Dang that was fast! Thank you.
Could you post that email from Mr. Nordholm stating that TFN is in 8 million dollars worth of debt? TIA
Nevermind, that is only voting rights. I'll stop now, too tired to think.
But the ownership chart doesn't show that. The ownership chart states that Mayhem owns 100% of TFNG (which is where BKMP's shares are). See where I am getting confused.
So how did they go from 13.1 percent to 100% after that? Everyone just signed over their voting rights for an IOU as Andrea states she did? Doesn't make sense. Would you sign over voting rights to TWO people for a 500,000 bridge loan, if you HAD 8 MILLION dollars invested? The shit is confusing, maybe I should just stop trying to figure all these filings.
Page two, under BACKGROUND, there is a list of shareholders, the first paragraph under that list.
The first page contains the the mention of acquiring 13.1 from Blackout.

Edit: Fourth document, first page states they acquired 13.1 percent of the voting power. Page 2 under the list of shareholders states 65.5 percent from Mike, 12.0 percent from Andrea. Add those totals up you get 90.6 percent. I'm sure I'm missing something, like I said I'm tired and confused with all the filings.
http://www.crtc.gc.ca/archive/ENG/Notices/2008/pb2008-14.htm
No it's not right, and someone has been lying. And don't get me started on the "crew" thing, it opens a whole other can of worms.
Well, then things really don't add up if you include all the other holders and whatever percentage Sandy held directly then.
Talking about voting interest here, so if it is as you state that everyone had voting shares before they took over, we own very little then according to the filings.
From the pages:
They acquired 13.1% from Blackout (which on the first page states Blackout Communications when "Blackout" is used)
They acquired 65.5% from Mike
They acquired 12.0% from Andrea
So that equals 90.6%, and is all that is stated they acquired in CRTC, yet they have 100% of the voting control. Did everyone holding shares get their voting shares "acquired" also?
Are we to assume the other 9.4% was split between BKMP, Sandy, Randy, John, Mr.Isles, etc.
See it doesn't add up at all. My point.
In Voting percentage? It started out 80 % Mike, 20% BKMP. Then they switched to Blackout Communications 100%, then changed Blackout Communications to TFN Global when all this transpired. No other amounts should even matter in the voting percentage, they never had any. The voting percentage has nothing to do with the other shareholders, right? I know they got shares, but they were non-voting as well before all the CONFIDENTIAL dealings.
Sorry, I did send the right doc, if you read it carefully the percentage of acquired voting shares, they do not add up. There is something of a 9.4 percent discrepancy of what they purchased at the time of that filing from Mike and Andrea of voting power.
You have to read the paragraphs, when I add the documented amounts, there is a percentage missing from there of 9.4%.
But I'm tired and trying to pack for a trip so I still could be reading them wrong. Unless of course they had already purchased an amount of voting rights.
I think I referenced the wrong document in that. I'm talking about the letter to the CRTC for the transfer of license. That one didn't add to me. I think I sent you the old crtc from 2007.
From Sandy's intervention. Now that I took the time to read it for myself on the crtc site, he certainly had himself set up for a great windfall.
Per Sandy:
"I am also the largest shareholder of TFN Global. I currently hold directly and indirectly 7,190,000 class "B" shares of TFN Global. These shares are non-voting shares."
That certainly was never anything we saw in the CRTC filings with him holding the majority of Class b shares directly and indirectly.
Of which we are not privy to know exactly what the he77 has gone on once again, right? Because the crtc stated otherwise, BKMP owned the shares and 20% voting rights before, so who knows. You would think Sandy would have held onto a majority of the shares here, maybe he does, hard to tell anything anymore with all the lies this board has incurred. Just seems to me if he held TFN through BKMP, it would have been mentioned in his intervention.
If Sandy has outside ownership, I hope he loses it all. This has been nothing but a friggin farce since the time it started. The twisting and lies speak for themselves.
Yes it seems he was indeed, for himself, outside BKMP. Let me just say I find his intervention filing interesting to say the least. Mayhem ACQUIRED the voting rights from MIKE and Andrea as the filing states, but when I read that letter to the CRTC for the application, the percentages didn't add up and I asked a poster here to look at it which I guess he didn't have time to do. My question, did Sandy himself receive shares of Mayhem for the voting rights of BKMP for the amount he states, or did he actually put what I would tend to assume may be money from all the shat that has been sold here for shares in Mayhem? Like I said before, it is all assumptions since we haven't been privy to anything that has occurred.
Since when was Sandy the largest shareholder, last we saw it was Mike Garrow? I didn't think we had seen a revised shareholder amount after Mayhem took over, which explains alot since Sandy never mentions BKMP in his statement. I believe he in an email told someone he was just a small holder of BKMP. And if John held shares, guess what, BKMP's percentage was probably even smaller.
The crtc charts at the CRTC only showed the holdings before Mayhem took over, never stated afterwards, only a flow chart of voting power type thingy. Never a list of actual shareholders and what they held.
Good thing I didn't mention my 16 year old who is now driving and aging me ever so quickly, lol! Hope all is well with you also.
My 10 year old just came and told me on Nickelodeon they just advertised Kimbo Slice as part of a Christmas special on Drake and Josh. I had to look for for myself. Sure enough, he is.

Henry Winkler and Kimbo Slice Guest-Star in High-Stakes Holiday Comedy From Hitmaker Dan Schneider
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2008 holiday season could be the best ever for Drake & Josh fans, as Nickelodeon reunites two of the most popular stars in kid TV history -- Drake Bell and Josh Peck -- to deliver a brand-new, two-hour original television movie, Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh, premiering Friday, December 5, 8-10 p.m. (ET/PT). At once a high-stakes comic adventure and a poignant story for the season, the primetime present guest-stars Henry Winkler and MMA fighter Kimbo Slice respectively as a fair-minded judge and good-hearted ex-jailbird who help Drake and Josh keep their Christmas promise to a family of foster kids. Merry Christmas Drake & Josh is written and executive produced by series creator and tween hitmaker Dan Schneider (iCarly, Zoey 101).
One other thing, When reading about Mr. Nordholm and Mr. Owen and their past with certain companies, Bell should be one to watch to see if it gets involved. Dexit that I posted about that is now another name, previously 95% of it's revunue came from it's Bell association. And if you remember Bell gave a grant to TFN/someone back sometime ago.
Just trying to figure out why Mayhem wants "financially strapped" assets all to themselves.
And imo, I think Mike and Sandy have already gotten their piece of the pie. Just have to assume since that's all we have ever been able to do, never any facts about anything with this POS.

Amerossi International Group, Inc's Shayne Heffernan Talks of The Future for The Company
Shayne Heffernan in a rare Interview outside of China speaks about the future of China in his new role with Amerossi.
(PRWEB) April 28, 2006 -- Amerossi International Group, Inc's Shayne Heffernan said today from the company's Canadian Office that he will not be leaving China, however it is his intention to spend 6 months of the year in Canada to work with Amerossi International Group to plan its China entry.
Make No Mistake, Shayne Heffernan still sees China as the big opportunity in the world. Canada is a great country Shayne Heffernan added, but I know nothing of business here, my specialty is China.
Shayne Heffernan has been a full time resident in Hong Kong and China for many years now and is widely respected as the number 1 Authority on China Business, between his offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong he is widely sought after as a consultant.

Maybe someone should ask Sandy if Shayne Heffernan from Amerossi, now possibly BZTG (CEO) out of Beijing is how Samai(being sarcastic here) is getting those pr's/emails out of Beijing. Also, look and see who is on BZTG board, I'm sure many will remember the 50 million buys/sells on BKMP by some.
I have to go, but I just read this, be sure and click on the wiki link in the comment left and read all of the wiki.

Hmmm.. after thinking about what you posted, just imagine if it had occurred the other way around! Double standard at it's finest. I can almost picture how that outcome would be.
Just the fact he had a stick should have him in prison. No sense in that at all, no matter who it is. And one other thing, I think polling places should not be in nursing homes of the elderly, at least schools are closed with no students in them in case of any wrongdoing or things getting out of hand, but a nursing home with residents, just not appropiate in my opinion.
People really should put EDIT: in front of posts when they change the content on certain boards, or add content to their posts afterwards. Happens quite often lately, that's why I have quit responding to certain people especially immediately after they post. Never know later what you might have responded to if you don't check.
This is from Nancy Pelosi's own website when researching the law against intimidation of voters.. Can't wait to see if any of the other channels report any of this.
http://www.speaker.gov/legislation?id=0052
Voter Intimidation
On June 25th, the House passed the Deceptive Practices and Voter Intimidation Prevention Act, H.R. 1281, which will prohibit and punish deceptive practices that aim to keep voters away from the polls on Election Day. This bill protects every American citizen’s right to vote by making voter deception, for the first time, a crime.
Every American citizen deserves the right to cast his or her ballot free from intimidation and misinformation. There is nothing more fundamental to our democracy than a citizen’s right to vote. Unfortunately, there are people who will stop at nothing to try to deceive voters and keep them away from the polls. What’s worse is that these practices often target and exploit vulnerable populations – such as minorities, people with disabilities, and the poor. This bill is simply designed to protect the right to vote by making voter deception a federal crime.
In the 2006 election, there were numerous examples of efforts to deceive or intimidate voters to keep them away from the polls. In the last election, examples of voter deception or intimidation were many. For example, voters witnessed dirty tricks like flyers with the wrong date to vote posted in minority communities. Letters in Spanish were sent to voters in Orange County, California stating that it was a crime for an immigrant to vote. In fact, legal immigrants who are naturalized citizens have the right to vote just as any other American citizen can. In Virginia, voters received calls from a so-called “Virginia Elections Commission” informing them falsely that they were ineligible to vote. In Maryland, flyers were handed out on election day in minority communities that gave the impression that Republican candidates for office were Democratic candidates. These dirty tricks are not new. In 2002, flyers were distributed in public housing complexes in Louisiana, telling people that they could cast their votes three days after election day if the weather was bad.
It is time to stop these outrageous tactics; this bill creates a new offense of voter deception. Under current law, it is not a crime to attempt to deceive or mislead voters regarding elections, candidates or voting procedures. This bill establishes a new federal crime for knowingly communicating false information about a federal election with the intent to prevent others from voting. The bill covers the key information most critical for reaching the polls – facts like where, when and how you can vote; whether you are eligible to vote; and whether an organization has actually endorsed a candidate. When voters are being misled about these core facts, the right to vote is nothing more than a hollow promise. It is a real threat to the right to vote when individuals or groups are deliberately lying about something as basic – yet as important – as the date of an election. These types of voter deception are the poll taxes of today. The bill sets a penalty of up to five years in prison and fines of up to $250,000 for anyone convicted of voter deception.
The bill also increases the penalty for voter intimidation. Under current law, voter intimidation is already a crime. This bill increases the maximum penalty for voter intimidation from one year to five years in prison. Someone who tries to keep voters away from the polls with threats should not be released with a slap on the wrist and this bill will create real penalties for this crime.
In addition, the bill also calls upon the Justice Department to correct and prevent misinformation campaigns. Finally, the bill directs the Attorney General to immediately respond to any reports of false election information, and to take steps to provide correct information to affected voters. The Attorney General would also have to convey reports of deceptive voter information to appropriate federal and state authorities and to the Civil Rights Division in the Justice Department. In addition, the bill directs the Attorney General to create a Voting Integrity Task Force to oversee these actions.
I may have to take back what I said about that being the only thing I have to say about politics after what I just watched on FOX news. They have footage of two black panthers standing outside a polling place with a night stick saying they were security. Whoever took the footage confronted them and asked why they were there, security was their answer. They were in their uniforms standing in front of the doors to the polling place.
Their asses should go to federal prison for voter intimidation.
Seems to have been a well thought out plan in my opinion. Just found this about the wrestling documentary. Seems they were going to film a second season with venues already booked in England, then in the fall (when Mayhem took over) TFN started putting off signing the deal.
http://timestranscript.canadaeast.com/news/article/467377
Excerpt:
Smith was pleased with how the show turned out and says it was well-received by wrestling fans. There were plans to shoot a second season in England last fall and venues were booked, but Smith says the network put off signing the deal.
"They kept putting us off and there were delays," he says.
They pushed filming to February but delays continued. Finally the network told them they didn't know when they would have the money for the second season. Smith says they parted ways on good terms and there's always a chance of working with The Fight Network again.
Another Canadian network, Rush HD, which features extreme sports, eventually came forward and a deal was signed. The name was changed to Kardinal Sinners, but the premise for the series is the same: to show the reality behind the wrestling.
Never mind, answered my own question. They received shares of TFN, so have we actually seen a new updated chart since April of this year showing the amount of shares they received? Bolded some highlights.

Estimated Capital Injection to TFN
TORONTO — Seizing the chance to become "a truly international brand," the Fight Network has issued new shares to a Canadian investor group including Martin Goldfarb, Slaight Communications Inc. and Judson Martin.
When the all-combat network began putting together its business strategy in 2005, "it realized there's very little competition in the world for the kind of sports speciality channel... that we are," George Burger, president and CEO of parent company TFN Global Inc. said Wednesday in an interview.
The Toronto-headquartered Fight Network, launched in 2005 and acquired last September by privately held Mayhem Media Corp., describes itself as "the global leader in presenting and covering all combat sports, including mixed martial arts, boxing, wrestling and kickboxing."
"Very quickly we figured out that we've got to take it international because the opportunity was there," Burger said.
But the money wasn't there, he said. Besides new financing, leadership was also "needed to be able to take it to the next level."
Since privately-held Mayhem Media Corp. took control of the company in September, Fight Network has "been on a prolonged fundraising process to raise financing, and we completed the first stage Tuesday," said Burger.
TFN Global Inc. also announced Wednesday it has finalized the takeover of British-based Wrestling Channel Ltd.
Fight Network's overall strategy "is that we want to get into a lot of territories" besides Britain, such as Europe, Australia, Asia, and "we want to exploit live events wherever we are," said Burger.
"We would like to develop that content in those markets, but in addition that becomes part of our overall global library and we can share it among our other channels."
Burger said "the combined impact of these developments propels us into the major leagues of sports broadcasting."
These development, he said, further entrench "us in the epicentre of the booming sports of mixed martial arts and boxing, and making the Fight Network a truly international brand."
With the acquisition of Wrestling Channel, carried on BSkyB, "we're seen now by nine million households in the U.K. Terrific," said Burger.
"In the short while, we expect it to become a money earner, because right now it's a relatively under-exploited television channel."
Based on Fight Network's experience in Canada, "the way we package our content and the look of our channel and the general approach we take to providing an entertainment package, we've been extremely successful in terms of generating viewership," said Burger.
"Our expectation is that if we start to apply our principles to the (British) channel, there's a lot of upside. We don't have to go very far to get into the black with that channel," said Burger.
"What we want to do is to build the kind of brand with the same kind of brand equity as the Golf channel for example. We want to occupy the fight territory and be the fight specialty channel around the world. The U.K. is really our first step in that direction."
"The real advantage of the sport that we're involved in, there isn't a single territory in the world that doesn't like or understand fighting."
Burger noted that the financing, arranged by investment bank Capital Canada Ltd., was completed "in the face of turbulent conditions in the capital markets."
The terms of the capital injection were not disclosed, but Burger hinted at a "mid-seven-figure" total and also said TFN "anticipates further funding requirements as it rolls out its international specialty fight channel."
Martin Goldfarb is a prominent market researcher as head of Goldfarb Intelligence Marketing; Judson Martin was chief financial officer of Alliance Atlantis Communications from 1999 until 2005; Slaight Communications, headed by Gary Slaight, was the largest privately owned multimedia company in Canada until it sold its Standard Radio broadcasting assets last year to Astral Media.
Robert Foster, head of Capital Canada, also participated in the TFN financing.

Well, we can get down to it and I must say I don't care for the idea that BKMP is down and out. We (we is selective) had talked between several key people without others involved. What was going to happen in Decemeber .... the 3 million shares along with the rest were to be purchased. The planned hype was to move this far enough to smile but of course things happen and sure enough the axe came down upon us. So, it looks very very bad inded. The controlling asspects of TFN and BKMP if that is even discussions lay nakedly where ever and I doubt even if management has any clue to anything involving our company and this is why we gather that slimy Sam has asked for help and of course with Sandy still actually at the healm of things (if so) just tickles me in the end as the stress he might be going through might be worth all the loses on this stock that I have.
As for Mr. Webprods...he probably will not be back but who knows, maybe under a different alias again, who knows? it appeared and as I said prior that I was deeply sorry for adding additional pain when I discovered the email about Mr. Webprods possibly being a painter however that was a gag between us to try to remove the powerful image of his alias at that time. Instead of helping him I hurt him. Webprods is who he said he was and I can never express how sorry I am that it backfired on us. So in short I don't know if he will ever post again or if he will change his alias or what so at least a few know.
BTW... Mr. Webprods is other things he has said well Mr. Webprods is also from Europe as said prior.
