By the way Jimstern,
As I said in a previous post, I have full faith and confidence in WSGR. They are one of the highest rated intellectual property law firms in the world. Elk’s argument does not scare me in the least.
Good evening Jimstern,
Bear and I were simply trying to answer a poster’s question, and through each of our answers, totally discredit his argument. I totally agree with your comment regarding use of the @TM” designation versus the @R” designation.
That said, trademarks actually take very little time (relatively speaking) to secure. It generally only takes about 3 months to obtain federal trademark approval. Securing a patent, on the other hand, can take substantially longer (up to several years).
As to trademarks, publication in an official newspaper is required to complete the trademark application. This step can take up to three months. Finally, the USPTO issues the certificate of registration to complete the trademark process. This process usually takes 2-3 months to complete.
Good evening Bear,
Thank you for providing the detailed information. In my two posts, I was simply trying to answer his question from a trademark law perspective. I am 100% confident that the patent attorney at WSGR that is assigned to PRED’s account has made sure that the company is fully compliant with all of the trademark and patent related requirements for ALL of PRED’s processes and processes, not just as those things relate to Artguide.
Thanks again. Hopefully Elk is now satisfied.
I believe that Predictive Diagnostics has a patent pending on the Artguide product. While I do not know the specific patent pending number that has been assigned to the product by the U.S. Patent Office, it should not be very difficult for someone that has a real interest in finding out that information to do so.
Artguide is a name. If the company decides to register the trademark (assuming that they have not already done so), so be it. In the end, whether the name is registered as a trademark or not is not really that important. Under federal trademark law, prior use of a trademark is what really matters, registered or not. Registration is a formality. Any Company that uses the name in a commercial application prior to it being officially registered by another company will be allowed to continue to use the name forever without penalty. However, the use of the name is grandfathered only to that company. If they ever try to sell the product to another company, the original registrant could legally prevent them from using the name.
What IS IMPORTANT, is that the product itself is patented. Having a valid patent on the product will prevent any other company from marketing the product.
Look up the reputation of their patent attorneys (Wilson Sonsini Goodrich Rosati). No further explanation needed or concern warranted.
Actually, I think your response was meant to be directed to JandV. Thank goodness for the Hyde Amendment and thanks for your research.
That’s unfortunate.
I am sorry to hear about your medical ailments. I wish you the best with your treatment plan and pray that you will be healed. Have a good day sir.
PSA tests are not a cure for anything either. However, they do help identify high levels of the protein antigens which are a known to be a major factor contributing to prostate cancer. Once the irregularity is identified, it can then be treated by appropriate procecures. The Artguide test kit results helps doctors identify medical irregularities in women that can then be treated with appropriate procedures.
Your comment is not well thought out my friend.
Abortions and breast implants aren't covered by medical insurance in the United States or Canada either, but that doesn't stop a lot of women from paying to get them. And by the way, both of those procedures cost a whole lot more than the Artguide test kit. People spend money on what they rationalize as being important to them, not whether or not someone else is going to pay for it (e.g. a medical insurance provider). Some people want to spend their money to end the life of another person while other people want to spend their money to create life for another person.
Call me a blind fool if you want, but I am not worried long term. Am I satisfied with where the share price is today. Absolutely not. Who would be (other than Reverse Long). Do I think that I will like where the share price is 6-12 months from now? Yes indeed.

Were you talking to a proctologist or a podiatrist by chance?
Just think of it as “buying bombs before the war starts”.
Sometimes you just can’t beat stupid.
No matter what it’s attributable to, (e.g. true buying demand, short covering, etc), if you are long you always want to see the “ask” price continuing to move up. That statement especially tut when applied to the “bid” side.
Hopefully, “gradually moving dow will soon become “rapidly moving up”.
Come on Piper. $ 2.16 within a year? Are you kidding me? Just remember, if you think small, you ride a Shetland pony.
Come on RL -
Give credit where credit is due. The most recent 10-K shows that Bradley (our leader), has beneficial ownership of 43.492 million shares, not the measly 42 million that you keep quoting. The 1.492 million additional shares will be valuable to him and his family when the stock climbs to over $ 30.00 per share.
Piper,
Read the very last statement in Snakes’s last post. He said that his organization (SA Advisory) does not get paid to recommend any stocks. Hope that helps answer your question.
I hear you my friend, but until we learn the true reason for OTCQX bumping PRED back to the Pink Sheets, none of us can make a truthful and accurate assessment as to whether PRED’s current valuation is too high or too low. That uncertainty alone is probably the major reason behind PRED’s share price being as low as it is today. Time will tell.
Have a nice day.
Snow,
I believe that your response is “spot on.”. I was only use an Amazon as an example to show how lenient markets can be when ascribing a value to a start-up company. We can only hope and pray that the market values PRED with the same type of generous favor. That said, management needs to start delivering on some of some of its expected potential.
Good morning Snow,
Don’t forget that the market is generally a little more generous on its valuation of start-up companies than it is on “seasoned” or “legacy” type companies. Also, please remember that PRED operates in the life sciences/ bio-pharma industry which has a documented history of being able to extract significantly higher multiples from investors during the formative years. In fact, most start-up ir early stage companies that operate in the life sciences and bio-pharma industries initially are valued based on a multiple of “sales per share” or “EBITDA per share” because they do not generate net income during their ramp-up period.
As a side note, I can remember the time when Amazon had a P/E ratio of over 3,000 (yes, 3000) at one point during their initial years. I don’t think Amazon actually generated their first dollar of NET INCOME until after they had been operating for about 12 years!
Have a nice day. Go PRED!
Close to what? Please expand your thought? Thanks.
Technically, at 5’6”, he was not a midget. However playing amongst a group of 7’ giants sure made him seem like one. You have to admit that for him to win the NBA slam dunk contest at his height was quite a feat.
Good morning Snow - I fully understand your point. My comment was simply meant to point out to Piper that someone should never buy a stock simply because they were told that they should buy it by someone that probably has done no diligence work on the company themself, but instead are basing their recommendation on the fact that someone that they know told them to buy it because the heard about it from someone else. Under that scenario, you get a bunch of innocent people in a stock that have no clue as to what they really invested in or what time horizon would be reasonably required before they can make a reasonable profit on their investment. You know, the old @blind leading the blind”.
I take it you have never heard of Spud Webb.

"I don't think it is haters..maybe they are people that bought over $2.00 a share and expected AND WERE PROMISED SO MUCH MORE till the end of the year!"
Piper - WHO promised you "so much more"? Was it someone in a position of authority at PRED (e.g. a member of the senior management team or a member of the Board of Directors, your financial advisor, your stock broker, your family doctor, your barber, etc.)? Unless you heard it DIRECTLY from a member of the senior management team or a member of the Board of Directors, your frustrations are misguided. More importantly, if you want to blame anyone, BLAME YOURSELF for not doing proper due diligence work on the company BEFORE you made your investment.
Isn’t that the way it should be with ANY company?
Read the latest 10-K and 10-Q. Pretty obvious that he directly, or indirectly, owns and/or controls 42 million shares.
Bradley is the CEO of PRED. If Ihub thinks that it is alright for RL to personally attack him, without consequences, then so be it. BUT HIS CHILDREN ARE NOT involved in PRED's operations, so ANY, ANY, ANY, ANY mention of them WHATSOEVER by RL (or anyone else) should be deleted IMMEDIATELY.
It is politically incorrect in today's society to use the word "midget". Please refer to them in the future as "little people".

No way Deez - That type of event is too much front and center. There is no way that any company could go through the exhaustive listing process and keep it under wraps for that long. Too many people on this message board have some sort of direct or indirect access to people that would know of such an event. There are too many posters that want to “look important” and they think that such recognition comes as a result of them being the first to post any newsworthy events. That’s just human nature and most people unfortunately, just can’t keep a secret very long. While I am hopeful that his trip will yield positive results for the company, I do not believe that a Hong Kong Exchange has any chance of occurring at this time.
Have a great evening.
Maybe it stands for “Not Answering So Don’t Ask Questions”
Can you name one single person associated with PRED today that was also involved at any level in the previous company that they acquired (GLHO) before changing the name to PRED? I didn’t think so.
There are many companies (on ALL of the exchanges) that have taken their companies public by acquiring the stock of a company that is already publicly traded and then changing the name and the classification of operations for the company. It is a faster and cheaper way to take your company public in that it saves tons of time and the associated listing fees are significantly lower. Bad example on your part. Try something else.
Last time I checked, attempts to “paint the tape” were illegal, especially when pre-planned as a cold-conspiracy effort. Sorry, but I don’t want to be a part of your team on that journey. Was you message addressed to the “common” man only? Or were you attempting to say “Come on man”? Just curious. If so, that would cause a problem because you would then have to define what the word “common” entails. Also, why would you leave women out of the opportunity to participate in your illegal scheme. That seems politically incorrect to me in today’s messed up world of political correctness.
