Key Aspects of a Real Estate JV Agreement
A real estate JV agreement involves the following factors:
1. Distribution of profits
An important distinction to make when drafting the terms for a joint venture is how the members will distribute profits generated from the project. Compensation may not necessarily be equally distributed. For example, more active members, or members that have invested more into the project may be compensated better than passive members.
2. Capital contribution

I have pointed out to my wife time and time again 10 baggers and told her "I owned that and sold it for a loss" son of a B. This one I will not be with out shares. The land purchase never went thru because no business bought into the scream. Then bank funding arrived and we'll it appeared more real but still no businesses volunteered still the same. Dead hoarse in my opinion. The concept is just another ST3 failure.
I realize that TPTW reviewing tentative funding helps attract companies wishing to be part of it with out any businesses it will be empty streets. Who exactly wants to fill these very smart streets? Any takers yet?

The fake countdown was a slap in the face. No update here either because in my opinion the project never got off the ground but the countdown went on anyway, We were scammed plain and simple, There is no excuse for this.

We all know the land purchase deadline was November 11, 2022. An updated new deadline has never been mentioned. A new deadline would have been a material event that would need to be provided to investors, we swung and missed from every indication.
Funding for the project was announced after the deadline so what is up with that. We also have not heard a thing about "The Company is currently in negotiations with several manufacturing companies, and hotel chains, to locate or participate in the TPT Global Tech/Tuskegee Smart City project." Not one interested company has been mentioned.
TPTW is a publicly owned company, if there are no updates to us there is nothing going on yet. Maybe ST3 is still swinging at this one or he is working on the next pump. No one knows and that is frustrating.
