I'm impressed. Well then, if most have missed it - let's shout about it and get the word out. We need to help Walt by pushing some thought-provoking conversation and news pieces forward, when and where we can.
You know Walt? You talk to Walt?
Well then, can you find out if and/or when the military contracts are going to come through and be announced?
It is, though it costs. See here: http://www.robobusiness2006.com/rb2006_registration.htm
Is this new news? This is the last paragraph taken from the latest PR that weo posted. I'm underlining the parts of this paragraph that I haven't yet seen or heard about until now. Has anyone else, or is this actually new news?
Weisel has 33 years' experience in control systems, robotics and automation, and introduced the world's first 100 percent voice-activated robotic arm and PC computer workstation for the severely disabled, including quadriplegics. He has been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards including Product of the Year Award for the State of Michigan and National Product of the Year Award. He was also awarded the Joseph F. Engelberger Award, which recognizes the most significant contribution to the advancement of robotics and automation in the service of mankind.
Weo, what did you decide about the possible visit to Pittsburgh for the RoboConference? I'm curious if anyone here on the board has plans to attend?
Stormy on the Raging Bull site posted this:
The piece also stated that the military was going from having 200 robots in the field in Iraq to having 4000 by the end of this year!
I love the sound of that!!! Thanks for the links. That was great to read. I wish I could see the video piece.
Gang, there's another Naples News article from 4/28/06, whose contents, I believe, may have gone unnoticed. It's actually one that I got very excited about, in a dollars and cents kind of way.
http://www.naplesnews.com/news/2006/apr/28/area_robotics_company_forms_two_alliances/?business
Let me paste one excerpt from this article here:
Founded in 2000, Mesa started small, selling only four or five robots in its first year, Jones said, but it has grown steadily since then. In the company’s best year, it sold 40 to 50 robots. Under the alliance with Innova, sales could grow to 1,000 annually, Jones said. He thinks that number can be achieved within 18 months.“We have all the pieces in place. All we need to do is start building,” Jones said.
* Now looking at those numbers, they're estimating a tremendous amount of growth. I don't know what their revenues look like at during a year where they sold 40-50 robots, but could you imagine what kind of revenue they'd have at sales of 1000 robots - and more importantly, what that means in revenue for Innova!?!?! This has to be huge.
* Now couple that with the $2MM in revenues they're targeting in the next 12 months with the CoroWare aquisition.
Riddle me this? Would anyone like to venture a guess as to what kind of revenues Innova may be seeing from the total of the 2 things (*) above in a 12-24 month timeframe? I would love to see the result of that in our share price!!!!
I really like your analogy Dansbridge - I too believe this sale might be over. All aboard! Walt's train should be leaving the station any day now...
Read the entire article, it's well worth the read. I must say thought that I love the last sentence in this article -
“There is light at the end of the tunnel and the tunnel isn’t as long as it seemed at times.”
New article about Innova in Naples News.

Right now, IVHG is the only one on my watch list. Considering how the overall market has been doing, I certainly don't think they'd be immune to the downturn, but I must say, "I am a victim of wishful thinking".
Would anyone like to speculate as to why news of another strategic alliance would cause more stock 'sales' as opposed to 'purchases'? I just don't understand why the share price keeps dipping in light of new news. It's disappointing.
Thanks Big_Money. I'm happy to be here amongst this intelligent and classy group of investors. I can't believe how much information 'of substance' exists here. It's impressive!!
I've been debating the same thing. I keep telling myself - "Go. If you get a chance, stop and talk to Walt and let him know that not only are his investors behind him - but in some cases, we follow him".
From your lips (or fingers, as it may be) to God's ears.
It feels like all the pieces are coming together!!!
EXACTLY - I wrote myself notes on it as I listened (I know I sound like a nerd) and next to that line is where I wrote - DETROIT. Who could benefit from a robotics network more than them at this particular time the way that industry is going??
Agreed, whole-heartedly.
I just wish it were sooner than later. And that's not because I want to pull my money out - not by a long shot - I just loved all that excitement that the moving stock price generated 2 weeks ago. I've been in it for a couple months now and LOVING every second of this.
If I only put this much effort into my work these days...
I figured a big Detroit automotive company - but that was just my gut instinct. I'll be looking forward to your follow-up.
Ditto - up'd my stake by another 200,000 shares. I'm a huge supporter of IVHG, and whether or not the market sees it, there's a huge future out there for robotics and space!!! In fact, I'm suprised this country isn't further along already.
I agree. Walt seems to have his 'next move' always in motion. Did anyone take notice to the part in the webcast speech where the facilitator asked Walt what their priorities were over the next 2 to 3 months, and Walt's first response was "Get some more facilities. We're outgrowing where we're at. Some of that has been offered to us by the state of Michigan, which would be a whole different kind of an announcement." It's clear that he's working on SO MUCH right now, and there's so much more to come in the way of 'per share price'.
Hello all. I'm looking for a fellow investor from this forum to assist me by posting a message for me on the Agoracom site - I'm having problems retrieving a validation code from them to complete my registration. In advance, I appreciate your help.
I've been doing some research for Fed Biz opportunities. I want to see if IVHG (et all subsidiaries) are/will be involved in submitting proposals for the following:

http://www.fbo.gov/spg/USA/USAMC/DAAB07/W15P7T%2D06%2DR%2DP225/SynopsisR.html
Another excerpt I'm curious about is as follows: In anticipation of the U.S. Navy Broad Area Maritime Surveillance(BAMS) Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) System Development and Demonstration (SDD) solicitation, the Chief of Naval Operations (Air Warfare Division) and Program Executive Officer for Strike Weapons and Unmanned Aviation (PEO(W)) (PMA263) have prepared a draft BAMS UAS Capabilities Development Document(CDD) for public release. The draft document may be downloaded from the BAMS UAS tab on the PMA263 public website at http://uav.navair.navy.mil. Direct link: http://uav.navair.navy.mil/new_bams/draftCDD041206.pdf.
My last question is as to whether or not they plan to participate in the ROBOTS 2006 exhibition, as will many of their competitors. http://www.roboticsonline.com/public/articles/index.cfm?cat=479
Forgive my lack of knowledge on this subject, but can someone actually define for me what "in production" means on this particular order? Does anyone know the details of how the URC is to be used? I found the initial announcement from that order "http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050516/78246.html" but it doesn't give any details as to who placed the order or how the URC would be used. It states that the order was from a "heavy equipment manufacturer in the Midwest" and also does on to say "details of the transaction were not disclosed". Is anyone here IN THE KNOW???
Hello all. I've actually been an investor for about 2 or 3 weeks now. What an exciting (and profitable) time this has shown itself to be. I've listened quietly to your posts since then and all I can say is that I have become that much more of an IVHG fan since becoming a reader to this board. I look forward to the new posts each day. I will become a more avid contributor to this forum as I become more knowledgeable in the content areas, but for now, I thought I would simply offer up my thanks for the information that this has provided for me. Till next time!
