I must emphasize that these are only rumors I’ve read across YouTube and Twitter comments so they can’t be taken at face value. In a September Facebook post Fat Shark was eyeing a full commercial release by spring 2021.
https://m.facebook.com/FatSharkRC/posts/3150724815054590
Shark Byte rumored to be released either next month or Jan. Those kits sold on getfpv at the beginning of the month were beta.

Also opens up multiple potential brick and mortar avenue’s for future products/growth
RR is teamed up with T2M for global controller push. Not sure entirely what the % of ownership RR still has in controller but it is a RR product...
Nothing to do with fat shark, just a solid source of revenue in growing mobile egaming market...
From the discussion tab - Question about the valuation:
LLLeonardo Lee
Hi. I have some revenue questions to see how you got to a 50M valuation: -When did you start generating revenue? -What's your lifetime revenue? -What's your YTD revenue? -What are your revenue goals for the next 5 years? I want to have an idea of what kind of growth you are envisioning for the company. Thanks.
FTFraser Townley works at T2M
Dear Leonardo,
First, thank you so much for your interest in T2M, and thank you for your great questions.
The company was formed in the spring of 2018 and was revenue-generating in that year. Our lifetime revenue to the end of 2019 was $1.1M and our YTD revenue doubles our lifetime number to over $2.5M with the largest selling period still ahead of us.
The principle support of our valuation is that we are currently generating revenue, we have a strong product distribution position for this current upcoming holiday season, and we continue our ongoing worldwide expansion of the distribution channel. Furthermore, our product is extremely well placed to capitalize on Apple’s recent launch of their iPhone 12 devices being that the entire range is 5G and able to exploit more cloud gaming options than ever before.
We studied the PE ratios of comparable companies in our orbit and decided to calculate on a lower than average PE to ascertain our proposed value.
We believe the prospects to be incredibly strong for T2M Sports Inc for which investors in T2M, LLC receive a considerable discount.
Thank you again for your interest and hope we have answered your questions sufficiently.
Fraser Townley President
Also relationship with ESL could be huge...
Off topic - Randomly just found this googling the RR controller - 47.5 million valuation
https://netcapital.com/companies/t2m
Check the slides...#1 selling controller on Amazon, sold at 500 Apple stores world wide, 850 Best Buys - launching at additional 250 gaming centered stores, 100 Nordstrom’s, Will be sold at 900 targets (in time for the holidays) and a Verizon announcement pending...
I’m wondering if they are waiting to announce it alongside the shark byte product release
I was able to find it in stock for a day last week @
https://www.getfpv.com/fat-shark-shark-byte-digital-hd-video-system.html
Not sure if they are offering it anywhere else yet, not a listed product on RR or RDQ. Definitely looks like a step down from DJI but does offer cheaper HD alternative. Seeing mixed reviews on YouTube. Hope they are trying to enter it into the enterprise space...I believe they are still working on a latency issue, not entirely sure.
Not sure on an official announcement but on https://www.redcatholdings.com/ they are now 3rd company listed on the company map.
From the s-1 form, so 10/30
So I’m guessing sometime in December/early Jan, we will file an amended s1a and seek the Q uplist?
Usually takes about 4 weeks to get a statement back from the SEC before the amended s1/a
DRL second event - 4 million viewers on twitter
Up 1.5 million from last week..
It has definitely felt livelier around here since the Fat Shark announcement that is for sure. Noticeable uptick in volume daily. Just how big of a break out we will get from that single catalyst, I'm unsure. I'm hoping enough to get us atleast 3-4 so we can uplist ;)
I think we'll get the even "bigger" breakout when the forth acquisition is announced and dronebox gets released. Whether or not they happen quickly after eachother, who tf knows. We've all watched this paint dry for almost 3 years together (lol love you all family) but we can all feel that it's close. The breakout has to be this or next quarter.
Don't forget the election is next Tuesday, markets are going to be uncertain. Especially if it's contested. I would not blame them slow playing the other catalysts into December but I do hope/believe Fat Shark is going to be the turning point of something. GLTA

DRL just posted this link about Chris Bosh being dean of DRL Academy. DRL sim to be used in STEM programs.
DRL first race has 2.5 million views on twitter alone :)
Industry is growing - gamers and students stuck at home will continue to provide a boost. DRL is making a big educational push, Chris Bosh is now the “dean” of DRL academy. Things are looking bright in the background. As investor pointed out government grants and VC funding are making their way over to the industry.
If DJI wanted to go public they would just file. No way Frank Wang gives away billions like that.
How about RCAT becomes a trusted US technology partner With DJI. Fat shark starts using DJI HD modules in their digital system, that is something more believable IMO
New Instagram update from DRL also gonna be broadcasted on Facebook, Sky sports, Fox racing, AB, 7MAXX and ESPN Brazil.
Bring those viewers and gamers our way!
DRL season starts this Wednesday. Season will be virtual due to covid, to be played on DRL SIM and will be broadcasted on NBCSN and Twitter at 9 PM ET
12 pilots - 16 levels - Point system
In case anyone is worried about loss of interest - DCL (Drone Champions League) virtual season has seen massive viewership growth
https://dcl.aero/virtual-viewership-2020/
7 pm coffee is no good ;)
Affirm should drive more sales - especially going into the holidays. They are the same web loan service that peloton uses (Affirm rumored to go public sometime - valued somewhere around 10 B)
This could really help us capture a wider audience of sales and consumer. Our next newest drone (HD1xr) is 619$ (built and tuned, we also sell the kit for cheaper) - if you were to include a DJI or fat shark package you can easily see consumers spending 1200-1500$. This stuff ain't cheap and adds up quickly...
On the education front, drone racing racing league posted an instagram video 4 days ago of pilots (nurk and vanover included) doing some sort of education program with what looked like a highschool or STEM program. Looked very cool, you should check it out.
Rotor Riot store now allowing customers to pay for products in monthly installments via Affirm!
DJIGLOBAL shared a rotorriot video yesterday of drones chasing a rocket on Instagram (from their most recent episode)
Seems like they aren’t too upset at us for going after fat shark :)
Rotor Riot also made an Instagram post today welcoming fatshark to their parent organization red cat holdings. Seems like they have been listening to your frustrations:)
Yessir ;)
One thing I should probably note for those unaware as well:
Drone racing league uses Fat Shark googles.
For anyone interested in Shark Byte - It’s Fat Shark’s HD digital system
You may have already heard the exciting news that Fat Shark is joining forces with Rotor Riot as a Red Cat Holdings portfolio company. Before you break out in reactions ranging from "AWESOME" to "You sellouts!" - let us explain to you why this is great for the FPV community.
First, we can not do the heavy lifting to make advanced digital products on our own. We have been working on Shark Byte for over two years and it is finally good enough to release, but nowhere near its potential. This partnership will let us inject capital and team up with other passionate FPVers like @Drew Camden and @Chad Kapper to make extraordinary systems.
So - you might be inclined to ask - why not raise venture funds or private equity money?
Greg has been building products for 12 years now and cares about the community. As we have explored ways to help accelerate the digital transformation, it has been important for him to see a way for the FPV community to be involved as well. Red Cat has publicly-traded stock and financials. That allows the community to own the future of the sport and drive accountability that is not possible with other financing options.
So - what happens next?
Honestly, only good things. We are launching Shark Byte this month to the Byte Frost Beta community and will build out digital offerings from there if everything goes as well as we expect. Over the next few months, we will work closely with the Red Cat team to expand our digital roadmap and get to work making the next generation of FPV products.
Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement as we try to keep options alive in FPV.

PR from fatshark facebook and instagram. Wonder what this shark byte is? Also, I wonder what DJI thinks of this? Technically we just bought a competitor. Perhaps the two will partner?
We now have 10 million dollars in revs as Investor pointed out pre dronebox (if deal closes) Current market cap @ 1$ = 20 million...plus our low float, this thing is gonna get juicy with a few more catalysts.
They said the pipeline was gonna be fun in the second half of year. DRL kicking off in a couple weeks, we are still sitting on another potential acquisition announcement. Management owns around 65% of this thing, no way they R/S again. Thompson said he’d prefer “organic growth” as opposed to another R/S, these things take time. People seem to think this stuff happens over night, it’s nice to see things coming about and If these companies didn’t think they could get paid off shares they wouldn’t be selling. The noise is real. Can’t say this will be the next industry leader but I do think there will be a pay day coming for those averaged low enough. All the pain we have endured was worth it.
I wish I could buy you all a beer (shorties included) it’s been a fun road. I think it’s time to board the HypeTrain.
Well, things just got interesting. Fat shark ain’t no joke.

Something like 95/130 IPO'S were up an average of 63% this year last friday.
Usually in a "good" regular market for IPO's, A little more than half are green. IF RCAT really gets this uplist while everything is trading on crazy speculation who even knows what could happen. SPACS are acting stupid. Imagine the robin hoodies pumping this, People are paying an arm and a leg for software, cloud and data. We are all 3. I can't say RCAT will be the next drone industry leader but for Thompson to have seen the need and this coming, I have to to give it to him.
Given our exposure to DRL viewers and social media presence (RR, RR pilot subscribers, Over 600 K total if count all of them, granted I'm sure there is some crossover so let's just say 250 K potential users) we are a threat to our competitors which should drive value should they ever release the damn product. I've been okay with waiting because sometimes the less people know the better and I have seen enough progress in the background to tell me this is a legit company. It is its infancy BUT growing and most importantly here is the potential VALUE OF DATA. Giving "freemium access" allows us to capture more and more of it. If they really are sitting and waiting drop a big name or two as a client, this will legitimatize everything instantiously and make us an industry player overnight. Thompson said they were doing case studies with DISH, just to name a name for us on the call. Who oddly enough were rumored to be thinking about partnering with amazon back in 2017 for drones and connectivity...
https://www.bizjournals.com/seattle/news/2017/07/13/amazon-dish-network-wireless-phones-homes-drones.html
https://www.cnbc.com/2017/07/06/amazon-and-dish-network-could-be-exploring-wireless-partnership-report-says.html#:~:text=The%20Wall%20Street%20Journal%20reported,interest%20in%20space%20and%20robotics.
For the record, I am not saying we are scoring the amazon contract at all but DISH should be recognized as a potential player and if we're doing stuff with the likes of them, who knows what other companies we've been offering our services to. He told us about DISH before we found the DOT UAV Blockchain paper. Just to add some sort of legitimacy to his claim.
Thompson & Co. realize the payday is bigger than just a couple a million here, me thinks they get paid. Who knows how much longer this market can sustain its self even after the next potential stimulus? next summer maybe? Surely, it's gotta be this quarter or next for us? I'm sure they feel that way too. Too many uncertainties going into the future, especially with credit tightening.
I wonder what the move is, Uplist or get bought out by a SPAC before we hit the QQQ? ;)
Shit, we even have more on paper than nikola ever did LOL

This is not investment advice GLTA
Nurk is hosting a DRL sim session tonight from 7-8 pm ET on twitch as expected. I imagine Vanover will follow in the next week or two.
Did some digging on the DRL youtube channel, Nurk has been very active with them over the years and most recently held the U.S. Air Force DRL SIM Flight School (flight instruction series) this summer.
With Nurk on the roster alongside Vanover and Bardwell this will give us an even wider social influence. Think about it, we now have the 2018 and 2020 DRL champion on the RR lineup.
Dronebox CUSTOMER ACQUISITION model is -
early adopters, top pilots/beta users (natural Influencers)
Free Accounts for Race and Freestyle Pilots
Viral Elements: Social pilot interaction, share analytics, drone video
Partnerships: Low Cost Customer Acquisition
--------
With the addition of viral elements and having these pilots endorse dronebox we could really build a solid user base if they finally release the damn thing (sometime during DRL season would be good no?)
Rotor Riot's hype train motors and cl1 frame included in DRL sim drone designer among others.
https://thedroneracingleague.com/dronedesigner/
DRL kicks off in roughly one month - a week after F1 esports series first event.
DRL sim xbox release today
DRL posted this link in their IG bio today - includes Instagram filters for Nurk and Vanover among a few other pilots
https://linkpaw.com/drl
DRL is having phuluxy run a twitch promo sometime today where users can watch or compete against him. I would imagine they would have the other pilots host a session at some point as well, will keep you updated.
Drone racing league SIM releases tomorrow on XBOX. With XCloud now live (Microsoft's gaming cloud - think netflix for video games available to play on MOBILE) I wonder if we could push the licensing for our controller further?
DRL is having promotional live streams with pilots on twitch to support the game. Would be cool to see Vanover or Nurk be included, perhaps we might even have skins for them on the controllers to come some day?
With mobile gaming becoming such a massive market, our controller could provide a huge boost in sales. Think about it, 100,000 controllers sold worldwide would be 4.99 million. That's really not that far fetched over the course of a couple years if we can lock more partnerships outside of the F1 and DRL.
Since investor posted that amazon RR controller link we have received over 300 more reviews there. While we are a drone first company, this is another market that could be very lucrative. Just something to note.
Agreed. Was hoping for another “end of 2020” confirmation at least. There is some good however - Revs are up 35.7% over last quarter (with 77 K still in deposits (check liability’s I think it’s over double last qtr was roughly 35 K)) and there’s no mention of the Renault F1 partnership as it was announced in August. Also no mention of the addition of Nurkfpv to RR’s roster. Our provisional patent is up in November from the 10k, I think we heat up soon.

It's the quarter ending 7/31 so some of the months were affected? It mentions a December fiscal year end which we don't have so I don't know if it applies. Guess we'll see if it's this Monday or next? GLTA
No you’re right. My brain hurts. So this Monday then? Weird cause it’s listed on BB as 9/28
Correct, would be 15 days 9/29. BLOOMBERG showing Q1 announcement - 9/28 however...Makes it a Monday...Maybe that's a good thing?
