MineAllMine, thank you for the report. We've been here for a long shot. Of course we knew all that the odds were kinda nil.

About 20 years ago a company filed for the chapter 7. I don't remember the exact procedure shareholders followed that time, but they were in the court hearing and argued against the chapter 7. The judge heard both sides and granted BK eventually.

When I was talking about the majority shareholder doing something, I didn't mean such presentation at the court hearing. If I were a majority holder and at the same time were resourceful finacially and other ways, I certainly would make an effort to revive the company. That is better in two distinctive ways than just buying IP and starting brand new. That's what I meant. Is it legally possible? I don't know, but my common sense says it should be possible. Drummy shouldn't have a say against this in my humble opinion.
