College kids with no credit easy,
College kids with unpaid bills, not so easy.
Low income, not so easy.
Bad debts, next to impossible.
Recent bankruptcy could be easy, depending on the cc company. If apply and don't get, watch out next one will be more difficult.
Hits or inquiries on credit reports also make it harder.

What is wrong with plain ol cash anyway?
