I sure would like to know who keeps selling. The volume has been better but someone is consistently selling everyday. I know Punchy said his guy was almost done but someone else must be selling that has quite a few shares. The only thing I can think is Gorman made a deal with the Xooma people and is helping them get shares at good prices. Just a thought. I have no idea, really.
Gary, there is a lysine you can buy online or at wholefooods called superlysine. It's works even better than plain lysine.
I'm sure the Xooma people have a handle on how much they are selling and can predict fairly accurately futre sales. If I were the Xooma people and saw Kardiazyme sells doing really well I'd start buying shares of this stock. Make money both ways. I don't know if they can do this because of insider information but I'm sure their friends could. If their network people started picking up shares we could really fly.
Nice work Amigo et al. It sure is nice to be able to read a message board without a bunch a idiots posting. Everyone from RB that has a brain should start posting over here and ignore Turkeyblather and the other buffoons.
I have a feeling Ed knows exactly who's selling and why. It feels like their are games being played with this. This is B.S.
When is this endless selling going to stop. Someone obviously doesn't believe in the story and dumps some shares every day.
Aren't you guys just a little worried that someone has been selling massive amounts of shares over the last few months. They obviously don't see the same promise you guys do about this company.
Anyone know what the float is and the authorized and outstanding number of shares?
How far do we drop here. I'm out but looking to get back in. I would like to see it drop under 2 but it depends on what happens to the price of Uranium and Oil.
I sold when we took a 20% dip but have been looking to get back in. It looks like the end of yesterday and this a.m. were good entry points. If oil continues to climb you will see nuclear go up as well. There saying oil could be 100 dollars a barrel by summer. If that happens you will see this uranium companies skyrocket.
On the Yahoo board they are saying that Carlos Slim has taken a position in URRE. I'm thinking that Cameco may have there eyes on URRE as a takeover target.
It's clear there is some major money behind this. How high do they want to take this. I remember when this was 8 bucks a share back when uranium was hopping. They've actually made more progress in some ways than they had back then. What will happen when they go into production again?
More shares but more money also. They held the line on the sell off yesterday. There is some big money behind this. I think this one is moving higher.
I still would like to know where these shares are coming from everytime MZEI hits the 30-32 range. Someone has a large position and there are keeping this down. Why?
If Hoyt and Ed are selling their making it much more difficult to raise money for the company. There would be a lot less dilution if they needed more money. If this were selling at 75 cents to a dollar rather than at 25 cents we could raise alot more cash with alot less dilution. Their hurting all the little guys if this is the truly the case. Someone is relentless in selling their shares here.
Sorry to burst your bubble Phrantic but I haven't posted for quite some time and it was happening all through that time. Some big shareholder is making millions off of all the little guys. The question is who is it and when are they going to stop?
That's my question Gelati. Who keeps sucking off the Medizone Teet. This seller has been here forever and they don't seem to want to go away. Whoever it is has lots and lots of shares so it has to been one of the big boys. He's probably the same guy whose puts the damper on things when the share price hits the low 30's.
This is great news today. No reason for Fristche to come on now unless something is in the hopper as he could have rejoined awhile back. Looks for big things here shortly. I just gettin that feelin.
Whatisvalue is making some excellent posts. It's a pretty big leap from being a fireman to managing a company that's trying to break into the medical field with a unique appliance that needs to have sufficient data to show the medical field that it does what it's proponents say it does. I seriouly doubt if Ed Marshall knows much about managing a company that actually is becoming successful. He mostly has spent his time trying to raise money to keep the company going. His expertise is in that field not keeping an ongoing company in business. I agree with Whatisvalue. Medizone definitely needs to bring in some people who are qualified to run a company. They need to have people in place before they are succesful not wait until they are successful. If they really have what they say they have it shouldn't be very hard to raise capital to get that done.
The supposed competitors that Tryn put forward are a joke. It's the other big hitters out there that could be doing some things out of sight but it probably isn't likely.
I think the reason we don't see this thing skyrocketing on this volume is they are getting their warrants exercised and in place before they run it. I would guess we are sitting on all kinds of news since we went into hibernation because of the Quirk lawsuit. The big players are getting their ducks in a row before the big push otherwise we'd already be at 30 cents with this volume. If we hang around the 20 cents level for a few more million shares I would bet money that they(more likely Quirk) are getting their warrants in place. JMHO
IS Quirk exercising his warrants?
Activity has picked up a bit. Do you think Quirk's deal was the door opener for this activity?
The question is "What is Roth Capital Partners strategy with their newly acquired 26 million shares?" Are they going to ding us to death or will they hold and help get the share price up. If oil keeps moving up, Uranium will follow but Uranium should be getting some love sooner rather than later as many countries are moving to build new nuclear reactors.
Where is all this 30 cent stock coming from. One of our esteemed Medizone supporters?
How the hell did this Dory acquire 31,500,000 shares of stock for 5000 bucks? Read the filings.
Are they going to dilute this thing into oblivion. 9 million for general purposes? what a joke? This is like their own personal piggy bank.
Is this what your talking about?
March 31, 2010 and December 31, 2009
NOTE F - COMMON STOCK TRANSACTIONS
In January 2009, the Company issued an aggregate 2,118,506 shares of restricted,
unregistered common stock in connection with the redemption of $1,550 in
convertible debenture debt. As the conversion price was below the "fair value"
of the securities issued, the Company experienced a non-cash charge to
operations of approximately $568 which was classified as "interest expense" in
the accompanying financial statements.
On March 26, 2010, LJII issued a Debenture Conversion Notice to the Company for
the conversion of $32,000 of the outstanding debenture balance into 3,902,439
shares of the Company's common stock. This conversion was completed on April 12,
2010 with the delivery of the shares to LJII. As the conversion price was below
the "fair value" of the securities issued, the Company experienced a non-cash
charge to operations of approximately $57,760 which will be classified as
"interest expense" in the financial statements for the quarter ended March 31,
2010.
In conjunction with conversions from 2008 through 2010, a continued disagreement
exists between LCII and the Company's management over the requirements of the
contractual mandatory exercise of approximately 475,500 warrants related to the
conversion of an aggregate $45,500 of the debenture balance. The disputed
balance on this transaction is approximately $475,500 due to the Company on
contractually exercisable warrants by LCII. There is a remote possibility that
this delinquency could be deemed a default by LCII by the Company's management.
The Company's management is investigating potential remedies to this situation.
Jesus, someone did not like that reverse split at all. Dumping big time. Millions of old shares.
This was not a bright move unless they have solid news to follow it up. I've seen reverse splits work but only when followed by lots of buying or good news. I don't see any news yet. Let's hope there is some buying.
Nice volume today. Are they getting ready to run this by getting their buddies in?
New poster here but long time follower. It would seem to me that slowly diluting the shares every two weeks will put downward pressure on the share price unless they have good news to keep the price moving up. Am I right?
Volume is fairly low. There's just no support. Maybe whoever was supporting this got tired to the selling and just stepped aside. It will be interesting to see how many shares this person has to sell. We've had much bigger volume days than today.
big jump up in the last few minutes. Can they keep it going? Have you guys checked out QPSA. They have a social networking site for hispanics and they're selling for over 5 bucks a share. They only have 13 million outstanding but if these guys can get this off the ground 50 cents could be an easy target.
If they go to the Cornell types of funding look out below. Over the years I've seen them ruin many a company. They will dilute you into oblivion.
I have no proof. Just a gut feeling how these big blocks keep coming out without an increase in the share price. One good thing though, someone is buying all these shares. That's a good sign in my opinion.
This smells more like warrants being exercised to me.
This feels like more warrants being exercised? Just a guess though.
Any ideas why they need to have such a large shelf registration Copper Ken? Are they buying more property or leases?
So much for that idea. What the hell are they trying to do. They just got approved for 33 million and now they want to sell shares for 25 more million. Not helpful for the share price at all.
