Sorry, I did send the right doc, if you read it carefully the percentage of acquired voting shares, they do not add up. There is something of a 9.4 percent discrepancy of what they purchased at the time of that filing from Mike and Andrea of voting power. You have to read the paragraphs, when I add the documented amounts, there is a percentage missing from there of 9.4%. But I'm tired and trying to pack for a trip so I still could be reading them wrong. Unless of course they had already purchased an amount of voting rights.

Buru Energy secures strategic deal for LNG development

Buru Energy Ltd CEO Thomas Nador talked with Proactive about the company’s newly announced strategic development agreement with Clean Energy Fuels Australia Pty Ltd (CEFA) to co-develop the Rafael Gas Project. Nador explained that CEFA brings strong midstream and downstream capabilities, backed by I Squared Capital, which manages around $40 billion in assets. "They bring the right credentials, to look after the downstream and midstream elements of the project," he said. Buru, meanwhile, will focus on the upstream side of the Rafael development. Under the agreement, CEFA will fund, build, and operate a small-scale LNG facility on-site, with Buru paying a processing fee over the life of the project. This significantly reduces Buru’s capital exposure to only the upstream infrastructure—namely, two wells, one of which is already in place. A final investment decision is expected in late 2025 or early 2026, with first cash flows anticipated in the second half of 2027. According to Nador, the projected annual free cash flow from the Rafael development is expected to surpass the company’s current market capitalization. North Bay Resources announces first gold concentrate sale from Fran Gold Project

North Bay Resources CEO Jared Lazerson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news of the company’s first successful gold concentrate sale from a test shipment processed at the Bishop Gold Mill, using ore from the Fran Gold Project. Lazerson confirmed that final acceptance and settlement have been completed, with all refinery requirements met, and assay comparisons for gold, silver, and moisture content agreed upon. The test concentrate represents approximately 10 tons of gross ore, processed through the gravity-only circuit. Lazerson noted this marks an important milestone in the early phase of operations. The flotation circuit, which is expected to significantly enhance recovery rates, is set to come online this month. The company currently has another test shipment in process and has completed a third concentrate shipment, further validating operational momentum. The most recent sale netted approximately $400 per ton, based solely on gravity recovery. However, with further optimization and the integration of the flotation circuit, recoveries are projected to double, potentially reaching over 90% total recovery. This would raise the value per ton to around $800, significantly improving project economics.
