more shares on unexpected shareholders and needs to pull a salary! So there may be hope ,remember to beat a crook you have to think like one! remember the steak house used to be owned by PRRM (Richard Astrom) who then claimed to sell it to ICAN(Ed Hayter) talk about scumming the IRS. Now Ed Sold it back to Prime restaurants, revolving Assets among the same group of slimes! This may get interesting! Cmon Ed put them hotels in this shell, Im sure Richard has plans for you. GL to all
Finally got my money freed up. In at $50.03 per share. I'm thinking that the recent market correction along with the loss of the GE JV has pushed this down and hopefully it won't go any further down. They've got a lot of good products out there plus they have six nutritional manufacturing facilities opening up in China starting in October. This next year should be a good one for them.
I last talked to Foster around the first of June, he said then the O/S hadn't changed. I still haven't gotten through to him this month but I've been away from the phone the past few days. I have talked to people who have gotten through so they're still answering the phones.
I tend to agree with you. I had high hopes for Vermillion mainly because of the estimates of $1-2 Billion of oil in it but at a cost of $110 Million to develop it might be better to sell the rights and focus on the other projects. Not sure what the lease is worth but I'll bet it's enough to get other things rolling.
Price is reaching a six month low. I believe the downturn in the last two weeks is due to Abbott pulling out of a deal with GE. Might go a little lower but I'm going to go ahead and free up $15K to throw at it. It's a boring stock but now that Pharm companies can't be sued if the FDA approves their drugs the Pharm stocks should start looking like they did in the '90s. Be nice to have one that does a F/S every couple of years. ABT's dividend is real nice too.
Excellent! Congratulations!

I think you mean arch_oil.
Hi gina p! Welcome to I-Hub. Been in this one for four years? WOW. I'm not in this one but I'm in a lot of shells so I'm following it to learn more. Personally I don't think a lawsuit has a chance, the company didn't lie, at least not on paper, and as long as they have the right to do an R/S they can do it. I do think the 1-1000 R/S was excessive but I'm not running the company.
Look at what other companies have done, Raven Moon does R/S's all the time but they've set it up where they can't be successfully sued. JDMO just did a 1-200,000 R/S and I'll bet they'll get away with it too. I don't know if you were making a profit on your investment but a lot of the people here were up 4x-20x at the peak and a very good strategy at that point is to sell some of it and recoup your initial investment. That's a lesson I learned the hard way.
Anyway, welcome to I-Hub. There's a lot going on here and I'm still finding new boards that are very helpful or just plain fun. Enjoy!
SICI/SICL from the Wright Report:
Siclone Industries Inc. The Company is a development stage company, intends to seek, investigate, and if warranted, acquire an interest in a business opportunity. It is in development stage. It was incorporated for the purpose of providing a vehicle, which could be used to raise capital and seek business opportunities. It does not propose to restrict its search for a business opportunity to any particular industry or geographical area and may, therefore, engage in essentially any business in any industry. It has unrestricted discretion in seeking and participating in a business opportunity, subject to the availability of such opportunities, economic conditions and other factors.
Looks like they will sell shares to raise capital. Not something I'm interested in unless they get something going.
Stockasaurus--Noblood4oil has a long history in this stock, just look at RB.
You and me both. Hey, I just stumbled onto a new company. SICI will become SICL Monday with a 1-136 R/S. Current PPS is .0001 but it hasn't traded since Oct. Don't know anything else yet, kinda looks like they're reviving a dead stock. I'm going through this weeks OTCBB changes to see if anything looks interesting.
CHAG has worked out really well. Almost double in ten days. KING looks like it's coming back. PLRS had a nice lift off too, this might be my best week this summer. Thanks again for the CHAG tip Mike.
Excellent day.
I agree. Very good buying time.
You got through to Foster? When? I've been trying 11 business days now with no response. He's either on vacation or avoiding me.
Not a shell but by the price and lack of PR's it sure looks like one. There is value in it but without the audit we don't know how much.
I'm liking CHAG too. Up side is real good. I especially liked those .09's and .10's. Still haven't had a return call from Foster, very disappointing. On the up side looking over the past couple weeks very little sold below .005 so we probably have hit bottom. Any news from here is a definite multibagger, it's just a problem of getting some news.
It is a shell, they won't say anything about any negotiations until a deal is done. When news hits it will be big, until then it's a waiting game.
When will the final court verdict be out? Is there a chance the shell will be sold or does it remain with Premium Laser?
Good song. Better than I can sing. LOL Should she be worried? Yes. I would never invest anything I can't afford to lose in any pinky, no matter how good looking. Looking over my assets at the moment only 3% of my stock money is in pinkies. The rest is in boring well known stocks that typically go up 10-20% a year. Very boring to watch. Pinkies are a challenge and exciting. Trying to uncover that gem within all the trash takes a lot of work and sometimes setbacks.
Concerning KING we're not through yet. There's still a number of things that could happen. Norris is still working on the financing, he still has all the leases. Failing to get the financing he could still sell the leases for a good amount of money. Price of oil's not going down.
Reading back through the last fifteen months of posts I realized that we shareholders jumped Norris's gun. He did not want anyone to know about what was happening until all the plans were complete. Someone started to buy up all the cheap shares and when people saw this they started buying up even more. We were the one's who threw off his timetable. I know that doesn't mean much to someone who's down 90% but it should be considered before condeming the man for non- performance.
Still trying to get through to Foster to confirm some things. Capco owns it but KING has the lease for a certain amount of time, not sure exactly how long but I've heard five years. I did speak to the Capco rep and was told they simply couldn't wait any longer for KING to get the financing, too many other possible projects. Capco has now shifted its resources to two other projects. I asked what would happen if KING were able to pull off the financing and he said they would have to consider it. So even though KING has failed to perform by not getting the financing, Vermillion is not off the table yet.
I doubt that the company is diluting, they could have done so many other things this past year to raise money like a 504 or a massive R/S or some other type of financing that would end up hurting the stockholder. Diluting will not raise the type of money they need to get these projects going. They need 50-100 million dollars to make significant headway in the three main projects they want to do (Mississippi, Vermillion, Romania). If they focused on just Mississippi they would still need 8-10 million to get it producing significantly in a reasonable amount of time.
I believe we are seeing dumping by shareholders. Many have been in this for over a year and some have decided to get their tax break now and move on. The loss of Capco in the Vermillion JV was probably the last straw for some investors. We are also seeing some flippers, this was evident in the middle of June when the PPS went from .012 to .02. Other boards started to pump KING as a good buy during this rise.
The bottom line for this company is that it is Norris Harris's vision. Most of us who bought into this company and held through the slide down did so because we believe that a man like Norris Harris who has brought other companies to the NSC will do so again. He had a great start by acquiring several very good leases but has floundered for the past year on getting the proper financing. The company literally rides on his performance. If he is able to get the financing and get things going then this company will soar, if not it will continue to drop and die.
