This is just another P&D...The pump & dumps are making the rounds on penny stocks, it begins on social media like Twitter, FB, etc. where it’s frontrun, accumulated, and then released as a "pick". Yes but is not anything new for this ticker. They announced blockchain tech for healthcare services a long time ago...so what has changed now after this was a zombie for so long?

I don't know whats going on but after holding on to this zombie for 2 years I somehow managed to unload all of my shares for a profit....and to think i had kissed that money goodbye. What a wonderful surprise.

I could be wrong but wasn't part of the agreement that JCP would be required to establish and setup business operations for them. Why wouldn't they start now?
