By the way I always hoped Archer would make a reverse merger with Rock Creek.
Jenkins and Mullan WOWed me for the second time in my life. The first time was the murderous financing deal, of course.
Could the for profit company apply for the research fund, too? Does anyone know?
Cannot see Rock Creek in the case info list at the Miller, Coffey & Tate website.
nep2134, can you see the list of pending cases for George Miller? If so, where?
OK, found it.
Guess it was posted before, but what's the contact info for Miller the trustee, please?
Have there been anecdotal evidences of anatabine for anti-aging, rejuvenating, hair growing, white hair turning black, etc and etc??
I think this use patent covers all the nicotinic alkaloids including anatabine and isomyosmine, but expired. Rock Creek's anatabine synthesis patent is alive and well, though.
Yes, someone should have done that. It seems there is still chance to do that, no idea how much time left, though. nep2134 might do that with the 5 figure dollar, which could turn out to be enough, who knows.
And about the other issue, I think that they want to make it sure that the company is killed completely and finally. Just my imagination.
If I were resourceful enough I would have done something like buying synthesis patent and probably manufacturing facility, too. I doubt anyone here is rich enough to risk any more money. By the way, isn't drummy guy one of the snipers that shot and killed the company?
Any of you taking Goji berries in a sort of regular manner? It's also a nightshade.
nep2134, are you still planning to do the quick experiment you mentioned months ago, or have you done it already?
What's the absorption rate? About 10%? Generally about 1 miligram of nicotine is absorbed per cigarette. Maybe about 50 microgram for anatabine? How much is absorbed from the lozenge or capsule?
MineAllMine, I don't think he has given up anatabine. I think it is the opposite actually. After all he is listed as one of the inventors of all those patents. Somehow he might get the rights back in full if the company goes BK, I am afraid.
I was hoping him to obtain the majority owner status of the company and do something for resurrection, like the sun resurrects right after the winter solstice, but ......
Huh, that's quite interesting. You are digging up a lot of interesting info. I was hoping he would do something about RCreek.
Interesting topic. Will read about it.
Sorry, it's isomyosmine. By the way, the inventor is Williams and the applicant of the patent is Mymd Pharmaceutical, Inc. I cannot find any info on Mymd Pharma.
All those patents we see now were applied when the company Rock Creek was not in BK.
About this isomysomine patent thing, he included clinical data and I wonder who and where the experiment was done.
How about this patent by Williams? (this one is about anatabine)

Wow, I think Hydra Abloc should be blocked until integrity is confirmed.
A petent by Mullan and Williams : Method of Treating Inflammatory Lung Disease. This is a use patent application, using anatabine for this disease.
Look at the applicant, inventors, and the date applied. Applicant is RCP development, not RCP.
Patent Application # US20160030407 A1
Date applied 9/25/2015
Inventors Michael Mullan, Daniel Paris, Jonnie R. Williams
Applicant RCP Development, Inc.
I guess (just a guess) that a part of former management and employees and patent owners must be involved with this new Hydra venture. Anybody can easily make such a guess.
I was hoping that this group was a majority shareholder having a plan to revive RockCreek. If what they have is only a plot from which shareholders are excluded, then I think I will have to think out some plans to counteract.
But, if they own RCPIQ shares I would not say they are infringing the patent law.
I do believe HydraPharm is violating patent law. They are probably not really violating copyright laws of the US. Its copyright is going to be expired in a month or so anyway.
And not to worry about Anatabloc being available. It was supposed to come back one way or the other sooner or later. It was, I am pretty sure.
Hope they own a lot of RCPIQ shares.
Made in (Where)??
What does the label say about it, please?
Thanks in advance.
Does anyone know where HydraPharm manufactures Anatabloc?
LutherTiggs, Rock Creek could have sold Anatabloc all over the world except in the USA. Hey, HydraPharm is selling all over the world including the USA.
In fact RC applied in Netherlands for the approval of Anatabloc as a food supplement. It probably was in late 2015 because it was rejected early in 2016. They could have re-applied after the Phase I clinical trial was finished in the middle of 2016. Also, they could have tried to sell Anatabloc in Asia.
Instead the company applied for the bankruptsy. It was stupidly and erroneously managed in my opinion. Conspiracy theorists might say it was intentional.
Anyone remember the name of Jonnie Williams's E-cig or Vapor company?
Wonder if others will try to manufacture and market anatabine. HP is the front runner for sure, but I think there will be others sooner or later. Anyone heard anything?
PC settled from AB to CBD and satisfied? That statement is so ridiculous.
Are you sure the industrial form was anatabine citrate, not just anatabine? Ind form of anatabine is still available.
Lost interest in Anatabloc? What a man he is! Capable of doing what seems to be and thought to be impossible. I shouldn't have been doubtful.
Was that so? I am pissed off big time.
HydraPharm wouldn't worry about IP owner suing them. If sued, they will just sign the royalty contract which is beneficial for both parties. That's my guess.
I think this HydraPharm case was started by the people closely involved with the original Anatabloc manufacturing and marketing, and probably including current IP owners. Just a guess. A wild guess.
I still think it would've been better for them (and for us, too) to buy majority of shares and try to revive the company Rock Creek. The stock price would have gone up and that could have given them enough money to pay for the debt and enough extra money to operate the company (and sell AB everywhere except the USA).
I cannot believe the creditors did not take this course and instead let the company go to BK losing millions of dollars themselves.
One crazy thought is, they might have failed to acquire majority of shares and decided to take a new way, which results in HydraPharm thing.
This HydraPharm case could be an evidence why RC doesn't need to go BK.
MineAllMine, thank you for the report. We've been here for a long shot. Of course we knew all that the odds were kinda nil.
About 20 years ago a company filed for the chapter 7. I don't remember the exact procedure shareholders followed that time, but they were in the court hearing and argued against the chapter 7. The judge heard both sides and granted BK eventually.
When I was talking about the majority shareholder doing something, I didn't mean such presentation at the court hearing. If I were a majority holder and at the same time were resourceful finacially and other ways, I certainly would make an effort to revive the company. That is better in two distinctive ways than just buying IP and starting brand new. That's what I meant. Is it legally possible? I don't know, but my common sense says it should be possible. Drummy shouldn't have a say against this in my humble opinion.
