Correction Dakota, it was Sandy, Mike and Andrea who sold TFN, right? The lawsuit was because they signed over the voting shares and never got their money, you posted the lawsuit and Captbly posted that Samai emailed E.N. that he did not want to participate in lawsuit. SO I'm just curious, did Mike, Randy, and John win or lose the lawsuit? You and Captbly obviously were in contact with Mike, so I'm curious, did they win or lose? When was the ruling?
I have tried to reply to you on the bkmp board several times, and every time it automatically logged me out. My posts take forever to post. Don't know what the hell is going on, but I am done with Ihub and will find another place to post. And I agree, everything he has done has been a scam, but at one point, BKMP did own shares in Blackout Communications that became TFN Global that evidently was real according to the CRTC. I am not trying to pump the shit, just posting what I found looking to see what could possibly set off the riddlers on BKMP. That's all.
High, I have no idea what that new chart actually means, if it even means BKMP still owns anything of anything!! But if they were successful in that lawsuit, which by the chart I can only assume they may have been, who knows. Only Mike, Randy, John, or those AH's in Canada can answer that for us. But back in 2008, when the CRTC approved the transfer of TFN to the AH's, they had 100% voting rights, they don't now. I really don't know what else to say.
This is probably what they are posting about, not sure though. Took me looking at it a couple times to realize the change.

Crazy they wouldn't just post it, if that is what has them all giddy.
Sadly I found this post of his, so I'm pretty sure now it is him.

RIP Neal!
Hey DD, well I just hope they get that "Happy Encounter" they so well deserve!
DD, I noticed Neal hasn't posted in a while so I looked up his name and sadly came across an obit that I believe is his, is there anyway to find out for sure?
You're welcome, it's all online. The most jaw dropping are the articles about Andrea and Sandy. Still can't believe she isn't being charged, I guess playing dumb has it's advantages. If the articles are correct, she and Sandy started their affair in 2004, long before TFN.
Some new info in this article, an undercover officer involved and Kolt is cooperating.

This tells a lot of what went down and how:

Odd, I posted 25 minutes ago on another board and it is not showing up! The time stamp shows the date and time in favorites but not my post! What the hell!
I see some things never change. Hope everyone has a Happy Easter.
Looks like you're right, his wanted page has "Captured" across bottom of his picture.
And the company WON! http://online.wsj.com/article/PR-CO-20130815-917185.html
This is in court today I believe in Canada, at least this company is fighting back for it's shareholders, ALL of it's shareholders. And it involves those who took control of FN. http://www.newswire.ca/en/story/1202405/genesis-alerts-shareholders-to-anticipated-dissident-shareholder-action-to-seize-control-of-your-board
Thanks. Kudos to the writer, and at least now we know for sure that was Sandy in the Bangkok arrest picture. It's a shame the Canadian law official in that Bangkok picture back then didn't take Sandy back with him, could have saved a lot more innocent people their money it seems. Hopefully they catch him soon.
Scion, thank you for the link. Found this article about it, naming it "Operation Market Menace". http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/photo/42644/us-indicts-nine-in-int-l-penny-stock-fraud-scheme
Hey AU, I'm here still. I've just been reading the boards and trying to keep my opinions to myself. I think I irritate most on these boards, so I just try to keep to myself. Glad to see you are doing better, I know how medical issues can certainly change one's life.
In case anyone is curious about what the investors who invested in TFN are up to these days, here is a little news.

EDIT: Reading these two articles, I felt like I had heard this story before involving the same people just a different company. Unreal. Be sure to notice the mention of the "burn rate", I believe it resembles a lot of what occurred with TFN. Mclean Watson involved with these, L.O. investor in Pretium Capital Corp (PTA).Pretium bought Sitebrand INC (McLean Watson invested) I believe. Notice they only sold Sitebrand.com, a subsidiary, for an undisclosed amount after filing bankruptcy.

There's a little more to this, I just don't have time right now to dig it all back up.
I agree, the guy in red looks like Sandy from the picture Art posted. I am having a problem accepting that any of the other three men could be who the article claims to be a 65 year old man! That's my point.
I agree the guy in red looks more like Sandy than the other, I just don't see how any of the others look like they are 65 years old, do you? Maybe I need glasses.
Thanks Art, I knew that one was somewhere to be found, I just couldn't find it. It's not one you easily forget. lol
Well, I'm still confused then if that is Sandy in the red shirt, because none of the others fit being 65 years old to me. You even stated before you thought the one in the middle was Sandy, and I understand we couldn't see the face of the one in red at the time, heck, still can't really.

Re: needdiamonds post# 310463 Post # of 310602
I was taking in the picture that he was the balded, blondish guy with his head down sitting on the bench.
DD
DD, I thought baldy was Sandy. The age of the other guy listed, Gregory Joseph Curry is in the 60's so I assumed the guy in red was him. GJC was involved in RSGR. I'm also assuming he is related to Kolt Curry. We need a big azz chart to keep up! lol
This was posted on another stock forum. I see another name in this article that is familiar also. Strange that everyone has the same clothes on that they were wearing in the first photo at the house, except in the second one, if that is Sandy, he has on completely different clothes. http://translate.google.ca/translate?hl=en&sl=th&u=http://www.oknation.net/blog/print.php%3Fid%3D696043&ei=8YTJTZ6mE8TX0QGTt7DcCA&sa=X&oi=translate&ct=result&resnum=1&sqi=2&ved=0CB4Q7gEwAA&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dhttp://www.oknation.net/blog/print.php%253Fid%253D696043%26hl%3Den%26prmd%3Divns
And it seems the litigation between Mike and TFN (or FN) is still ongoing according to this article.http://www.mmafighting.com/2011/05/23/with-high-hopes-combat-sports-channel-fight-now-tv-launches-t/
I don't know him personally. I have though read good things about him like JT's famous rant some time back, and JOHN M's farewell, and I don't think Randy C would get mixed up with someone who may tarnish a reputation. Anytime he has ever been mentioned that I have read, people say good things about him. Except for maybe one comment on a board I read a long time ago, supposedly by an employee who was let go. My opinion, Mike did all he could to make it work. I don't know.
And Kitt, the way you posted that on the other board, good grief. Never once did I imply he may be related to Sandy. And I certainly don't know if he had anything to do with BKMP. I just found it coincidental that he lived in San Diego and was a broker, which that particular poster stated he was from and that he was a broker. Who knows. (And if the picture I found of someone with the same name is him, I don't think they are related)! Could be, but I doubt it. SW=pale, JW=not so pale
It could have been SW himself posting, maybe someday we'll know. Or not.
Kitt, seriously, I don't think Mike knew all that was going on with Sandy's deals. Do I think he knew Sandy might have been using the stock for getting money to help fund TFN, probably. Do I think he knew all the stunts that Sandy pulled with the stock, no. I just don't think he is that type of person. I could be wrong, but I just don't see it. Do I wish him luck in this, absolutely. Since all this went down like it has, I pretty much have quit reading alot of the MMA sites, I think if you are going to call yourself a mma/sports journalist, you should report on the big going on's with any aspect of it, hence, have the ..... to write about what transpired with TFN, all of it. Only ONE came close to doing it, the gentleman at Cartt, and even he didn't mention BKMP, Sandy, or how exactly it all went down. Pretty sad if you think about it. I just have no respect for any of them anymore. Sorry so long, but just needed to say that for some reason.
As for Fight Now!, probably a good chance that they get some UFC/Strikeforce content. With Randy as a spokesman and Cablevision owning Madison Square Gardens/etc, maybe they can get mma legalized there finally. Crazy it's not already.
And if you want to read about a lawsuit involving some brokers that mentions Sandy, go to this board. When I read the bio of the ex-president of this company, where he lives and what his profession was, a certain poster came to mind. See if it does to you or any one else. And before anyone ASSumes anything, I am not the person who posted on that board. (That was for High).
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=46753651
Sorry again for the long post.
Well, looks like Mike is doing well for himself, Fight Now! channel coming to Cablevision this month. Randy also a shareholder in it.
And here we are with zip, zero, nothing.
You're probably right. And that Denver Gardner company is connected to RSGR (certain poster from here pumped that pos too) and Nanotech was linked to Sandy some time back also.

Interesting read for sure. Thanks for posting that Virginian.
Wow, you posted that seven months after he made that post! lol Are you looking out for this board now that Mr. Becker is back in control of it since June(well out of the shadow anyway, he had stayed on as a consultant, etc ), and the new address is interesting, it's the same as Hackett's address. And where's Manny? I know how much HE likes Mr. Becker and his companies.
What exactly was your suggestion? I no longer pay so I can't search your posts.
Have you Googled The Fight Network lately? If not, you should. They filed bankruptcy last month, and yesterday they announced that Leonard Asper and FORMER shareholders Loudon Owen and Ed Nordholm partnered to buy a large stake in TFN, Leonard Asper is now the new CEO. Seems they owe 13+ million to creditors who they are meeting with tomorrow according to one of the articles. Here are a couple of the articles. (Should have written it as Asper is leading a consortium of investors, as stated in the article I read.)

CRTC filing under Fight Media shows Burger and Sobie withdrew their interventions a week or so ago. I'm guessing they got what they wanted.
Some FYI from Google searches:
Marvin Winick in trouble with the OSC.
George Burger has applied for a license for a new channel called CRUSH!
Interesting events with a stock called Echelon Capital Corp that involves Mr. Owen. The last qualifying transaction that never completed made me want to do a little more searching. It's been suspended. Interesting reading on sedar for anyone bored. (ECO.H)
I believe if you want to speak at the hearing, you have to request to appear I believe. Other than that, I have no idea. The CRTC site might help with that question.
Mike Garrow
Yep, there is a reason why Mike and Brian haven't been able to get them to turn over financials, etc. And as I posted before, GB's linkedin page confirms that revenues increased, quote from it:
President and CEO
The Fight Network
(Broadcast Media industry)
July 2007 — August 2008 (1 year 2 months)
Began in July as consultant to investors seeking to acquire the Category 2 digital sports channel. Appointed CEO upon acquisition in August, 2007. Reorganized management, exponentially increased ratings, drove substantial revenue growth, built franchise and began process to export the brand into the US, Europe and Australia. In addition, developed online and mobile strategy, forming supply relationships with Yahoo!, foxsports.com, Sprint, Verizon and other major platforms across North America.
