Sorry if you already did, but could you post the link to dowling campaigning against CBD rich hemp?
This is the first I've heard of it, and admittedly I haven't been very active lately due to working crazy hours in my busy season. but very interested in looking into this. Last I heard they were transitioning to growing in usa and have only heard them lobby for high quality cbd.
I doubt he's name calling. wolfman gives a lot of nick names and catch phrases 'you understand'. gotta love him. does lots of research. but I didn't read what he wrote, so could be wrong.
I just explained why I thought CW applied. Good reason, no?
Im not ignoring Tlry, I said they uplisted prior to having anything to do with CBD.
I do consider other reasons beside the FDA, but i'm dumbfounded as to what. Initially it was Farm Bill, which takes us to January 2019. I do think MONA was a big part of the delay. I also think Mona's retirement was to remedy a Nasdaq requirement along with hiring CFO, CEO, new auditing firm, etc. All steps along the way. But I don't know what's holding up CV's uplisting since then(spring). All I can speculate is that its FDA due to the gray area of full CBD legality. And simply stated that i'd be very worried about CV if I saw CW had uplisted to NASDAQ.
And as of today, CV has not been denied either, which I think they would have been denied if the reason were Mona at this point.
and apologies for saying CW has been saying its in the works. I've asked twice and both times, I've gotten this response from a credible CW investor...…so I believed it.

They are in process of Nasdaq/NYSE application not slipping at all they also applied to TSX . Great news uplist to TSX.
CW has been saying applying 'is in the works' for over 6 months now. Do you know that they haven't applied? Is that fact? Why wouldn't they apply?
I'm not bashing CW at all, I never have and never will, i'm almost 50-50 invested with both co's and wish I had moved more over here. I just stated that until I see a company like CW uplisted to the NASDAQ or NYSE, then I have zero worries about CV or zero reason to not believe the holdup is CBD's full legality(FDA).
CV applied last July(2018) I think. Its assumed that they had to wait for farm bill 1/1/19, then after that FDA came out and announced that they are not ok with CBD yet(for crooked big pharma in their pocket reasons). If it were MONA, they would've rejected CV long ago. Which hasn't happened.
Tilray had uplisted prior to their CBD investment, right? Theres another part-CBD company that had uplisted prior to its CBD investment as well.
Im not going to argue about it and obv you are annoyed. I was just replying because its of my opinion that uplist hold up is FDA. and disagreed with what you said about Mona, but also said its interesting what you said.
As far as the other post regarding what CV said about CBD quality, etc. I don't know enough about that to comment.
Then why isn't CW on Nasdaq?
There are no US THC companies that have uplisted to Nasdaq either.
I have to disagree. Full legality of CBD in the states is what is preventing CV and CW from uplisting.
Very interesting point, luckily significantly reduced my holdings at CV prior to earnings.
Until I see CW uplist or another pure play CBD company uplist, I don't see this as an issue and only as speculation. Still of the opinion that CBD wont uplist until fda or at least safebanking.
'When did I last post on curlf board??
In May lol '' Balding, just now.

This is a good co.
I haven’t looked st the report yet
But I see it will be time to reload soon.
Oh lemme guess, you changed your mind and sold at the all time high.
Busted in lie #2
Go back to hiding.
you sold high 4's because you fell victim to V's shananigans. then lost your shirt on curaleaf and igc.
I and most others waited for the run and sold high 5's.
Yes, I held my long shares at 4 and should've flipped them yesterday. But no worries, we'll be back...and they are looong shares.
how convenient that you disappeared for months. again, pathetic.
says the guy who pumped 'the leaf' at $11..currently down 32% from there
and pumped IGC at $2.45. down 50% from there
and pumped ycbd….roller coaster ride which went from 4.50 to 6.50 to 4.00 and is finally going back up.
so who's curve are we behind?
cweb? $15 to 25 to 13 to 25 to $20
seems everyone is lame with poor managers.
Did you act like this when CW went from $25 to $15?
It’s a bit overboard imo
This sell off has happened the past few financials too. I’m surprised and upset, but the sky is not falling!
Hahaha, hahahaha.
Some bash, some mock, some manipulate, some mislead, some lie....BUT THIS? Hahahaha.
The revs are legit and just getting started.
Talk about nonsense.
He was better when he got his 2nd chance.
Agreed! Zack is on crack.
15% +/- increase from last quarter is great imo. a profit is great too considering all of their expansion costs they are absorbing.
remember that these added stores are only selling topicals(a very small portion of our sales). wait for when they are selling the cbd oil!
this definitely makes me more confident.
nice, i like it, hopefully its enough to gain attention
BadKarma'Kyle', not Carl. Mixing one of the worst with one of the best.
Today after close they announce q2 financials
agree 100%.
If this had run up prior to earnings I would've sold 1/2 of my shares today and bought back in later...because it seems like we come in below the expectations each quarter and it hurts us.
But it sure seems that we are already on or near the floor, so even if actual is below the estimates, it shouldn't hurt this share price too much.
We'll have to get some serious attention with either an uplist or blowout revenues to move up much.
With that said, the future is very very bright and our day in the sun will come.
And expanding space 500%
THIS IS HOW...eventually.
CV Sciences, Inc. Expands Operations with New Production and Warehousing Facility to Support Worldwide Growth Opportunities
Facility Expansion Increases Hemp CBD Oil Production and Warehousing/Fulfillment Capacity by More Than 500 Percent
SAN DIEGO, July 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CV Sciences ( CVSI
), Inc. (the “Company”, “CV Sciences”, “our”, “us” or “we”), a preeminent supplier and manufacturer of hemp cannabidiol (CBD) products through its industry-dominating brand, PlusCBD™ Oil, today announced the expansion of its operations with a new production and warehouse facility.
The 45,500 square foot facility will expand the Company’s capacity for hemp CBD oil production, warehousing and fulfillment by more than 500 percent to meet growing retailer and consumer demand for PlusCBD™ Oil products. The facility, located in San Diego, is expected to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2019 and will support CV Sciences’ U.S. and international expansion opportunities.
“Our recently announced U.S. hemp sourcing initiative combined with this facility and capacity expansion positions CV Sciences ( CVSI
) for continued rapid domestic growth, while ensuring we are well-positioned to capitalize on the international opportunities we are currently exploring,” said Joseph Dowling, Chief Executive Officer. “The distribution of PlusCBD™ Oil products into national retailers in the Food, Drug and Mass (FDM) channel is growing significantly, yet we are still in the early stages of growth. Despite more than doubling the number of stores carrying our industry leading products to 4,591 stores in the first six months of this year, we see a significant runway for additional growth, including increasing our domestic and international store count, as well as broadening product SKUs with our retail partners.”
They announced Kroger a couple of weeks ago and we did bump up 10%+ to 4.70's, but dropped back soon afterwards.
Today's announcement about expanding Kroger wasn't released until end of day. Hopefully we get a bump tomorrow from it.
But yes, suspiciously strange this stock is.
So does the Ohio news = all Ohio stores will sell more than just topicals?
A few here, including myself, have been writing the admins when he shows up and letting them know that hes BKK under a new name. Im sure if enough of us do it, they'll have to do something about it. Its pretty obvious and hes also the one having posts deleted, so that's further proof of guilt.
greedy(jk). 3.99 is a gift. wish I had more cash.
CVS removing curaleaf from their shelves. ouch.
should've happened long ago when curaleaf dropped the secret that cvs is carrying their products.
this curaleaf news may hurt the stock market today...but long term it only helps CVSI...showing that he who follows rules and uses highest quality products is he whom prevails.
ER on august 6th. woot woot
even worse....imagine having a large stake in GBLX!
CVSI is doing just fine.
Looks like a great time to buy!
I've reloaded at these bargain prices.
It'll run up into the ER...hopefully past it as well.
Can I ask a stupid question?
I'm somewhat new to both Medi & Valen. Seems like there is more hype around V...growing quick with nice 8 million quarter.
Medi 'should' do between 3-4 times that revenue this q, no?
My dumb question is why are we only slightly higher in market cap?
Health store professionals know. That’s one reason why they promote pluscbd...
Worldwide...international...opportunities
Sky is the limit.
I'll go 15,700,000. Being conservative this time. Hope i'm way low.
So is CWEB making up their numbers too? They're doing over 20mil per quarter in sales of CBD/hemp products. Seeing CVSI and CWEB are the 2 top dogs of CBD sales....if you call 1 out on sales, you are calling both out.
Maybe CWEB, CVSI, their auditors, our auditors and the SEC are all involved in a conspiracy to inflate this market.
I 100% without ANY doubt believe CVSI will hit 60million in 2019...CBD is everywhere, it works, I've talked to store managers, I've heard many success stories, its all over the news and I use it and believe in it myself. CVSI has the highest rated CBD product in quality and safety. There are tests and awards and certificates they are winning.
Maybe all the health stores, the news, the CBD analysts, the testers, the doctors and the millions of people that its helping are also involved in a conspiracy to promote this snake oil.
Welcome to 2019.
Why isn't 60 million possible? over 14million past 2 quarters each, extrapolated over a year with minimal growth is 60 million. They'll do a hell of a lot more than 60 million in 2019.
He's just on here every day all day, posting many negative posts per day about a product that he doesn't take and a brand that he doesn't like, while supporting other brands of cbd, because he does it for free....
and in his own words....because a bunch of people laughed at him a year ago, so he's out to prove them wrong, even though hes been proven wrong 95% of the time since then.
yup, just a hobby for free.
But yes, the stuff is great. I take 30 mgs gold per day to help take the place of Zoloft, which I was taking for over 4 years, to help with anxiety and stress.
Let’s straighten this out.
You called out cvsi yesterday morning out of the blue for having European hemp from an unknown origin and that importing it hurt their margins and they were importing it illegally.
You were then made to look very very silly because an hour later cvsi announces that they are going UNited states.
Eating crow with egg all over your face...you spin it and twist it to try to say that ‘the board’ says Europe has the safest hemp so US hemp is now bad. So which is it?
The board never said Europe has the safest. The board has only stated that cvsi has the safest based upon their awards, toxicology reports, recognition and GRAS. I myself have said that they can grow their hemp on the moon as long as it’s the same product plus cbd has been making.
Their product is the best because it’s their product, the way they extract it, the way they store and handle it, the equipment they use, and many other variables that I don’t know because I’m not a scientist. All I know is that it’s the highest quality and safest product out of them all. I’m sure they can grow the same exact hemp here as they did there.
You failed at your attempt to discredit them. Man up and stop trying to spin it, we all see what you’re doing.
