Being a bagholder does not mean that one must always be carryin aroung an empty bag. Sometimes the few pence in the bottom of me bag passes by the way of a leprechaun and they all be turnin to gold. Right before me very eyes. Now if I can just get me hands on that lil leprechaun that took off with me bag.....
When they get to the higher exchange, it will be like an IPO,
Only then will they issue more shares.
This company is highly motivated to get to a higher level stock exchange. The only way to accomplish that is to release audited financials. Yes, there is always a possibility that they might be delayed for an extended period of time. I think this company is too big and too motivated to stay on the pink sheets even in the short term. JMHO
I agree. There are many irons in the fire as the saying goes. The KDS is expensive for what it does. Once it is mass produced, the price will decline and sales explode. Cabins are cheap. One cabin for every school in the world.
Diversification has saved more than one company.
If they could sell a Hollywood celebrity, like Leo DeCaprio.. on the idea, we just might have some hotcakes on our hands. JMHO
The significance of selling the energy cabin was not the financial aspect but the potential.
If every school in Canada buys one, lunches can be flown in from all parts of the world for FASC. JMHO
Not going to Nakusp, I plan on staying put and putting in an enegy cabin when the stock flies high enough for me to afford one. Also, I might want to add one of those pellet maker machines.
I think Sammy was paraphrasing Lao Tze
A journey of 1000 miles begins with one step.
LAO-TZE
My version:
A journey of 1000 dollars begins with one penny.
Wonway
If the energy cabins catchs on and they make a ton of money who cares if they ever sell another KDS?
College kids with no credit easy,
College kids with unpaid bills, not so easy.
Low income, not so easy.
Bad debts, next to impossible.
Recent bankruptcy could be easy, depending on the cc company. If apply and don't get, watch out next one will be more difficult.
Hits or inquiries on credit reports also make it harder.
What is wrong with plain ol cash anyway?
Maybe my friend should bite the bullet and put it on a charge card, But what do you do if you don't have one or can't get one in 10 days?
Believe me I did that, there was fine print in the contract that says they could renew the membership automatically. I imagine there has been laws passed to prevent this type thing.
Ever since, I have been real reluctant to allow anyone that kind of access to my credit.
My friend's son has a debit card and is always getting unauthorized charges. The bank takes them off immediately.
A credit card can be a different matter.
I personally had a health club membership over a year and the company refused to stop billing my card, it wasn't until my account number was changed that it stopped.
This was several years back so things might have changed.
Giving someone authority to charge your account for life is not always without risk.
You can have dsl or fiber and phone and tv from Verizon, it all comes over the fiber connection. My friend changed phone service from VZ to Vonage. Vonage charges $30 for all features whereas VZ charges $50 or more for same service.
The issue I have with credit cards is that once the automatic payment is set up, it is sometime impossible to stop. And then what if you don't have a cc?
Yes this stock will soar, the numbers are good. I thought I was refering to the accounting lines on the financial spreadsheet. They have also just changed the rules for reporting pensions and some other stuff. Accounts by nature are slow meticulous persons that won't be pressured by a company ceo.
I've read the letter from the CEO. From what I gather, he is really frustrated as so he should be or not? SLJB is going to use this audited financial statement for entry into a higher stock exchange. The auditors have a lot at stake. Everything must be perfect. Any errors could bring a lot of attention from places like the IRS, SEC, etc. The auditors are most likely looking at proof of every item on the financials. I can wait. I can wait with patience. I can wait with a lot of patience.
I can wait with a whole lot of patience.
Do you have phone or TV service with them?
My friend had phone and fiber, disconnected the phone and that is what happened. Here is the letter, believe it or not, this could happen to you or someone you know.

I don't see how it could be, but then again I am not a lawyer.
A couple of weeks ago, Verizon sent a friend of mine a letter stating that if they didn't give VZ a credit card number they would disconnect their fiber service.
My friend asked if there was anyway to pay without giving out cc info, and VZ said unfortunately that was the only way, unless of course you want to sign up for wireless or Fiber TV.
This is heartless company.
I'm wondering if the filing isn't missing a couple of sales.
When it speaks of next quarter, that means the quater ending 5 days ago not end of December.
I think one of the issues with sales is the return on investment.
There is too long of a period for the machine to pay for itself.
FASC is always able to sell a used model rather quickly. Once the KDS is mass produced, they will go like hotcakes.
Sometimes stocks fall substantially before they rise exponentially. FASC had a profitable quarter and how many
profitable quarters have they had so far?
They have been hanging by a string for years.
This company is looking good right now, not great but good.
JMHO
The manufacturing is outsourced, I think the one they sold was the one they recovered from Malaysia. JMHO
It seems to me that if FASC could recruit lots ofe really good sales people, this could really take off. The paper sludge processing always worked it just wasn't big enough. We may need to wait another couple of months for great news. JMHO
If this stock goes to a buck a share I'm sure I can get over the pain real quick.
His beard covered most of his mouth, he smiled but it wasn't obvious.
I worked for MCI as an engineer and could see what happened when worldcon took over.
He couldn't use email, he only used a fax machine. His college degree was in physical education, he knew nothing about business.
He was a gambler.
Ebbers would buy a bigger company, sell off all of the assets and then buy a bigger company.
After Worldcon took over, they sold MCI buildings and everthing else that wasn't bolted down including the office supplies.
After 20 years I walked away with the shirt on back and little else.
25 years, could be the rest of his natural life.
Bernie started his sentence two days ago.
As I see this company, things haven't changed. The only difference is that the company has more irons in the fire and it will only take one of them for the company to be financially successful from sales alone.
Some of the positives of 10k:
They are making money.
Flakeboard still a possibility to be a big money maker. The paper pulp processing was viable, the kds wasn't large enough.
Waste Resources Action Program - UK testing is now complete and they are only waiting to release the results.
No doubts there are others, this was just a once over glance.
Wrong religion, this is capitalism not catholicism.
Anyone know how long it took to do the audit?
IF you take that amount of time, it should serve
as the absolute worse case scenario. JMHO
I just had a thought what if Wessal offered a buyout at $4
per share? Seems that would permanently move the price up there.JMHO
They have announced a reverse split several times in the past.
I don't think that they ever carried through on it.
Actually I did put in jet engines.
This is great that they got the contract,
prices for engine repair appear to be on the decline.
Check for yourselves.
Google: engine repair costs. JMHO
If the financials were from say.... Arthur Anderson, then
I might be hesitant to trust.
The seal of approval from two distinguished firms is good
enough for me.
Pluto is now a dwarf planet.
A new 5% larger dwarf planet has been recently discovered.
The new dwarf planet is called Eris, and has a moon called Dysnomia.
This is where we are going with SLJB! JMHO

Why stop there (at da moon)?
Why not go beyond....say Pluto, the ex-planet?
Okay, fine with me.
All we need is one or possibly two really good pieces of news and this stock could recover nicely. jmho
Blue Chip stocks may not be any less risky. Blue chip companies are constantly recalculating thier bottom line.
Sometimes years later the finances are restated.
These stock alerts are outdated and are doing more harm than good. IMO
