Isn't a 10Q due in days and another revenue report right behind it?
Added...yes I agree retrace to .03s then onto the .05s by Monday.
What's driving it is news is forthcoming, but beside that probably that big lender (?) has dumped most of the shares they were holding and is laying off over the holiday...either way congrats to those who picked up shares while it was hitting a low just under .013...I think this will all shake out by the beginning of January (if it hasn't already?) and we'll be moving to the .05s and higher as the incoming revenues are posted.
There will be no "improved" 10Q early next year because they will not have sold, by that point, a single OUNCE of SHRIMP.
So ridiculous how manipulated stockholders are on this, and have been for years with the same story wash, rinsed and repeated...there appears no interest in commercially selling any of the shrimp out of this facility, only convincing investment for "research" into extremely expensive patent-applicable science that is likely outside the means of the small aqua farms that could benefit, and of course the obvious would be they themselves should be SELLING THEIR SHRIMP according to the original plan that seems sideswiped, yet again. They've pushed up the commercialization, any sort of harvesting and sales, until April of next year (just as we were supposed to see such sales begin April of this year) with the excuse of the quarantine setback when that ended within plenty of time for a beginning of year harvesting. We are being played while they then use the same story as a "new story" to finance from even more investors, diluting the price more after the 20 plus million sunk into this venture since they started. I pulled my shares, in fact, because I'm unfortunately convinced there is no interest in ever seeing shareholders profit off of any profit they don't need to or intend to make actually selling shrimp, while f&t continues to benefit financially and from use of naturalshrimp's facility to research off the largesse of shareholders when shareholders don't seem to compute that we are not SHAREHOLDERS in F&T, yet it seems F&T is our only communication to "how things are going"? I will check in to see if any of this nonsense has ended after January.
Thank you. All I can say is WOW! The only regret I've ever had about buying into VRUS has been selling early on...every time it's surprised me and I've had seller regret. Look forward to the 10k coming in less than 45 days and the subsequent yearly.
Thank you! Someone mentioned the Nutribrand revenues should show up at that time as well.
Isn't a Q10 coming out in January in the meantime?
Revenue jumped (by almost 2 million) from last 10-Q. TY for posting.
Hate to say "I told you so," but well, I told you so. Fundamentals are fundamentals, no matter the game playing, THE pushing the price down a couple of weeks with big sells by larger investors...there will always be NEW BUYERS to take up the slack. The company is one of the few SEC COMPLIANT, BURGEONING MILLIONS IN REVENUE, on the otc. It is normal for it to bounce around in increments of a penny, but ultimately it will continue to RISE. And I repeat, everytime I've sold VRUS I've had huge regrets. I learned my lesson by this round and am happily still sitting on all my shares, including the ones I purchased in the past week at its low. THANK YOU VRUS.
Fundamentals the same this is a game to get the price down for big pockets. This is an atypical company that is not just already SEC compliant, but is reporting burgeoning revenue into the millions. Don't get manipulated out of shares when we are on the cusp of what will likely be a dramatic reversal over the next couple of months.
Thank you.
Agreed. And in general the hysteria over any otc moving moving up and down in increments of a penny is absurd. Either you like the company and its fundamentals and put in just enough that it won't impact your portfolio one way or another or you don't invest in it at all, because all these startups are going to move like this at many points while they hopefully establish themselves. If anyone sees any reason this venture is going to crumple and fold tomorrow, or its burgeoning revenue is going to collapse, I'd be the first to sell. But that isn't the case here, is it?
9 million volume isn't too low at 11:30 am to indicate a lack of interest or that this won't be a likely momentum later in day...and the answer is we're between reports, between catalyst prs, people are holding their shares, selling before the holidays, reacting to the impeachment nonsense, buying back at the bottom. Nothing odd going on in my opinion considering what has been going on in the entire market with the trade agreements pending and the other political shite.
TY for the cheap shares. Laughing over here at how easily people scare when absolutely nothing has changed with the fundamentals of this company with the monstrously huge potential and expanding business and revenue, a full reporting company on the OTC no less...find anything close to this. See you all at the bounce up to .05 and higher. And ty to the savvy charting guy who predicted the .013 bottom.
Well, each time it did retrace within a day or two and not only have I regretted selling, I've regretted not picking up more shares when it did this. I mean the volume is like 7 million right now...it's not like people aren't interested in this stock, or forget the people behind this company are the real deal or the revenue keeps increasing. If they borrowed and those sorts of investors sold a chunk today, this too shall pass. This stock has been hovering waiting for new reports to be posted...I can wait.
I've regretted selling vrus every time. There's no reason to not expect the revenues to continue to increase and with each report a retrace to the higher levels and beyond. I am not seeing other OTC reporting companies like this already pulling in this kind of dough.
Grabbed my attention. Nice movement.
Solid .0054-.0055
When is the next 10Q due?
10K due out January. TY for that info. People should keep accumulating and not listen to the noise. This company's legit revenue keeps rising...how many otc stocks can claim they're already pulling in millions???
They are completely legit I also checked as anyone can that they are fully reporting on the SEC. We'll see movement on this with confirmation of closing on their current deal that will be bringing another revenue stream into what appears to be a lucrative and growing frozen food and sundry distribution business currently operating in one of the most populated regions of America...and consider this: How many OTC companies are already pulling in revenue in the millions?
But as of this week they have 9 ec units installed into tanks. That's five more than in March when they had 4. The plan was deployed that they'd be adding around a tank per month...These tanks, five of which are installed in the football length grow tanks and four in PL tanks, are showing they are well on their way to being commercially viable within months, and except for the quarantine setback that has been resolved, they have been sticking to that original harbinger plan. I have waffled consistently on what's going on there, but I felt assured enough today they are more than on track to add another 30,000 shares while these prices are still comfortably below that .22 mean that was their blast off point for its run after the securing of its patent.
They've had many chances to "commercialize" in the past and it's been the same pattern...just when their shrimp are harvestable, they suddenly have to institute a new technology, you never see any shrimp sold, and then...repeat...Suddenly they have 4 larval tanks with ec units and 5 for shrimp, yet they say they're continuing to work with the partner that sells them larval shrimp (including the diseased stock this year that got them quarantined) Why then four tanks for larval shrimp??? Why aren't they announcing as the tanks go in and as they stock them as they did in the past to let their investors know they're following that original plan to provide shrimp every two wees year round for sale? Technology can continue to be worked on as they begin the commercial sale of shrimp, the largest consumed seafood in the world by the way, surpassing salmon...but the technology shouldn't be an excuse to NOT sell shrimp while investors are only really to profit on the SALE of shrimp as we don't hold stakes in f&t, only the minutest of profit if the tech is used by third parties. I remain skeptical of any comments at this point about the goal being commercial sale of shrimp and expansion of such facilities to stock and raise and sell shrimp in multiple cities...I can't help but suspect this is all a set up to keep pulling in salaries from investors by saying this is the case while the only real interest in the facility is coming from using it as a testing ground for various tech applications by companies that we are actually not invested in...and then from time to time a benefit fete to "sample" the shrimp?...this sort of setup is easy, so much extra work, hiring, insurance, can be avoided, and the money from investors consistently thinking the money train will one day arrive keeps the train on the track while the people there pull in salaries. I...hope...I'm...wrong.
I don't think Pete's a "playa" I think he's focused on the bigger picture of aquaculture tech saving the industry and world to the exclusion of the concerns shareholders in SHMP have of a return on their investment based on the reality of sales of shrimp from a shrimp company that we all invested in because they claimed they would expand and be sustainable thanks to their tech, not on technology itself they develop with partners that would mostly financially benefit entities that SHMP shareholders are not shareholders of when used or bought by third parties. There's a complete disconnect here.
It is tiring to see exuberant Peter posting about the internet presence he plans that will focus on NAS's tech breakthroughs when the investors will only be benefiting really from sales of shrimp that have yet to be grown, harvested, sold, from not just an expansion of the facility but the expansion to other cities. While everyone is excited new tech is being developed apparently with the help of our dime into the funding of SHMP, the reality is the amount to come in from any tech from any tiny shrimp company or other that may afford it and wants to bother, is negligible to 1 percent with with shrimp and less with other species of what's received, to be split with F&T anyway, and where does it say NAS is an entity whose revenue would pay out to SHMP stockholders, as we are not shareholders in an entity called NAS, nor in f&t (though I may be wrong if SHMP owns NAS, but I don't recall that's the case...but it would still be half of 1 percent or less of profits from third parties using the technology). I am not sure if Peter assumes we're all stupid in this regard, or if he is just so focused on his part in developing great technologies for seafood that he forgets the stockholders in SHMP are concerned about a return on their investment eventually, not the return on what he is benefitting from, and that he completely purposely or not continues to ignore the focus on the production of shrimp by SHMP and that original timeline and harvesting, leading me to wonder if they will EVER use the tanks going in for anything BUT research with maybe one baby tank to harvest shrimp for parties and benefits. In any case, I think stockholders to exercise grave caution in this regard as to what they realistically should risk when there has been NO word on the shrimp marketing since Bill Williams left the company, and that should worry everyone, as it should worry everyone that Peter is now the responsible party for what news goes out with their internet presence, when he runs f&t, a company partnering but not a company that we share in as shareholders, removing the onus on f&t to actually communicate. What it is sounding like now is f&T is able to play around forever with tanks to develop technologies that NAS and f&t and yet a third company can eventually sell to one or two interested little aquaculture farms and never have to grow shrimp to market to the public......or at some point SHMP can sell the facility for the land and tanks (LIKE TO F&T) and walk away and say they're folding the venture and everyone will be out AS THEY don't have to actually sell the COMPANY...and they can do that too except right now so much comes in from stock and play money from gHs they can live on very nice salaries and lifestyles at our expenses with no guarantee of ever selling a single shrimp simply by staying public. I would love someone to dispute this who is not one of the many cheerleaders for shrimp who seem to not want to actually face the realities of what is (and is not) being communicated here.
It will jump to .05 or more this time the stock is gearing up for a run there's no gauge this morning at a low volume to see what's bubbling there except a few people took profit from yesterday and it's consolidating to move up. This is not the time, in my opinion, to short this stock. That it's performing like this on the cusp of the US China talks is indicative it's moving higher, just like a lot of the stocks on the big board, once these talks are over.
GREAT NEWS ON THIS COUNSEL! "In addition to other executive positions at several successful technology companies, Mr. McGowan also served as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development and Associate General Counsel at AOL & Time Warner. He was a key senior team member during five years in which AOL revenue grew from $400 million to $10 billion; and was involved in multiple public company acquisitions, including Time Warner ($155 billion), Netscape ($1.2 billion), MapQuest ($1 billion) and MovieFone ($500 million). He was also instrumental in strategic investments (including operating agreements) with Hughes ($1.5 billion), Gateway ($600 million), Tivo ($200 million) and Kinko’s ($150 million). He graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics and received his J.D. from Georgetown University."
THE BIG catalyst for all pot and hemp stocks will be passage of the SAFE banking act in the US senate...it doesn't appear many noticed it just flew through Congress with overwhelming support just before the weekend. It will open the doors to American bank financing and be a huge boost to the entire industry. While the senate does have a Republican majority, it may not deter such a passage at this point, nor the president from signing it into law in the same way he supported the farm act last year legalizing hemp.
It's quite obvious nobody is selling because everyone knows the next revenue news will kick it up to a nickel...it's laughable anyone could fantasize it's tanking when it's been holding its range for days while everyone waits for the next intel. How many otc stocks on here are otcqb, much less showing increasing revenue kicking over a million and growing so fast????
This is the news I've been waiting for...I was losing confidence in the goals of SHMP when I wasn't seeing news on the intention to expand and sell shrimp (AS PER THE ORIGINAL PLAN). I am very relieved to see this today as I was about to pull the trigger and sell my stocks if I didn't see confirmation of an investment in the shrimp raising plant itself indicating exactly this. 40 tanks TOTAL is huge and shows confidence the technology is working to keep the shrimp healthy for market...to truck out to major cities from there within even 8 hours is in reach of a number of major metropolitan US regions reaching millions of consumers...the revenue potential is enormous with this start.
Contact is 516-595-9544 for Canbiola and NewLeaf they are located in Hicksville, NY, and I believe there's even a retail store at that location but you can ask, I do live on Long Island and I am aware of them as a very legit entity they showed up giving out free samples at the oyster festival last year which is the biggest on Long Island drawning something like a quarter million up visitors, many from the Metropolitan NY area.
I found the website in two seconds http://pureleafoil.com and you can buy on the website. I've seen regulars on this thread in the past year and others post they've used the products and have loved them.
Too much news coming in. SHMP will be green again by this afternoon if volume's rising, actually.
VRUS is the best bet on the otcqbs...it has been holding in this range and will move up as it always does with more news and revenue posted....it actually HAS verifiable revenue and deals in place and the share price is only going up. Buy on these dips and HOLD. I would only add today.
No coincidence a primo exec from HD's success comes on Board at this juncture, on the cusp of the vending machine launch and isolate approval. Today is a down day for all the "pot" stocks, but I think it's playing out and we're going to see some big things coming. TY Sleek for continuing to rally for this stock, by the way. I've felt frustration and doubt along the way, but feel quite secure this REAL company will simply continue to grow revenue and successes.
Well, we know it's a real company with real people (certainly they have reputable LI doctors on board (they aren't imaginary) associated who have spoken on the product) and real products because people can visit their LI headquarters, people are buying their products online and raving about them, they even showed up last year at the Oyster Bay food festival with their own booth etc. and they've been growing their network I think if they say their vending machines are going to be initiated within three weeks there's no reason to not believe them.
RATED STRONG BUY ON BARCHART!!! https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/VRUS
Quite frankly none of my other OTC bets get anywhere near this love on this analysis site, and they've had it as a buy for a while.
Well, besides the growing revenue reported, the volume is over 25 million this morning!!! Something's happening...can't believe it didn't fly up to 5 cents at least at the very end of the day yesterday when announcements first came in.
So news came in right at end of trading day?
I've been buying mine at Whole Foods....I'm not enamored of the sausages like I am of the burgers. But I imagine if they were bbq'd they'd be good...but the burgers are out of this world. Really. Just make sure to sear them.
