Went back and checked fat shark tweets after acquisition was announced - "will be working with rotor riot to build better FPV products AS WELL as expand into enterprise training and field solutions"

Really hope they are able to integrate the byte frost chips with drone box shortly after launch. Not sure how long they have been working with each other before the merger, they could be further along than we know. Thompson said the second half of the year would be exciting back in April, I'm sure this acquisition didn't just come out of the blue as it gives us access to a large chip manufacturer and customer base.

As for now, I guess we watch more paint dry. We should be hearing back from the SEC in the next few weeks.
