HydraPharm wouldn't worry about IP owner suing them. If sued, they will just sign the royalty contract which is beneficial for both parties. That's my guess.

I think this HydraPharm case was started by the people closely involved with the original Anatabloc manufacturing and marketing, and probably including current IP owners. Just a guess. A wild guess.

I still think it would've been better for them (and for us, too) to buy majority of shares and try to revive the company Rock Creek. The stock price would have gone up and that could have given them enough money to pay for the debt and enough extra money to operate the company (and sell AB everywhere except the USA).

I cannot believe the creditors did not take this course and instead let the company go to BK losing millions of dollars themselves.

One crazy thought is, they might have failed to acquire majority of shares and decided to take a new way, which results in HydraPharm thing.
