Can you name one single person associated with PRED today that was also involved at any level in the previous company that they acquired (GLHO) before changing the name to PRED? I didn’t think so.

There are many companies (on ALL of the exchanges) that have taken their companies public by acquiring the stock of a company that is already publicly traded and then changing the name and the classification of operations for the company. It is a faster and cheaper way to take your company public in that it saves tons of time and the associated listing fees are significantly lower. Bad example on your part. Try something else.
